Fabletics was a horrible company to work with. I was interested and signed up for the VIP membership to get the 2 for $24 leggings deal. I used their sizing chart and ordered an XS (4); while I typically wear a size 2 I thought this was a safer choice. Once my items arrived they were both WAY too small. I attempted to return them and the website was so difficult to navigate and crashed every time I got to the final step for returning (all other sites were working perfectly-it wasn't my internet connection). I decided just to keep the items and give them to a friend. A few months later I forgot to 'skip' and was charged. This was fully my fault, I knew I needed to skip before the date. I decided to try again and ordered an outfit in a size Small (6) this time. I received the outfit and it was WAY too large, practically falling off. Now I'm annoyed that none of the sizes fit me but maybe that's a personal problem. I return the outfits and attempt to get my money back. I also had to pay a fee to return them. Customer service was incredibly difficult to communicate with-the background noise was so loud I could barely hear the representative and had to continuously ask him to repeat things. He informs me that the order isn't processed and once it is I can request a check. I called customer service again (again the background noise was very loud) once the order was finally processed and requested a check as I was told I could and was given a hard time on the phone about this option. The representative continued to try to get me to purchase more items. Finally she agreed to send a check which would take 8-12 weeks to arrive. I have friends that love the company and was so disappointed by my experience. Not only do none of the sizes fit, the sizing chart is way off, the return process is very difficult. It is completely ridiculous for it to take 3 months to refund someone's money. read more

Not worth it. I originally did this for the 2 for $24 leggings and I did get them but after I never really used it and forgot about the membership and got charged the $50 and then another month went by and got charged again. I've spent a few hours now trying to do a live chat with someone to cancel my membership but it now won't connect with someone and when all I wanted was to cancel it, they kept asking me if I wanted to do other things. Con merchants that automatically make you a member and charge you £44 per month without you being aware. Very clever in their marketing so you think its trustworthy and then deliberately try to catch you out. The information is there if you look for it but they position it well so you aren't focused on it. They know exactly what they are doing and so many people are caught out. If they really were a decent business they would make it an opt in service and not one you have to opt out of when you eventually realise you've been caught out. read more

I have had nothing but bad customer service. I have tried to contact them THREE times about charges AFTER I had cancelled my membership. 49.95 is what they pull out of your account each month. I talked to them via online chat twice. The first time they disconnected from the chat because I took over two minutes to respond while at work. The second time I talked to Chad who was less than pleasant. I asked what they could do to return the money that was taken out of my account, and he kept saying they don't do refunds, which you think would be displayed while purchasing. This was after I believed my account was already cancelled. He then proceeds to tell me that my membership had not been cancelled and that I could have "skipped the month". How would I have known to skip a month if I thought my account had been cancelled! Even if the money wasn't a problem, everything I purchased was such poor quality, even with using the washing directions, my products have ripped in so many places. Then when I asked to return it, they said they would not give me a refund and would send me new product. WHY would I want more product if its just going to do the same thing? Then when I told them I was going to do a review, they immediately found a way to try and help me, it wasn't until I threatened to write this review that they wanted to help, after he told me COUNTLESS times there was nothing they could do. Not only have I talked with this company via chat, I also called the number they gave after the first encounter via chat and asked if my membership was cancelled, which they responded it was. I am currently chatting with them right now as im writing this review. Worst company and customer service I have dealt with in the US. Ordered 2 pairs of leggings from them last year April, paid with an European card, so not checking that one on a regular basis. I am European, but live in the US. By the time I noticed there was a "VIP" membership going on, I was paying $49,95 a month for about 8 months. They scam you into it just like that! So, $350+ to spend, because I could not get my money back. Not a huge problem, I was trying to think about it as a present for myself I saved up for. So I ordered 7 items, which was not easy, because I am not a big fan of Fablectics. I had to wait for ever for the stuff to arrive, and when it did, I had to send 4 of the 7 items back, no refund possible they told me, but a store credit (nope, you can get rid of them that easy). So I returned the items, dropped them off, got a tracking nr, almost 2 weeks ago, but my package is nowhere to be found. I called their customer service again today, but did not get anywhere (again). So, I have a $49,95 credit, and a lost package (almost $200,- value). What a crap company! My advice..lululemon!! Love their stuff, better value, better quality and much better customer service! Fabletics products are very good don't get me wrong, but their whole website and customer service is terrible. I joined as a VIP back in 2016 and loved it but after a year I cancelled my VIP because I just wasn't buying as much and didn't want to keep remembering to skip months. When I called to cancel my VIP it took not one, not two, but FIVE TIMES calling for them to finally cancel it (and after the first few times I thought it would be cancelled because that's what they said BUT NOPE I got charged $150 so I called the fifth time and demanded my money back and that they remove my account completely. It took 6 weeks to get my money back!! Fast forward to December 2019 I figured I would give it a shot again because I genuinely like their leggings. Well not only are all of their products always sold out but they wouldn't ship to my address (I live in a pretty big town in Arkansas and have never had this problem before) I DID NOT want to sign up for VIP and made sure I didn't select it because I didn't want to deal with their horrible customer service again, yet some how I'm magically put on as a VIP member???? So I did their live chat to get it cancelled before I got charged for January and let me just say the woman on the live chat was one of the rudest and most unhelpful people I have ever spoken to and I don't even know for sure if she cancelled it, so If I get charged for January I will be livid. I am new to this clothing club. It is clear that you will be paying each month if you do not opt out or order that month. But you do not pay if you opt out and skip an outfit. I love the clothes. So so cute! I need pants that don't roll down and that can withstand a hard workout. These do the trick for me. I have several different styles and they are all great. I also have some tops that I like too. This is a great way to get high quality active wear without the crazy prices of some other big brands. read more

