There's also a 6 month commitment after signing up. Since I can't skip I don't want to waste my money so I asked to cancel my membership. They told me it's a $200 fee because my membership automatically renewed.... I just hit my 6 month mark.... Honestly just money hungry people that lock you in to a membership and would rather you infect their studio with Covid than help you out and let you skip a month. Just find another studio. Edit: I woke up this morning to a $200 fraudulent charge from the hook on my account after leaving this review. I also left this same review on google and they responded with pure lies trying to save their image. They said my membership renewed 3 months ago which is not true. My membership is set to renew this month in a few days and they refuse to cancel without the $200 fee. This company acts like they are women supporting women but all they do is promote body dysmorphia and steal your money. Second Edit: Just want to put out there the love and support I received in the last message from the hook. They stole $200 from me without my permission and Ive said nothing since this happened last week... just now I get a message telling me to move on then she instantly blocked me.
