I started working out at F45 Tustin about three months ago. Since then, Scott and his crew have helped me put on about 12 pounds of muscle and greatly improved my stamina and cardio. The workouts are always different which keeps things fresh and fun. You are able to work at your own pace and can modify the exercises to suit your ability. The group training atmosphere keeps you motivated and pushes you through the workouts. Scott and his training crew are great and help you with your form and motivate you to push your limits. They also have challenges which last three months that keep you accountable and motivated to improve your diet and train hard. The facility is also nice and clean. My mom and I both loved the atmosphere as well as the tempo of each workout at F45. When we heard about the challenge we decided to do it together so we could hold each other accountable as well as hopefully see some results. Doing it together was not only fun but we ended up losing a combined weight of 21 pounds while each gaining muscle mass. Meal prepping together was made easy since we treated it as an excuse to spend time together. When one of us was tempted we had the other to talk us off the cliff. We also had each other to pull us out of bed when we the last thing we wanted to do was go to a 6am workout. I decided to purchase a 10 pack of classes for F45 after my husband had been attending for several months and loved it. After going to a few classes I was hooked! All of the trainers are very helpful and supportive. They also help you modify different exercises if you aren't able to do the exercise as described. The trainers are very in encouraging and know when you're ready to start pushing yourself. I love that the workouts are faced paced so you don't get bored with anything. It definitely has a very family feel to it. One of my favorite things is everyone high fiving each other at the end of each workout. If you're looking for something different and challenging to add as part of your workout routine, this is the place to go. I love that you get the best workout in 45 min!. Trying to accomplish a full body at the gym usually takes about 2 hrs. I love that everyday it's a full body workout and the exercises are different every time, it never gets boring. The combinations of high intensity days and weight training days is amazing. The environment is great you get to meet new people and the coaches are always there to guide you and push you towards your goals no matter how big it small they are! I have been to many gyms and workout studios, but none compare to the workouts I get at F45. Within 2 months I gave reached my goal weight! I love the workouts. There is not a single second that is wasted. But what I love the most is the trainers. They are always positive and encouraging. Today was my first workout here and it was hard, but so good, Scott the owner and trainer for the class checked in with my often and encouraged me to do what I can. I found F45 through Facebook and I am so glad I did! Scott is a FANTASTIC coach and owner! He always pushes me to go further, and has given me very helpful tips for working out, and helps guide me for keeping track of my eating. I love working with him and one of his lead trainers Carrie! They are attentive to the class, help motivate everyone to do more, and make it fun as well. They take time at the beginning of each class to go through all of the workout exercises instead of just pointing to the screen, and I find it very impressive. I am in the challenge right now, and I absolutely love it! Scott and Carrie are always there to answer questions and help encourage me through! Scott even has a scale that reads your body fat, muscle mass, and gives you a printout of the results. It is so helpful for me who is a numbers/results person! The workouts are always varying and the 45 minutes goes really quickly. The results are real, and I am very happy with them! I highly recommend this gym as Scott is just the best!