Horrible customer service! I received my hoodie with STAINS on it and this was a final buy item. They told me they could credit me three dollars. Whatever I still kept my membership because I liked the clothes. So I referred my sister & aunt for $20 off (both live with me). They went VIP & bought some leggings and I got the $20 off. They ended up canceling my account and her account because we live in the same house. They will never get my business or my family again! I shopped at this store on two separate occasions and each time my products were rung up incorrectly. First time I signed up for the 2 for $24 leggings promotion and did not realize that I didn't get the deal I was charged about $50 for two leggings. I didn't realize that until I was at home and looked at my receipt the second time, I was supposed to get 50% and 75% off items on sale and was asked to inconveniently come back to the store which I did. The associate told me the two items ring up as an outfit and had to recalculate my whole purchase. Second I didnt want to deal with the store once I found I didn't get the two for $24 deal. I was on the line with customer service for over 40 mins to get a refund for the difference owed to me. At that point I did all the calculations and was livid and they refunded me for what I think was the correct amount. Check your receipts or else it's all another scam to sign up for a membership that's. Not worth it at all. Oh and of course I cancelled my membership !!!! Also My coworker was rung up incorrectly which made me question my receipts in the first place. Her correct total was $32 where the sales person rung her up and it came up as $90. read more

This website is a joke. Yes the clothing is cute and made well, however, I cancelled my VIP account- well so I thought. I had chosen to cancel because I couldn't afford the $49.95 that they pull out of my bank account for the online credit. I was fully refunded and the lady told me my account was cancelled and that I wouldn't have that problem again. Two months later, I check my account and I'm sitting at a negative balance no thanks to fabletics. I called again and they told me I never asked for my account to be cancelled which is false, and that they can't refund me my money more than once. Do I have to give even 1 star?? I have had nothing but trouble with getting shipments that I have ordered from Fabletics. Every time I order something, it is sent to my old address, even though my new address has been updated with Fabletics. When I contact FedEx and USPS they all tell me that I need to contact Fabletics because they are the ones that had it sent to the wrong location. I tried to contact Fabletics 'customer support' number and couldn't even talk to a person. When I contacted their 'online chat' the representative ended the session before they even answered my question. How can I get reimbursed for my last order that I spent over $100 on? Also, how do I get out of the 'VIP' status so that I can stop having to skip every month for the overpriced outfits? Why would I want to order anything else when I NEVER EVEN RECEIVE MY ORDERS? I ordered items through their web site and paid the FedEx price for shipping. When I lived in Torrance, Ca it would take two to three weeks to receive my items. Now, that I have moved to San Francisco, they loose my items! Apparently, when you pay FedEx prices with this company FedEx decides to deliver the packages to the post office. The post office delivers the package, but looses the package. You have a FedEx tracking number that shows they transfer the package to the post office and the post office scans it as delivered, but there is no confirmation of any sort that the package is delivered. Fabletics says that their standard shipping is through FedEx, who doesn't deliver to some areas so they give it to the post office who then looses it. If I pay for FEDEX to deliver my package, I expect FEDEX to deliver the package. Otherwise, Fabletics should NOT be charging FedEx prices. I don't know of any place that FedEx has never been able to deliver my packages. I live in the city, not some cattle ranch out in Timbuktoo! Of course they offered to redeliver the package, but they are out of the items I ordered, can I please pick something else or another size that's available? NO! ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! I chose those items for a reason. Fabletics, your shipping sucks and your cheating your customers charging them for shipping that you KNOW they don't do. read more

Never have been to the store but I can speak from my online/VIP experience. I don't like the cut of the clothing and the discount doesn't mean much when I feel the clothing isn't worth what I'm paying. The styles are cute but don't really work for rigorous exercise (tennis/running) and the cut of the pants don't flatter my fit but post-baby body (read: not great for a slight post-baby belly.) Their shipping isn't fast and their returns are slower. I wanted to be impressed and find an alternative to Lulu or Athleta - but I can't say they can compete. Returned my leggings and kept one shirt. The sweatshirt is too short and doesn't keep me covered when I raise my arms. Opted to get a bag and then stop my VIP membership. read more

