From the moment he stepped into my elderly father's home, he treated the situation with the seriousness and respect it deserved. Mike immediately recognized the unprofessional -- and frankly shoddy -- work that Action Plumbing had been doing. Instead of just shaking his head and moving on, he took action. He not only repaired their mistakes, but he also went the extra mile by holding Action Plumbing accountable and pushing them to come back and at least finish the bare minimum they had left undone. That alone speaks volumes about his character. Once Mike and Rite Way Plumbing took over, everything was done correctly, cleanly, and with obvious pride in workmanship. I've hired Rite Way three times: HVAC replacement, remodel plumbing and an under-slab leak. All good. They start right away and work every day until the work is done. Respectful and tidy. Clear estimates up front and they held to them. No surprises. They stand behind their work. Their prices are reasonable. They don't upsell, just what I want done. The under-slab leak was 5 gpm. Leak detection found the leak but then the ends of that line had to be found. They wound up being at a kitchen island and a shower, both inaccessible overhead. So they capped those lines and went overhead from the water heater to tie in at a sink near the shower. Drywall cuts were minimized and in discrete places. They crawled the attic in the heat of summer to pull the bypass line. All told: 2 HVAC split units, water softener, backflow preventer, PRV, on-demand water heater, casita water heater, 4 toilets, fixtures, drains, under-slab leak, hot/cold RO. If they did more than HVAC and plumbing I'd hire them for everything. read more

Unfortunately, no one showed up for our 8-Noon window and we were forced to contact Rite Way to see what happened. However, when Jeffrey F was pulled off another job to help us, his knowledge and service was A+++, and we are so happy with the job he did! Along with great service, we learned lots about the plumbing here in Sun City and situations to be aware of as time goes on. We would definitely want Jeffrey to come back for our future needs! That said, I am giving the review 5 stars despite the scheduling problem. read more

We have used AC plumbing for years and continued with Riteway. We have used them for plumbing and AC. Recently Justin was here for a few plumbing issues and he does a great job and explains the issues thoroughly. We had a rough go on our last AC project but Ben stepped in and help solve our issues. My only issue with them is the window they give for your appointment. A 4 hour window is not great. And typically the tech doesn't arrive in that time period. They do text and say he is on the way and than he arrives two hours later. I have never received a text with his location - as others have said. I would like a more accurate time frame. read more

Our AC went out on a hot day, the team arranging appts was super kind and helpful and crazy fast responsive. They had Miguel out within an hour! He was fantastic - thorough, professional, explained things wonderfully. Never once felt like we were being upsold - the recommendations and fixes made sense and he walked us through everything clearly. He was very conscious of wearing booties inside the house. We chose to go with them for our sewer replacement needs, as a result! Called these guys twice this year... first was for A/C service (where water was leaking thru my vents in the ceiling down to the carpet) back in July. Matt B was sent over, and he did a great job cleaning things and replacing the piping causing the dripping, on my system that really needed a good refresh. Then this week Greg was sent over to help with two issues in my bathroom, a leaky faucet and parts that needed replacement in the toilet. Again, both issues were addressed (faster than I expected) and have a nice new faucet and functioning toilet again. I had mesquite roots growing in my pipes. My house is concrete slab so the plumbers had to do a mining operation to get to my pipes. They were efficient, professional, and actually came on my days off with enough personnel to get it done quickly. Zacchues Bernitt was the last to go and he double checked everything.
