He didn't try to sell me anything for sake of selling something to make a profit. I understand that this is a business and the sale of consumer goods. However, I was very impressed that both Andy and Cordie gave me what I needed rather than just seeing a consumer who needs to purchase something. Long story short is that I've been having problems with my left foot and I felt that I needed new shoe inserts for better arch support. I walked away with information that helped me go in a different direction to mitigate what I've been experiencing lately. I love how staff is very personable at this location. You experience a level of customer service that is more family oriented than strictly consumer based. I very much appreciate how both Andy and Cordie invested the time to learn about the history of my recent foot problems then took that information to help me decide what's best for my situation. I was looking for no show panties to wear under my workout shorts. After a disastrous experience at under armor I decided to try this store. The sales lady showed me where they were and came back to check on me. I picked out some and went to check out. At the cash register I asked if they would really not show under my workout pants and the cashier advised that if they are too large they would ride up and show. She suggested I try the panties over my own to make sure of sizing, I loved that their fitting rooms were open. I went ahead and tried both sizes and the same sales lady even measured me to be sure. I'm definitely in between the small and medium as suspected so I went with the small since they fit ok over my own underwear. I shall try them with my workout pants to be sure but I'm glad the cashier suggested trying them on. The customer service was excellent I would say and I attribute it to the fact that there were no teenagers who would rather not work working in this store unlike at Under Armour. I'm going to need some bras soon so I shall return. Don't let the store full you, I saw some sexy designs inside.