OK workout clothes, but dealing with the service is a huge pain. It's NOT worth it. I'd rather pay more for the same quality clothing than to deal with the monthly charges that have been showing up in my account for a year now. I cancelled my membership MULTIPLE times, last time in May and noticed in the past two months I've been charged $49.95/mo again! I called customer service and reported this and asked for a refund and they said that that they haven't charged me and to call my financial institute. This doesn't sound right because the charge obviously came from Fabletics. Now I have to deal with this bullshit and figure out how to get these charges off my account. A huge time sink. I have NOTHING BUT GOOD experiences from Fabletics. The clothes I purchased were AMAZING...!! They now have a brick and mortar in Woodland Hills CA. And I can make my monthly purchases using my VIP status there too. Amazing!! And unlike what some of the comments here indicate, the "monthly membership" fee is NOT a secret. It is clearly disclosed when you sign up. Perhaps some folks don't read everything and then complain about it...Hellooo??? But, me and several of my friends truly LOVE Fabletics. I made a purchase online for Fabletics and received a discount. Next thing I know I receive an email stating I am a VIP member and that each month I would be charged $49.00 for clothing that I selected to receive. If I did not pick any clothing for that month I would be charged $49.00 and given a credit or by the 5th of each month I could go to their site and select skip this month. When I explained that I did not want to have to manage this type of scenario the customer service person said that I could cancel the VIP membership and that my discounted order would be canceled as well. What a scam!!! I explained that I wanted to check out the quality of there merchandise before I joined any type of auto purchase membership. Do not waste your time with Fabletics! read more

Yes, the clothes are nice, but DO NOT FALL FOR THE $25 SCAM. I got my first outfit in the fall of 2014 for a little over $25 and, as advertised, signed up for a VIP membership in order to do so. A month later, I saw a mysterious charge on my bank statement for $49.95 from Fabletics. After spending several minutes on the phone with Fabletics' customer service, I found out that there is a $49.95 monthly charge, whether you spend anything that month or not. I was able to cancel my VIP membership, but did not receive my refund. Fast forward to this past November 2015, and I received an email (the first since last year) from Fabletics stating that I had $49.95 in store credit. So I was able to (sort of) get my money back! I decided to use it on a Christmas gift for a friend. I bought the Jade Yoga Mat and Strap, and made sure to buy it for the regular price, NOT the VIP price so that I wouldn't be signed back up for a VIP membership and deal with all of that again. I still have the confirmation emails that I paid the regular customer price, NOT the VIP price. I received the yoga mat on time, and it was a nice gift. On Jan. 12 I received an email from Fabletics stating that I had $49.95 in store credit that had already been billed to my credit card account, and "it's time to shop!" NO. No no no. I immediately called customer service to cancel this VIP membership. I noticed that now, one year later, you first have to speak to basically a smart robot before they maybe let you speak to a real person. I was able to make it through and speak to a living person, and she canceled my account. I told her I hadn't signed up for the VIP membership again and was confused as to how this happened. She said that it probably happened when I made that recent purchase, and that I had "probably paid the VIP price so that automatically signs you up for the VIP membership." I knew I hadn't paid that VIP price, but whatever-she had already canceled my membership by that point so I didn't feel like talking or arguing it. The next day I saw that the $49.95 had still been deducted from my bank account from Fabletics. I called customer service again and could not get past the "smart robot" to talk to a real person, but after several minutes the robot did give my my full refund, and I also had it check again that my membership account had been canceled. To sum it all up, that one $25 outfit over a year ago has caused me so much frustration that I wish I had never bought it. read more

