Words cannot express how the video captured everything- the emotion, the memories, the fun! Ugh, we just celebrated our anniversary and watched our video! I have literally cried every time I've watched it. Michael did a fantastic job on the video and on the day! He has nothing but respect and kindness in his heart!!! Completely Unusable Video - Out of Sync and Horrible Framing…read more I hired Michael Bruner of Brogan Video for a professional live music video shoot at the Pleasanton Fairgrounds. Despite paying a premium rate of $750 and providing more than seven explicit visual examples prior to the shoot showing exactly how the live performance needed to be captured, the footage is completely a disaster. First, the vocals are not in sync with my lips moving. Second, the entire 30+ minute set was filmed exclusively from either the waist up or the knees up. Third, he filmed from the bottom up, creating completely unacceptable angles. For a professional live music performance, this amateur work leaves me with zero usable material for promotional or professional use. I also requested examples of his work for the Ruff Stock Band prior to the shoot, which were never provided. I attempted to resolve this privately by offering a partial refund request to fairly compensate for his travel and time ($150 kept, $600 requested back), but did not receive an acceptable resolution. Do not hire Brogan Video for professional live events.
