In…read morethe beginning the owner was accommodating and helpful, but once I started to complain about the cracks and discoloring the owner was extremely difficult to work with and because of that the issues I had with the driveway were never fixed. Twice he sprayed a sealer on it but it just got worse after that. I asked the owner for a partial refund so I could hire another company to fix the problems, but he refused. The driveway that's supposed to be a terracotta color has a white waxy film and dark botches all over it. I am a very unsatisfied customer. What could improve? The owners willingness to fix the problem in a professional manner instead of arguing and finding blame OR give me a partial refund that would release him from any liability so I could hire someone else. But, unfortunately that did not happen. I am extremely disappointed and distressed every time I look at my driveway.

I called and explained the issue to Tony. Next day he was out to make it right. Again using his great design ability, he created a solution without changing hinges or removing the gate. Genius!
