Shortly after, I received very different messaging by text including a dismissive tone and a completely different narrative. Policies changing is fine. Inconsistency, poor communication, and condescension are not. This interaction left a bad taste in my mouth and an immediate ick. I'm sharing this so others can make informed decisions. We also called the phone number they provided, but no one answered. If you advertise a 5-minute grace period, customers should actually be allowed to enter during those 5 minutes. Otherwise, that policy is misleading. We paid for the class and were unable to attend simply because no one would open the door or answer the phone. Very frustrating and unprofessional experience.

Their method of getting you into shape is not for the weak. They open before the crack of dawn. This type of gym is what I would consider open air. It almost has the appearance of what was once a garage shop that fixed cars. On both sides of the gym they have garage doors that stay open.

The two women running the show were very fit and friendly and explained their company. Personal trainers who provide workouts to people at their school, work or house while inside a mobile gym. They had me spin the prize wheel at their table and won an Outfit headband and I was given an Outfit hat, which I wore for the rest of the night. They had a very nice mobile truck which was decked out with workout equipment inside. They had a new member special going for $19.95 unlimited access for one month. My wife was provided a card for a Free Fitness Class.

He really focuses on his members and actively coaches you personally during class. He really cares about his members and it shows. The programming is also fantastic, with generally tough, long WODs that really challenge you but make you better. The vibe at this gym is so much better than any other CF been I've been to. It's a large gym so very non-cliquey. From the amazing coaching, to the awesome members, to the good music to the clean and well-kept atmosphere, I and say enough good things. See for yourself!

Each class only allows for 7 ppl so be sure to reserve in advance. We got in and got fitted into our harnesses. Once everyone was situated, the instructor (also in a harness) walked us through each of the workouts and gave us time to figure out the right movements and how to really trust the bungee. The class was fun, with great music pumping, and the workout was surprisingly good. I left sore and pumped! I definitely recommend checking it out if you're looking for something different.

The music is fun and keeps you motivated. There are screens showing the exercise moves. There is always at least one trainer on the floor to correct your form. There is an area for stretching and warming up. The gym is very clean and equipment is in good condition. They have showers. Parking is free in the attached garage. Your first workout is free.
