Id say this branch is pretty good, I have coworkers from Temecula who drive all the way here to work out. They have a place where I could drop of my son and they watch him theres TV and activities for him to do. Overall place is nice and clean, well lit and nice cool/cold air condition. I found this huge EoS Fitness gym in Lake Elsinore, right next to the Tesla Supercharger on Grape Street. It's the perfect stop when I'm on a road trip! This is one of the biggest gyms I've seen. They have so many machines, free weights, treadmills, massage chairs, and saunas. I visited twice in the evening and it was busy both times, but there was still plenty of equipment for everyone. The pool is really big and nice. I also love the cardio cinema room where you can watch movies on a big screen while you run on the treadmill. The gym is always clean, the staff are friendly, and it's open 24 hours a day, which is very convenient. I will definitely stop here every time I drive back from San Diego. Great gym! read more

There was a young girl named Nohemi which was so kind and I haven't seen her at all lately but max once a week, if that. I memorized her name because she's the only one that greets and pays attention. The rest are just talking and in their own world (don't even pay attention if you scan or not) It gets pretty packed and they don't keep up with the cleaning as much as other gyms, but then again so many ppl a day I can imagine how hard it is to keep up. Switched over from LA fitness in Menifee and I'm so glad we did, facility is extremely well kept, clean, smells clean not just looks clean which was not the case at LA fitness, the bathroom always stunk of urine, even first thing in the morning when they opened. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Andrea who signed us up was very pleasant, professional and very easy to talk to.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Our trainers name was Bryson who was also a pleasure to work with, he kicked my ass and made sure I followed through, very motivating and easy to talk to and approachable , I suffer from horrible anxiety and almost denied the initial work out with a trainer, glad I didn't. The facility is amazing, so many variations of machinery and a much wider selection than LA fitness and oh my lanta the massage chairs are heavenly. We have yet to use other of the amazing options the gym has to offer but I'm so very glad we switched over. read more

Like many of us in Lake Elsinore, I was excited to have a new gym facility nearby the house. The old Vons building. It's a huge gym. A year ago, all the equipment was brand new and clean. Now? Not so much. I joined and got the Will Power which allowed me to get the additional amenities such as the cryotherapy and massage chairs. Now when you go to use them, there are several out of order with signs on them for repair. When using the restroom, the cleanliness has slowly gotten worse. I've seen no towels, gum and dip in the urinals. Gross. Worst of it all? They've lied to their members. I was locked in at 19.99 a month, after several months I noticed it go up a few bucks (Not really a big deal) and when I asked they said it was a processing fee for my debit card. Okay? I guess. Now fast forward almost a year later; the membership rate is being increased! After being told my annual fee was to lock in my rate. Other members only had their dues go up one dollar but mine went up five. The facility isn't worth what they're asking a month. At least for the Will Power membership. When I went to go in, the lady didn't even ask questions or try and convince me to stay. She simply handed me a paper and told me to do the request online. What a huge disappointment. Here's a sharp, clean Yelp review that keeps your frustration but makes it hit harder: I've now tried TWICE to sign up at EOS Fitness, and both experiences were beyond frustrating. The first time, I was told it would take "5 minutes" to get set up so I could use a guest pass. After waiting 17 minutes, a pushy sales rep tells me it'll actually take 30+ minutes because he HAS to walk me through every machine. I made it clear I didn't need a full tour--I just wanted to check out the facility and decide if I wanted to join. Apparently that wasn't an option. Total waste of time, so I left. I decided to give them one more chance since I was planning to join under a family member as an add-on (I live 70 miles away, so this made the most sense). Unfortunately, I got stuck with the SAME sales rep. He told me my family member wasn't eligible for an add-on--but instead of explaining clearly, he immediately tried to push me into my own membership. When I said I wasn't interested and was ONLY there for an add-on, he literally said, "Add-on? I don't know what you mean add-on," right after mentioning it himself. Then he tried AGAIN to sell me a membership I didn't want. This place doesn't listen to customers. It feels like their sales team only cares about hitting quotas, not helping people. GRAND OPENING TODAY 12/18/24!!! Beautiful new gym!! I was ecstatic to find out that the EoS in Lake Elsinore had officially opened today!! Yay!! On a last minute whim, I decided to drive an hour from San Gabriel to check this out. Got there at 10 PM and was startled to literally see like 200 cars parked in the lot, no cap!!! It looked like the parking lot on Black Friday!! The location is the old Walmart but renovated beautifully to suit a gym. The place is super massive!! How massive? Maximum occupancy is 1072!!! I took a picture of the sign as proof!! This location is said to be the largest EoS