From my first call with these folks, I knew that we were hiring a great company to reglaze our three bathroom sinks, and I could not have been more right about this. We had one of their professional finishers, Enrique, come to our home to do the reglazing, and since we needed to leave our home to be present at an essential dinner, we asked that he come to us by no later than 8:00 am. His window was initially 8-12, but that would have created a problem since we had to be back in Calabasas by 5 pm and when I mentioned this to Anthony, who was the one that arranged the job with me, he told me that Enrique would be at our home by 8 pm sharp. Enrique texted me at 7:45 am and was at our front door at 8 am, just as I was told he would be. Now, onto the job that was done for us. Our sinks now look brand new. Enrique finished the reglazing in less than four hours, and my wife and I smiled when we were shown the results. We could not give anyone that needs this same repair or any of the others done by NuFinshPro. From start to finish, they were fantastic, and I would not hesitate to use them again! It's been over 2 months since we had the door done and it looks great, no complaints. We couldn't be happier. Raul was so professional from start to finish. He set up a mock paint studio in our front yard and he made several samples of how I wanted to door to look and he allowed me plenty of time to make up my mind on the finish. It took 2 days and it wasn't cheap but it was so worth it! They installed the door locks, and peep-hole. We love our door and he made it look like it was stained instead of painted wood. He patched my tub once after his glaze peeled off but he did a sloppy job and then disappeared when I asked him about it. Now even that is peeling. I don't think you can have a tub reglazed after glazing it once, so I'll probably have to install a new bathtub. His work didn't even last one year.

Two things became abundantly clear while talking to Marco about our door after he completed his inspection: (1) the man loves his work; and (2) he is a craftsman. Marco took ample time to explain what issues he found with our door and explain what his restoration process would entail, in addition to answering my questions that came up as he went along. In about a week, Marco renovated our door from its sun and water-damaged state to looking like it had just rolled out of the factory with a striking new finish that he created on the spot. Over the years, we have worked closely with Luis, and a few qualities have consistently stood out: he is always punctual, offers fair pricing, and delivers remarkable results. This time, we decided to move forward with a project Luis recommended: refinishing one of the wood laminate kitchen countertops in our rental unit. Initially, I expected the result to look like a simple repaint, especially considering how worn and faded the laminate surface had become. However, once I saw the finished work, I could hardly believe my eyes. It genuinely looked as though we had replaced the countertop with granite. The finish appeared solid, durable, and waterproof.
