I never pawned or sold an item but the environment here is warmer, and you get a sense that this business doesn't exploit people in need but rather provides a legitimate service. The staff, particularly Ryan, is incredibly patient. Pawn shops are transactional and businesses but they are not all exploitive. They also sell some collectible items on consignment.