in California. This location seems to have more free weights and squat racks than pulley machines. Other amenities: Swimming pool Dry sauna MOVEoS Cinema Recovery room Lockers The Tank Sanitization spray and wipes stations are spaced out nicely since there was an adequate amount of these stations close to all the machines that I've used. Highly recommend you take advantage of the recovery room and get a nice soothing massage right after a good, hard workout!! It helps!! Service is extremely friendly. Chelsy was super welcoming, friendly, and was there to greet/assist everyone upon entering. Chatted with her a bit (she is super energetic and awesome) before I left at 11:30 and made it back to SG in exactly an hour. This was fun!! Slayed it!! New gym, new toys to play on!! The manager is great! ! When I was leaving the Jacob was at the exit asking people about their workout and after my positive response.. he still wanted to know what he could do better? When I come to this location I usually find paper towels available and I see customer service being provided. Gyms get busy. Equipment breaks. Managers come and go. As an " older" person I come here for a good workout and the classes. I don't expect excellence but a polite and clean environment is appreciated. I see that here and more! Over the last year we've signed up our entire family of four. We also encouraged numerous friends and family members. The facility is new and in good shape but we have had nothing but nightmares with billing and memberships. We have had such a difficult time charging different cards and rates and no flexibility with annual fees. We have been attempting to get our entire family under one plan but were told we would have to all pay new annual fees again. Disappointed. This is my local gym. Go almost everyday. Today there was a giant (over 100lb) dog in there. Was not a service animal. Not trained at all and no training was taking place. The woman was allowing everyone to pet him. Was rolling around and playing on the turf. Kept trying to paw at people. Couldn't even finish my workout, kept encroaching the workout space and the owner kept having to yank him back because he was not under control. [[HIGHLIGHT]]When I mentioned it to the front desk they just kept saying...it's a service animal! I understand that true service animals are protected and they should be but this one clearly was not. Trained. Wears his vest. Sits quietly at his feet. I'm currently looking to connect with anyone else who experienced issues with a referral promotion at EOS Fitness Lake Elsinore. If you were promised a free membership for referrals and didn't receive it, please message me through Yelp so we can compare experiences and potentially file a group complaint with the FTC. I've already seen at least one other review here from someone saying they were promised a free membership and never received it, so this may not be an isolated issue. I had a really disappointing and honestly shocking experience at this location on April 21, 2026 around 1:50 PM. Back in July 2025, I participated in a promotion where if you referred 3 people, you would receive a free year membership. I referred 5 people. At the time, I was told an email would be sent to process the free membership, but I never heard anything back. Life got busy and I stopped going, assuming everything had been handled. Recently, I started getting calls from ABC Fitness Solutions saying I owed money. This confused me because my card is active and I was supposed to have a free year membership. So I came into the gym to get clarity. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The front desk associate was polite and helpful, but said he needed to get the general manager.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] After waiting about 15 minutes, I spoke with the GM, Gabriel Alejos. [[HIGHLIGHT]]From the start, he seemed irritated and unwilling to help. His explanation was unclear and confusing, mentioning something about a "family plan" that didn't apply to me and was never disclosed in the promotion.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] When I said "that's bullshi*t" (referring to the promotion terms, not him), he told me not to curse at him--even after I clarified I wasn't directing anything at him personally and that's just part of my vocabulary. From there, the situation escalated quickly. [[HIGHLIGHT]]He became visibly annoyed, dismissive, and ultimately refused to help resolve anything, telling me there was nothing he could do and that I needed to email corporate.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] As he was writing the corporate email down for me, I said something along the lines of, "So if you can't do sh*t for me, what does the general manager do?" I did use the word "sh*t" but it was clearly not directed at him personally. He immediately responded by saying, "That's your second time cussing at me," and then told me to leave. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Instead of trying to clarify or de-escalate, his tone and body language intensified--he became more aggressive, pointed at me, and shut the conversation down entirely by telling to get out of there.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Given the context, this felt like a complete overreaction to using a very common "curse word" in a conversation between two adults, especially from someone in a general manager position who should be able to handle conversations like this professionally. