His communication was thoughtful, and he offered extra services to make up for the hiccups. That said, the experience as a whole left a lot to be desired. Deadlines were repeatedly missed--even when I adjusted my schedule to accommodate. What was supposed to be a straightforward project kept dragging on, and I had to follow up multiple times to get updates or clarity on next steps. The team also misplaced my city sticker, which meant I had to file a police report and go to City Hall to replace it--just for trying to get my car worked on. To Adam's credit, they did offer to cover the cost, but that doesn't undo the hassle involved. As a gesture, they added ceramic coating to the paint, but unfortunately, they applied it without properly washing or prepping the surface beforehand--something that completely undermines the purpose and longevity of the coating. In short: good intentions, but poor execution. I appreciate the effort to make things right, but when you're paying for quality work, the follow-through has to match the promises.

They also asked me to bring the car back after two weeks to wash it and check their work after some time in the real world of a Chicago winter. Finally, I had a minor issue with my driver side mirror (my fault - scraped the garage wall) and they buffed it out during the wash and PPF check. I reached out to them and told them the problem I had and they quickly reached back to me with what was needed due to great Hands-On personal service and actually looking at the image and the code sent in, comparing it with the image and giving me recommendations. It leaked oil after I got it back. I had to wait for the following season to bring it in. They didn't charge me to stop the oil leak. Got it back and it kept leaking. Took it back a third time, they replaced the clutch kit cover and that fixed the leak. Didn't charge me this last time either, for parts or labor. Highly recommend this shop!

I called these guys, they hooked me up with a tow company and I had the bike brought to them. It was something ridiculously minor and although they are very busy, they had the bike ready to pick up the next day and only charged me a minimal fee!! I guarantee the local Indian dealership not only would have taken forever I'm certain they would have screwed my on the bill. Thank you Fornarelli, I not only have a new shop I would gladly take either of my bikes to, but I can comfortably recommend them to other people, in fact I took a couple extra cards so I could pass them on to other bikers.
