He was supposed to bill the fees in 3 separate monthly payments. He billed the first payment up front and my wife took her first session. It didn't go well for her at all. Because of her TBI she found that she could not comprehend the instructions and could not keep up with everyone else. She came home in dismay. She went back for a second session and realized that it just wasn't going to work. She talked to the Owner and they agreed that she would leave the group and cancel the plan. After all this they then billed me for the second installment. When I realized it I called to complain and the Owner said he was very busy but would look into it. I called twice more and then eventually they stopped answering. They never got back to me and never refunded my money. So they stole from me with no regrets. Must be pretty desperate.

Their weekly schedule is as follows: Monday Arms and Abs, Tuesday Total Body Circuit, Wednesday Butt and Legs, Thursday Total Body Tabata, Friday Cardio and Core, Saturday Total Body, and Sunday Total Body. There are different stations such as treadmill, tower, TRX, weights, etc. It varies each time, but the instructors are good at explaining it. They've been good about extra sanitization because you keep the same spray bottle and towel with you the whole time so you won't touch what everyone else is touching. You also hang your keys so you won't have to take it around with you. It truly is a killer workout and I would recommend it. Get there 10 minutes early if you can incase you have any questions and you don't want to miss the demonstrations!

I'm not a natural athlete. Never have been. I was that kid that actually tried to get hit during dodgeball so I could be out of the game and watch safety from the sidelines. So you can understand my wariness of crossfit and the "cult mentality" that makes it so easy to make fun of on social media. But wandering in those doors one afternoon last fall (knowing no one or nothing about crossfit) was one of the best happenstance events of my life. Me before Bombers: bony, underweight, with no muscle tone due to unhealthy restrictive eating, no knowledge of how to do anything with a bar, couldn't do one push up. Terrible lack of confidence in my coordination, body, and athletic abilities. Now? I've become so much more confident in myself both athletically and as a person. I eat more. I can do RX pull-ups, push ups, and even pistols (on one leg, that is. Still working on the other leg). I had to buy all new pants because of my quad gains. But most importantly? I've made some of the best friends I've ever had. The coaches at Bombers are incredibly kind, personable, and approachable. They WILL do whatever it takes to help you succeed. They're motivating, affirming, and just downright good people. Bottom line: It doesn't matter what your level of fitness is. Don't think you can't do crossfit because you're not at a "certain point."