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Toward the end of the interaction, his demeanor was so aggravated and aggressive that I genuinely felt uncomfortable, and I'm surprised the situation didn't escalated into a physical altercation.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] That is not the type of behavior I would expect from someone in a general manager position, especially in a customer-facing environment. [[HIGHLIGHT]]As I was leaving, I simply asked for his name so I could document who I spoke with. He refused to provide a pen, I tried to grab one off the counter and he quickly grabbed it away from me when I reached for it and then he threatened to call the police while I was trying to write down his name in my phone.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I've never had an experience like this anywhere. I'm a business owner myself and deal with customers regularly--this was the opposite of how situations should be handled. I came in looking for clarity on a billing issue tied to a promotion I fulfilled, and instead was met with hostility and zero effort to resolve the problem. If my employees acted like that it would be an immediate termination. The guy is a ticking time bomb and in my opinion, a lawsuit waiting to happen. If hearing the word sh*t in a conversation aggravates him that bad, imagine what he would do if a customer said something worse. read more

1 star isn't low enough for my experience with EōS Fitness in Lake Elsinore. I signed up in 2024 when the gym was still being built and was promised a referral deal: refer 3 people, get a year free. It was advertised everywhere as "1, 2, 3 FREE. It's that easy." I went above and beyond and referred 12 people. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Since then, it has been over 2 years of constant issues, misinformation, and zero accountability.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I was charged monthly for months while being told my referrals were "being verified" (something never disclosed upfront). [[HIGHLIGHT]]I've had to resubmit my referral list multiple times because they "couldn't link them," and every time I followed up, I got the same answer: "we're working on it." No resolution ever came.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I've spoken to multiple managers, including district management, and even after being told my case was escalated to corporate, I was completely ghosted. No updates, no answers.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] To make it worse, I get stopped almost every time I walk in and told I owe fees--even though I've been told my account has notes and charges should be waived. Staff repeatedly say they'll follow up, but no one ever does. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The operations manager has been dismissive and unhelpful throughout this entire process. She doesn't even look at you when you walk in she will be on her phone or drawing and just not respond. 1-Star (Would Give Zero If Possible) EŌS Fitness - Lake Elsinore, CA My wife and I were early sign-ups before this location even opened. We were told repeatedly--by multiple employees--that by joining before the grand opening, our membership price would be locked in for life. "Grandfathered," they called it. That promise is literally the ONLY reason we joined early and waited months for the gym to finally open. When the gym first opened, we were excited. New equipment, clean facility--nice. But that didn't last long. Here's the reality: Parking & Crowds Finding a parking space is a daily battle. Once you finally get inside, you still end up waiting around for machines. The place is constantly overcrowded. Perks That Don't Work We specifically paid extra for amenities like the massage chairs and hydro beds: Massage chairs? Uncomfortable and almost always a long wait. Sauna? Broken more than half the time I've been there. Literally unusable for MONTHS. The Final Straw: A 22% Price Increase Out of nowhere, I get a notice in December saying my monthly fee is going up 22%. So much for being "grandfathered." I went in to ask about it, and the front desk employee straight-up laughed in my face. He even said that the general manager had been telling people they'd be grandfathered in--but "it's not true." He also joked that if the gym had opened just 13 days later, then we would've been grandfathered. Apparently she thought this was hilarious. I did not. Unbelievably Disrespectful Management I asked to speak to the manager. The employee walked me to his office--glass door, full view of me standing there. He looked right at me but continued chatting with an employee for 15 minutes, then another 5 minutes with someone else, leaving me standing there like an idiot. Finally, I knocked. When he came out, the first thing I said was how long I'd been waiting. He didn't care. This manager--Gabriel--never introduced himself, never apologized, and offered zero accountability. When I explained how staff laughed at me and how we were promised grandfathered pricing, his response was basically: "I wasn't here then so I can't authorize anything." No apology. No empathy. Nothing. When I said I was considering canceling because of the way we were treated, he literally said: "OK, here's how you cancel your membership." That's the level of "customer service" at this gym. Final Verdict This is, without exaggeration, the WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Between the broken amenities, the overcrowding, the parking nightmare, the broken promises, the sudden 22% increase, the employees laughing at members, and a manager who clearly does not care at all--this gym is a complete disgrace.
