The explanation was that it would be too dangerous to leave garage doors open and dangerous to the equipment. Wow...given that the forecast since last week has been dangerously cold temps for this week, I find it extremely unreasonable and a poor business decision for K&T to make this last minute decision. I understand the concern and I respect the need to protect equipment. However, a call on Friday would have been appreciated much more than getting a call the day of the appointment! Moving on to a different company that respects their customers time. Amazingly, it only took one phone call to get another local carpet cleaning company to come out to my home TODAY!

One of the men proceeded to claim that the person who quoted the job was new so the cost was going to be more. They started cleaning the first chair near the headrest and some of the leather started to look discolored. I'm not sure what product they had rubbed on, but the chair was not the same after they left. They then used a hair dryer on a low setting to get the area on the chair to dry. The man then proceeded to call his boss and said what happened to the chair. He then said they were packing it in and not going to do any more. They were gone shortly after.
