Twice he sprayed a sealer on it but it just got worse after that. I asked the owner for a partial refund so I could hire another company to fix the problems, but he refused. The driveway that's supposed to be a terracotta color has a white waxy film and dark botches all over it. I am a very unsatisfied customer. What could improve? The owners willingness to fix the problem in a professional manner instead of arguing and finding blame OR give me a partial refund that would release him from any liability so I could hire someone else. But, unfortunately that did not happen. I am extremely disappointed and distressed every time I look at my driveway.

Everything was well done with imagination, craftsmanship, and quality wood. When it began to rain in Sept. and Oct, one of the gates swelled and I could not get it to close properly. I called and explained the issue to Tony. Next day he was out to make it right. Again using his great design ability, he created a solution without changing hinges or removing the gate. Genius! Jen, their estimator, was very patient with me after their initial bid as I asked for several options, eventually changing from a butted-board fence to a board on board style. I got a few bids from local companies but it's important to note that 707 Fence bids and uses higher quality lumber than most other companies. At least that's what I found out after comparing the bids. Make sure you compare that if you get other bids Alex and crew built a beautiful fence which I am very pleased with. The gates open and close like precision cabinetry. You'll find that Jen and Alex are very responsive and the team are talented and experienced builders. I gave them a call the following week on Monday, they said they would have it ready by the end of the day. But I did not get anything on Monday. So I called on Tuesday. They said they have the quote and it will be ready to be sent to me in a couple hours. So I waited, and nothing got sent to me. I kept calling them from Wednesday-Friday of that week. NOBODY picked up the phone or even return my calls (I left at least two voicemails)! What a waste of time. Since then, it has been two weeks and I heard nothing from them. No email or phone calls. I heard great things about this company and would like to have them install my fence, but I guess they don't want to work with me. At this point, we decided to move forward with another company who is more responsive with picking up phone calls and also has amazing reviews. I cannot trust this company if I can't even get a quote I want and they won't even pick up my calls.
