We have used Fab Pro for every carpet and furniture cleaning/treatment for the last 5 years. Late last night our little one was sick and made quite the mess, those of you who have been there know the last thing you want to worry about while taking care of a sick baby is the carpet (which at this point looked as though it had no hope!) I was skeptical when someone suggested I use Fab Pro to protect my furniture but I did and it's worth every penny! I have had a few spots that I was unable to get out. Bought a white couch from Barclay and Butera and was going to have it scotchguarded. However the store said Fab Pro was much better. Big mistake!!! I had them come and paid a fortune and read all about their warrenty LIFETIME and says:' protects even against animal and humans soiling and food and beverage even coffee. " also said "may not protect agains acid or bleach." However , I did not see myself pouring acid or bleach on a 10K piece of furniture. So couch has been sat on maybe 5 times bc of the white and fear of soiling. We had a shower knob leak some water this week down stairs on the couch front middle. Called fab pro and they couldnt come out that day when it was wet but came out next day. Nice guys but said they can't get water out!???? i said about warrenty etc.... and then they cleaned couch and I said it was worse and horrible (first time its been cleaned) and they said it would look better when it dried and that's why you shouldn't get white!!!! If I had known pure water was not in the warrenty or exlcusion part of the warrenty i would have NEVER done this!!! Now they won't back up their warrenty and Barclay and Butera said i need to fight it out with them!!!! So Fab Pro gets everything out but water(what a joke) and no where in thier warrenty and or on line does it say this. I was misinformed by them and this is wrong. I want to give them no stars! I have been taken advantage of. I have a puppy and when Profab came to spray the new sofa they saw my dining room rug rolled up against the windows. "We can spray it and the puppy puddles will bead up and not stain." So I paid them. The rug was down a day and the inevitable happened. It soaked in and left a spot. They came and couldn't remover it. They said acidic stains were not covered. And they would not cover anymore stains without a large fee. My rug is ruined. It could still be rolled up and preserved until dog is really trained. Don't trust them! Again, my rug is ruined! read more

After searching and calling multiple re-upholstery stores to find someone to clean vintage trunks I found at an estate sale, I was finally referred to Fab-Pro. Their crew was excellent. Eric was professional and honest - I knew it was an odd job for them, as their services usually entail in-home carpet and fabric cleaning. But they did an amazing job. I didn't realize they would need a power outlet for the machinery, however, they came prepared with long extension cords and were able to figure out how to make it work. They didn't try to charge me any extra fees then the quote I got on the phone, which was their lowest base price. The reason I am knocking off a star is that I can't really speak to their full services (YET), but I look forward to having them clean my carpets & furniture in the future! They seem extremely efficient and it is so convenient that they can come to your door and get the job done as effortlessly as possible. I'm sure they'd do an excellent job. read more
