He apologized since he didn't have any at the moment, but he said he'd be able to get me some by tomorrow afternoon, which I thought was incredible responsiveness to a customers need. He allowed me to lock in the spot + premium at that moment, which I also really appreciated, and I thought the premium of $50 over spot for gold was extremely generous. I came in today to pick up and he said he was only able to get 3, 1 oz Eagles but he kept his word and offered to replace the last Eagle with 4, 1/4 oz eagles at no additional price increase even though fractional usually carries a lot higher of a premium. Absolutely incredible customer service from this place. I'll definitely be coming back for all my numismatic needs.