I gave a one star for the clothes being cute. the website is HORRIBLE to order from, it takes 5 minutes to get the pictures to scroll and load for each page. Each monthly order took me way to long to complete. When I went to cancel the subscription, they only offer that via livechat or calling in. I first tried live chat, and it took 12 minutes for an attendant to pop in. By that time I had managed to get someone on the phone, who wanted to try and keep my business. Make it easy to shop and and cancel the membership and I probably would have reconsidered staying. But I don't have the patience to wait for their crappy web site to load and their terrible customer service. I didn't question it until today and, after about 30 minutes on the phone, I was promised a refund for the 5 months for a total of $249.75 in 5-7 days but they couldn't give me a confirmation number. Love this store! Discovered Fabletics when the store opened here. I love all the choices and for women they go up to a size XXL. Cute clothes for the gym or just wearing to do errands! I had a Fabletics package arrive today and was *ecstatic* because I've been loving the brand, the outfits and quality. Today all that good sentiment was destroyed. I opened the package to find one top and a pair of tights; I had placed an order SUCCESSFULLY for two tanks, two bras and two bottoms. My order confirmed all six pieces as did the email confirmation I received. The full amount for all six was pending with my bank for 8 days. I finally received a confirmation email of shipping again ALL SIX ITEMS LISTED. When I excitedly ripped open the package as well the invoice listed all - do I have to say this again? What happened next was really the windstorm to a fire: I reached out to their customer service team. "Chanel" who I am convinced is an AI bot because the language was static, detached, rude and uninvolved personally. It was with this tone and attitude I was told "oh those items weren't available anymore so they were canceled". As someone who has worked not only in customer service, but retail both in person and online, and for heavyweights like Apple, Nordstrom, and Tiffany & Co - I know how these things work. There's absolutely no reason I should have been unaware of what was happening with my order and offered alternatives. All I received for my trouble were tight awful "I apologizes" which are just trite and patronizing at this point and pretty much a "it sucks to be you" conclusion. I won't be putting any more of my money into this chop shop. read more

In April 2017 I purchased a pair Salar leggings, and they were absolutely amazing and quickly became my favorite pair of tights! The fabric was super soft, and nice a thick for great coverage for a curvier body type. I was sad when I ripped a hole in them last month, so I decided to sign up to be a VIP member so I could order replacement tights. I placed and order for two pairs of Salar tights in exactly the same style/size but I was extremely disappointed when they arrived a couple of days ago as they were not at all like the pair I had torn. The material was shinny, not soft, and extremely thin (not to mention completely see through when tried on). I am shocked the the quality of the product could have decrease in such a short time frame. I am sad that I cannot replace my favorite pair of tights, and will no longer be purchasing from Fabletics as I cannot be sure of the quality of their merchandise. read more

So I decided to try out Fabletics...big mistake. I ordered like 5 or 6 pieces and the quality was HORRIBLE and nothing fit right even though I measured myself and bought off of their size chart! So I returned it all and I got refunded like 2 weeks later with no hassle which was the only "positive" of this experience. Then, 2 weeks later I check my bank statement and $50 was taken out by Fabletics! Apparently I was registered for their VIP program and didn't even know it! I checked my email and I never received a confirmation email or a "warning" email that I was about to be charged like they claim they always send out. I was fuming and so I went on the hunt to cancel my membership and GET MY MONEY BACK I finally found the live chat thingy. The lady was so unhelpful and was clearly just copying & pasting pre-written responses that didn't help. It took like 10 minutes but I finally got her to cancel my membership but I was stuck in the hole for $50 so I had to order some of their sucky quality sports bra just to get something out of my money +$14 extra because of course there is nothing on the website that is exactly what the membership credit is. First off- I love fabletics as a company, and ordered online for about a year before I even realized there was an actual store within driving distance of me. This fabletics store is amazing, and always has the new months styles in, and I love that I can still use my VIP pricing / credit at the store as well. The clothing is amazing quality and has taken over my whole closet (especially now that they have dresses!). Every time that I have gone in the sales associates are so helpful and make such a fun shopping experience. My sister in law and I make special trips here just to come to the store and see what's new. We love the clothing and experience! read more

I love fabletics. Ive been a VIP member since september 2015. Ive order more clothes n styles from them than i can even remember. Theyre prices are great when they have super sales which is quite often. Their clothes are the only clothes i wear now in n out of the gym. Love love love the style n quality of their products. I signed up with the service in 2014. The quality of the product is good for the price but over the past two years they have consistently engaged in tactics that increase the likelihood you will be charged for the month even if you try to skip. First, they stopped sending monthly notifications. Just stopped. I inquired about that, never got a response. Generally, they never send responses when one tries to chat or email. Even resetting the password email took a week to arrive once. Then all of a sudden you had to click about three windows to skip the month, one after another. I went to skip and was still charged because I guess there was one more window to click. I complained and they said I would still be charged, even though they could tell I logged in and was obviously trying to skip during the five day period. This January I logged in on 01/03 at 11:02 AM (I have it in my browser history) and skipped the month. I guess I missed one of the many windows again because I was charged on 01/10. I sent an email and tried to engage the chat, no response. Finally I disputed charge to the credit card company. To that they responded right away, and followed up by closing my account. So now I have a $49.95 "credit" and a closed account. The company never contacted me, I got the notice from my credit card company. The credit card company gave me a document which stated "contact the customer to tell them how they can use the credit" but they never did that. They don't have worst customer service, it is non-existent, DON'T SIGN UP WITH THEM, it's just not worth it. I've been a paying customer for years, but that wasn't enough, they had to find multiple ways to trick me so they can charge me. So now they just stole $49.95 from me. Shame on them! read more
