today I bought a vizio to from this store, only to get it home and find the screen has a digital…read morecrack in it, immediately took it back, only to have to owner accuse me of cracking the screen although no physical marks on screen, constantly trying to make me out to be a lair, I ask to view the cameras in store to show where they say it was working, there cameras are very blurry and cannot make out anything, good thing I only paid $120. although there is supposed to be a 7 day warranty on sells, he refuse to honor it on me. would not refund or exchang, so I said find just keep it and the money and walked out.

She asked him about the price of the gram he told her $100 I asked for my piece, he told the lady there it's not there when he heard me talking to the owner of other store. He went inside and grab the piece and give it to the lady to give it to me. I asked for the manager of the store the lady went to call him. He told her to tell me is not there and he is the manager and nobody is there. He have a very very very bad attitude to deal with the customer.

Just Poor customer service and no empathy…read more My brother has stage 3 brain cancer, and he has been dealing with a lot. He has been using this pawn shop off and on for 3+ years. Our father died suddenly and unexpectedly on 5/22/26. With my brother's chemo and the funeral, he forgot to pay for his Nintendo Switch to extend it. Not only did he NOT get a courtesy call, you would think that the owners or some type of manager would have called and informed especially as a long-time customer stating the loan is in default. Not only did they sell the item within 7 days- no one called him. I would strongly recommend if you have to use them, please check the dates on your pawn loans. They do not have your back as a long time customer.

After getting two very high estimates on fixing my watch, I took it here and was given a cost of $80 to fix it, (See the written invoice which states-fix Movado watch) which relative to the others, seemed reasonable. Not an estimate mind you. He told me it would be 2-3 weeks because he had to send it out. This was on 3/13. On 3/ 27, two weeks later, he called and I expected it was to pick up my watch. It wasn't. It was to say that it was now going to cost $175-more than twice what he told me it was going to cost. (I previously shared with him the two other estimates I got and my guess is he realized there was an opportunity to leverage this. ) I was so annoyed that here I had given him a great review, because when I went in he was complaining about other bad reviews, and this was the thanks I got. When I went in to discuss this with him, he noted that he can't control outside vendor's timelines-agreed-but he is responsible for communicating a change to the original timeline and providing an explanation about why he wasn't honoring the written price he gave me to fix it. My guess is that my watch never left the Tinley Park store. I have lots of jewelry that needs to be maintained but I am done with this place. Suffice to say the watch is not getting fixed.

We waited a week for a repair that was supposed to take 45 min per VZW. We got to the repair center…read moreand tech automatically says he thinks phone got wet but it never had which he couldn't prove. Next he said they had to order parts and should be repaired within a couple of days. I called and left a message inquiring about our phone and never got a call back. I had to call them only to find out that they couldn't fix it and I had to go back and pick the bad phone up to send in for replacement. The same tech helped me both times. He was a bit arrogant and cocky. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THE NOBLESVILLE LOCATION AGAIN due to his arrogance and lack of communication from the store letting me know the status of my repair. Poor service. Poor attitude.

I was helped immediately and received what I came for quickly and at a great price. And, he replaced one of the seals because it was pretty worn out. I only wish I had brought my broken necklace.
