Poor quality, poor customer service. Three defective screens later no refund refusal to fix

Great service $65 for glass repair on iPhone 8 the personnel was fast and efficient and quoted price was what was paid.

So where do I start!? Earlier that day me and my sister swore that we were Apple technicians.. We took apart my iPhone 6 Plus, almost had it all taken apart when we realized, we were way in over our heads. I was like shit I don't know what I'm doin, my phones in pieces, and my screen is still shattered! So i Yelped! I found this place in the nearest mall, and I ran! I had work @2! I arrived around 11:40. He quoted me roughly an hour. I'm usually an impatient person, but for my iPhone, sadly enough, I forced myself to wait. I calmed myself down, got myself some starbucks, "such an LA thing to do", and waited. THIS GUY IS AWESOME! He got it done in less than an hour! Not only that, he skipped someone else's phone that he had in front of mine! Is it because I brought him mine in 40 pieces? I'm not sure.. But customer service, Bravo! I was not happy that I had to pay 218 for a glass replacement, LCD replacement, and a tempered glass, but in the end my phone was 100% fully functionally & it comes with I believe a warranty! I'm very happy with his services, and "knock on wood", but if I cracked my phone again, hopefully not I would return! read more

Today I took 2 phones in for repair. My phone needed a camera repair and my fiancées phone needed a new speaker. After reading some of the reviews here I was hesitant. I'd give it no stars if I could. Stay away from this place. Besides the employees being horrible, rude people, I've had so many problems with my phone since I went to get it "fixed". They said I'd get a new screen along with a new camera. A new camera I'm not sure why, but I went home with a new screen and a non functioning back camera for $150+. When I went back to address the problem they denied to have ever said I would get a new camera and claimed they didn't touch anything that had to do with the camera. Also my touch screen was unresponsive on various occasions. At first I thought it was my phone that would freeze, but calls and messages would come in and Siri would respond to anything I asked so it was just the touch screen that wasn't working. I never had a problem with the touch sensitivity until I came here, not even when my screen was cracked. read more
