The tech worked on my phone while he and Arsh chatted, not sure if he would've been quicker / more focused without the chatting ... or if he was working on other stuff before getting to my phone even though I was the only person waiting in the store... but after 20-30 minutes (mind you this is on top of the time I waited before he arrived) I was informed he was unable to complete the service on the spot because the battery needed to be drained first. So after 1+ hours I found out I needed to leave my device with the tech and pick it up in a few days' time. All's well that ends well because the tech succeeded in bypassing the FRP and removing the Google account I was locked out of. I'm trying to remember oh what happened but basically when I got there all of a sudden out of nowhere, the screen magically started working or as before, if you would touch it, nothing would happen. So the guy told me how to transfer all of my data onto my new phone and also without a cord, after about an hour and a half it all transferred and it saved my videos photos, everything. They didn't even do a whole lot to the laptop I have no clue why it took them over 7 days to return it. It didn't even look like they wiped it down after using it nor did they remove their barcode sticker.
