This is the biggest Home Depot I've ever been to. It's truly massive, and I think it's called a "super center." They must have literally everything in stock - they had an isle dedicated to everything. We came to buy some moving supplies and packing boxes. Everything was in stock, and we were able to get what we needed. I also found Myers hand soap, all the cleaning supplies I wanted... I felt good about our visit. That being said, the garden center seems like it was lacking. I didn't explore the full area, but they didn't have many plants for it being the beginning of April. The grill section left a little bit to be desired, all the grills were lined up and very dusty and dirty. I was curious to look at the Kamado Joe Grill, but they were covered in dirt, and one of them had been ripped apart. I had to climb over a 4ft box to even look at them. If I had a choice of all the Home Depot's, I think this would be my go to based on size and selection alone. Just to mention, Home Depot seems to have some of the best prices on the market, especially on their online store. A few years ago I noticed that our snow blower just wasn't throwing snow far enough. The following October I arranged for a pickup, "minor parts replacement" and return, quoted at $125. I wasn't happy about the cost, but the blower had worked beautifully before this point. Knowing that Chestnut Mower gets very busy once the snows arrive, we made these arrangements long in advance of the snow season. They arrived the week before Thanksgiving, held the blower until early March, couldn't explain the delay and charged us $275. I was furious, but had few options. There weren't any more snows after March, so their repair work sat-- untested-- until the following December. The verdict: the blower worked much better before these idiots laid their hands upon it. It had to be replaced, after the first significant snowfall of the season, when supplies are limited and prices are inflated. Chestnut Mower knows how to sell. They're business-like and knowledgeable in selling mode, but opportunistic and inept in service mode. Be forewarned!

Stay far away from them as your situation could end up similar to mine, since they don't really care about their customers!!!! We spent over $13,000 on custom furniture and two in stock items for various rooms in our house. Michael told us the bedroom set would take 8 weeks. I called the manufacturer, was told production was running 12 weeks plus 2 to 4 weeks for delivery. Michael had to know this when we ordered! We had the two in stock items delivered, a sofa and a recliner. The sofa three seat cushions were of varying firmness, Michael agreed to replace them. Michael ignored my requests for updates. 10 weeks after we purchased the sofa, the seat cushion replacements arrived. Good customer service would take cushions from stock in their warehouse to resolve this faster. The bedroom set, along with two cocktail tables and one side table were delivered. The finish on one table was incorrect as per our order and delivery was refused. Our bed frame of the bedroom set is not on the truck, paperwork has the item yellowed out. Never got a call from the store owners to apologize or discuss what's next. I texted Michael, said he would call me the next day - did not happen. I left a VM on his phone, still no response. A few days later he contacted me after I suggested that we cancel our order. Michael said that the manufacturers of both furniture pieces were working to replace the items and would take care of them immediately (whatever that meant). 6 weeks later, the (new) replacement footboard the headboard, and two side rails were delivered. The bed except for the (replaced) footboard are not the same color as the rest of the bedroom furniture set. I sent pictures to Michael, 2 weeks later I called for a status, he mentioned that the manufacturer would like a drawer from the nightstand to ensure a color match. I rushed the drawer over to his store the same day. He originally told me that he could pick it up the next week when they deliver a different piece of furniture. Well, I am glad I dropped the drawer off since the other delivery wasn't for another 3 weeks. Bed delivered, after waiting 11 weeks for the headboard and two side rails that are the correct color and the nightstand drawer, in total 9 months since order date!

He said that salesman Scott didn't have the authority to cancel the order. They kept the entire bill on the credit card and LIED to the dispute dept. Michael said the order was a "SPECIAL ORDER" and was not cancelable ( LIE ) He also said the order was on their truck to be delivered ( LIE ) he was told personally that the order was cancelled the week before. He never supplied the credit card company with a refused delivery order. He sent a copy of the bill of sale, but beware, on every order form there is the statement that all sales are final. This is their catch if a dispute arises. Long story short, stay away from people like this. There are more reputable furniture places out there not out there to rob you. This dirtbag wanted to charge a delivery fee ( we received nothing ) and a 25% restock fee for an item cancelled a week before.

I've always had both good in-store and drive-up shopping experiences at this location. Also, to me, it seems to be better inventory stock than other Targets; the app usually recommends the Route 22 as a nearby location that has what I'm looking for. Target staff who bring out drive-up orders have always been friendly, too. The only con is driving here, but once you get into the lot, there's ample parking.
