I started the "new year, new me" a little early and signed up at Redlands Fit Body Boot Camp. This is WAY outside of my comfort zone, but I needed to challenge myself and do it. I was treated with nothing but love and respect by everyone. The staff is phenomenal. They were encouraging, supportive, understanding and worked with my hesitance to jump into something I've never experienced. I have only been going for a week, and I'm already feeling more energetic and comfortable in my own skin. Just finished my first week at Redlands FitBody and I had a great time. I was worried I would be intimidated by the trainers or the intensity of the workouts but I was so wrong. The trainers were so supportive and the workouts feel like they are tailored to my needs. I also like that trainer Jessie is helping me with a meal plans, because for me learning what to eat and how much to eat daily has been a life struggle.
