Called today and spoke with Francisco to get a price quote on a dryer vent cleaning. He was very professional and described the full steps in doing a dryer cleaning and then quote me. A price came out the same day within four hours of speaking with him came in did an excellent job. He was quick, neat and efficient. He showed me the vent of how full it was even replaced the hose and cut down the pipe where the vent is so that my dryer would fit more flush in the room without charging me extra. We hired Francisco and team for our vents and dryer cleaning. I was just disgusted at all the lint and gunk that came out them. During the process, Francisco found mold in 3 vents and referred us to an HVAC that was able to come next next day and make the repairs. I knew we hired the right team when I answered the door to Francisco putting on shoe covers, a collection of spotless equipment in tow. This was a well trained and hard working crew. They not only cleaned the vents, but took all the covers outside for a solid scrubbing. For the dryer vent, they shared amazing before and after videos, and cleaned the lint from the dryer that got past the trap. Having the chimney cleaned before winter made them a one-job wonder. While the technician arrived in a timely manner for a dryer vent clean, he did not speak English and unfortunately, we don't speak Spanish so there was no ability to communicate with him. Although we were charged a premium price for this service, we were not shown any video inspections of the dryer vent, nor what came out of the vent, both of which are listed on the invoice sent after the job was complete. Since we didn't personally supervise the technician, we do wonder whether the job was performed as invoiced, or did he just vacuum in and around the vent. After scheduling an early morning appointment on a Saturday (F&M Services choice not mine) nobody showed up. I did not hear from anybody from the company until I reached out to ask where they were since they had not arrived between 8am-9am as promised. I immediately received a text message saying they "tried to call". (I ALWAYS have my phone near me and did not receive ANY communication whatsoever. Francisco tried to reschedule my appointment however, after making arrangements for my two large dogs for 3-4 hours for the service and setting my alarm for 7:30am on a SATURDAY so that I would be ready for their arrival between 8am-9am I do not feel I can trust them even if they now choose to show up when it is more convenient for them. My time has been wasted, I have been inconvenienced and will be using a different company to provide the service (there are many to choose from) read more
