Been to many OTFs around the nation, and this it in my top 10 for sure! Management team and front desk is super uber friendly and welcoming, I truly love what they do, always feeling super welcomed. Next the OTF process, I can't thank you all enough, for kickstarting my comeback, I love my self, my body, and my life now. I can do more with my kiddos and I feel sexy because of it. I visited this location for the first time earlier this month and had a really great experience!…read moreUpon arriving, I was greeted by a lady (didn't get her name, but she had really tone arms!) with her big smile and positive energy. I instantly felt welcomed. My friend I went with raved about the instructor, Anthony Young, and he was fantastic! I told him about a foot injury I had and he continuously came to check on me throughout the class to make sure I wasn't overextending myself while also helping me with modifications. The workout was high energy but not extremely difficult which allowed me to focus on my form and go at my own pace without feeling overwhelmed. Anthony walked around the class, adjusting forms and having one on one mitt time with multiple students. It had been a while since I last boxed so I was a little nervous to get back into it, but Anthony's kind and welcoming demeanor made me instantly feel at ease. The facility is well kept and clean, and there's lots of parking out front. Next time I'm in Dallas, I'll definitely be going back to take Anthony's class!

However, you always have a trainer there working with you to correct form, encourage you and make sure the workout is on track. As well, it's a quick in and one: 20ish minutes is the typical workout length and my body always feels worked out and slightly tired. We've scanned my body fat before starting and do progress checks as we go to see how I'm improving. (WOOT!!!)

The classes are challenging, fun, and leave me feeling stronger and more confident. From day one I felt comfortable coming in, and I've met so many amazing people here. The community is one of my favorite parts and the instructors are amazing too. Everyone is encouraging, the energy is positive, and it really feels like it's not just a workout. Instructors are very young and not accommodating towards the average age demographic of the members. Not enough modifications for repetitive intense exercises that cause pain. 2) Not enough reformer exercises. Most of the class is spent doing calisthenics. We're spending $189 a month to take Pilates classes, but the class format is more like an intense fitness class than an actual Pilates class. 3) Students are not allowed to adjust the Pilates reformer according to our body height, strength, etc. which is very strange. At other Club Pilates locations, it is encouraged to adjust the reformer machine as needed for each individual.

I like that they have lots of options for early morning workouts. They offer a 7 day trial so take advantage for sure!! I did the 6 am class not long ago and it was packed with the regulars. It was athletic conditioning day so we did different stations with TRX, ropes and etc. Lots of bodyweight style reps and a high energy instructor (also great for early mornings so THANK YOU). Nicole was awesome and kept us hype the entire 45 minutes. Every day is a different style of workout and they also have dumbbells and etc. The bouncy floor that helps with impact was also incredible. They were very attentive and the constant pumping you up (is a little over the top lol) is GREAT for a bootcamp beginner. They followed up with me after the workout and even gave me Epsom salt for post workout TLC! If you are in search of major accountability and a fun environment to sweat in definitely check it out. I will for sure be back and can't wait to check out the other locations.

The instructors are kind and seek to challenge you. It's a really encouraging environment. I also think it's a pretty good deal. When you pay, you get unlimited access, as opposed to a lot of gyms that offer classes where you pay and get like 8 classes. They offer focus meetings where you can talk about nutrition and any concerns. They also have childcare at most of their classes. They also offer a 5am class which is great because as a teacher I can't go to a 6am. I've really enjoyed this week and I'm excited to keep going!
