We stopped by to see about their silver sneakers program which…read moreessentially is a free membership that allows you access to the facility in a limited capacity without any instruction. We were then introduced to a sales specialist who wanted to sell us a membership that included one on one training. When we asked for a free trial for a couple days we were told that we could get a couple free days but we needed to sign up for a 3 month membership at 280 dollars every two weeks to unlock the free trial, but we could cancel within 3 days no questions asked. We decided the next day it wasn't for us. When we stopped in we were told not to worry that they would take care of the cancellation and call us later that day to confirm. Three texts later trying to convince us to reconsider the salesperson relented and said that they would handle the cancellation. That night I received a email stating that I would be getting biweekly charges of 280 dollars. The next morning I was informed that I had to come in and personally cancel my membership because he couldn't get it done without me. I went there and he pulled up his screen and after a couple minutes stated that I had been successfully canceled. However there was nothing he could give me in writing. I asked to take a screenshot of his monitor and he allowed me to. I then asked why I had to come in at all since I didn't have to sign anything and he said that they wanted him to have another shot at selling me the membership. Two weeks later and they still have not credited my credit card even though I received a email from corporate that my membership is canceled. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company. STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE.

I went in and filled out a form stating I wanted to cancel Since the manager wasn't there they said they would call me. Nobody ever called. 30 days later they texted me and told me I have sessions and to come in, when I informed them I cancelled, they stopped responding to me. So, the folks that do the stretches are great, however the management needs to be replaced.

I really want to love this gym, but the lack of basic gym etiquette is becoming a serious issue…read more If you're resting between sets, step off the machine and let others work in. You don't own the equipment until you're completely finished. Sitting on a machine scrolling your phone for several minutes while others wait is rude and inconsiderate. And please--clean what you've touched. Wipe down machines, benches, and mats when you're done. It's basic courtesy and hygiene in a shared space. Gyms are shared spaces. Be aware of your surroundings, be efficient, and respectful of other members' time. A little consideration would go a long way in improving the overall experience here.
