Wow!!!! So we finally did the adult thing where we bought a nice couch and then we did another adult thing where we adopted a pet during the covid lockdown, and the inevitable happened where kitty went pee pee on our couch.... like, a lot of pee. We aren't mad though, because we learned about Green Planet Chem-Dry and how they made our couch basically look and smell new again! It was a fraction of the cost of a new nice couch, we didn't need to waste our time buying all the pet odor removal products on Chewy, and now when we sit on our couch, we are greeted with a normal couch smell and not the cloud of aerosolized pet waste we had become accustomed to. We communicated with the team over text, set up an appointment, and Chris came by with all the equipment needed, dealt with our weird building complex parking on his own (seriously impressive) and was in and out in less than an hour. Chris is SUPER nice and explained what products he was using, gave us a full quote after looking at the couch (the pet urine removal costs extra, the exact amount depends on the amount of stains but completely worth it), and was also great to chat with while he was cleaning. After, the couch smelled amazing and we were able to pay by card. You will need to let it dry but in SoCal, it really does not take that long. Less than a day. We have a newborn who has some issues keeping her milk down. She projectile vomited several times on our large velvet chair. The chair was unfinished so there was no way for us to clean it up. Fed up with looking at it I requested a quote online during a 1am feeding. Their customer service was super great! They were the best price for cleaning and adding protectant to our chair. When I dialed the phone, Marcela picked up and I felt an instant friendly, and professional connection with her. I told her what my needs were and she told me all the things her company did. I was not pressured from her to give them the job. After our conversation, I told her I would check back with her. After hanging up the phone, I looked at all the other quotes I had gotten and thought about the other people I had spoken with and immediately called Marcela back.
