Somehow the coaches that actually get people motivated , they find a way to driveway. instead they bring in people that have no idea what they are doing and can't properly demonstrate workouts . If a coach is asking the members what a certain workout is , or we have to correct the coach then the safety of the members is obviously not a priority .Class volume has dramatically decreased since the last coach was wrongly terminated " for lack of energy" and ironically the new energy they brought in is driving people away . I would stop attending but it's the only camp open at 3 pm I'm not the only member that feels this way , just the one to get fed up and make a comment .

I decided to give mission fitness a go, since one of my athlete came here before. The gym is pretty spacious and has plenty of squat racks, machines, platforms for powerlifting and benches. There is only 1 Olympic lifting platform which I used for my training. I say give them a go, the front desk is friendly, restroom and clean and bright, and they have kilo plates and 28mm bars and women's barbell. Music is not loud and deafing, it's a soft touch.

Sometimes I waited at a station the whole time because I couldn't remember what I was supposed to do there, but by the time a coach is able to help, time's already up. Also, the people attending are rude. They were in the hallway talking smack about how they hate new people. Any motivated to go was drained and to didn't go back to finish my trial. Getting motivated to work out is hard enough without the toxic environment and lack of support.
