I reached out to the rental owner immediately -- the appropriate thing to do -- to ask what she wanted me to do, and without hesitation, this was the business she recommended I contact. I sent a request for contact through Yelp and expected to hear back maybe the next day. Honestly, I was surprised by the VERY prompt (within an hour of sending the message!) and courteous response I received from the owner. He informed me he could send someone out the next morning -- totally reasonable -- for a free quote. The quote was quickly agreed to and the gentleman got right to work! The stains were completely gone with all evidence lifted by the time the cleaner left!! I kept in touch with the owner of the rental and learned that Spitz had done such a great job that if I hadn't initially reached out to her, she said she never would have even known anything had happened. I'm sorry I didn't take pictures, but you won't be sorry if you use them! They are friendly, efficient and their work is spectacular!! Thank you again for your help in a pinch!!

It does take about a week for deep cleaning, so just to manage anyone's unrealistic expectations there ahead of time, but it's so worth the wait. Big note that Chris is super friendly, incredibly mindful (knocks so quietly as to not freak my dogs out) and kept all my building entry info so he just arrives at my door. Green planet chem-dry was a great service for us and our family! And by family I mean me, my fiancé, and our 2 dogs. Like many others, we have recently adopted a "quarantine puppy" during these crazy Covid times. We have experienced many puppy accidents while working from home, and our couch shows it. We were looking for a effective, yet green option to help us get rid of the pet urine accidents from our couch. After scheduling the appointment time, Chris showed up to our house on time and was very kind and professional. He was even able to allow me to text him to let me know when he is outside to put my dogs up so they don't bother him. He wore a mask and was very friendly and did a great job. I later learned this was a family company, and that his wife was the wonderful woman helping me on the phone earlier into her week. I HIGHLY recommend calling Chris from Green Planet Chem-Dry. Not only was he friendly and polite, he listened to what really needed to get treated and cleaned. My cat, unfortunately, has chronic urinary health problems, so she has urinated multiple times on the same lay-z boy chair. Chris arrived and treated the poor chair and it smells good as new! I only work part time and a student as well, but Green Planet Chem Dry was affordable! I am definitely going to call again for my next cleaning project. read more

Green Planet is the best. We have two little kids and a dog, so things get messy. One of the kids was sick on one of our sofas and we had a peeing accident on the other (newly upholstered) sofa, so it was time for a clean. Chris was very knowledgeable and both sofas never looked & smelled cleaner. Great to know the products are natural because of the kids. I had FILTHY Saltillo tiles in a couple of rooms in my house - nothing I did could clean them. I found Chris online and gosh was I so fortunate I did.
