I approached the accessories department, and saw this bulky, round color bracelet with small details on it. It was pretty dope and unique. A lady that was standing next to me said that's from India. I was like oh, ok. I also bought me 2 small perfumes, each for $25, and a lotion that was on sale for only $5.99. Saw this gorgeous black blouse that you can wear going out or just feeling groovy. Casual wear. As I was checking out, got thirsty, got me Sprite and water, also 2 M&Ms. Always have a sweet tooth. For a first time shopper, had a good experience. All that only cost me less than $150.00 including tax. Has a parking lot, not sure about restrooms. That's all I have to say until I return, when I am in the area. He made them look brand new. He repaired the leather on the heels, replaced the heel tips, and even restored the red soles perfectly. As for the Harley-Davidson boots, the sole was coming off, and he glued it back on flawlessly and cleaned them up so they look amazing again. Walked in after enjoying some dinner with friends at Cheesecake Factory. Was quickly greeted with good customer service from a gentleman named Robert I walked out with 6 pairs of shoes after the whole visit, funny but true. Found some nice shoes for my girlfriend and my daughter and a couple of pairs for me, the entire time the store was busy but Robert was making sure to keep complete attentiveness and awareness whenever I started looking at another pair. His customer service was appreciated greatly, they had an awesome selection in Nike running shoes which is pretty much all I bought 6 pairs of Nikes. Great staff thanks again Robert and all other staff. I didn't purposely come here to shop but Robert did tell me they had just opened that store and the reason why it was so crazy busy today 08/17/15 because school is starting tomorrow or the week after. I recently visited Shoe Palace, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. As soon as I walked in, there was no greeting from any of the staff. Not once did anyone approach me to ask if I needed help or had any questions about the products. The staff, including both teenagers and adults, seemed uninterested in engaging with customers, and the overall atmosphere felt cold and uninviting. It was frustrating to walk through the store with no one acknowledging my presence or offering assistance. It's a shame because I was hoping to find a great pair of shoes, but the lack of customer service left me unimpressed. I won't be returning. read more

Just stay away from this place. I went in at 12:30PM today 2/9/22. I guess Shoe Palace scheduled 3 ladies working in there for a better customer service. NOT! 3 ladies sitting behind the counter talking about their personal stuff and laughing. Didn't offer assistance or simply acknowledge my presence in there. I think it's rude, unprofessional and a waste of the owners money hiring this worthless people. Note to the owner of the business: Check your cameras to verify! She was helping me find some sweats for my son while also helping another customer with a pair of shoes. She did not miss a beat and has the same enthusiasm about her customer service as Lyric. They make it tough to move around as they'll just hang out in a section goofing off. You want to look around that area? Too bad. They're not even going to acknowledge your presence there. I ended up leaving shortly after coming in as I knew it wouldn't be worth my time. It seems like, at least for the men's inventory, they have a few of several styles, but not a ton of variety. I hope the women's section has better variety but I can't speak for that. I just know their men's swim section was tiny & their section of currently hip (read: overpriced) t-shirts was big. I guess my days of shopping at Tilly's have passed. Maybe one day I can pass the cap off to one of my kids.

I then started walking to their sunglasses since I saw the Oakley sign but didn't see any of Oakley sunglasses in their display. I check out a couple of their tshirts and they had some nice one like Wolverine. They carry backpacks here as well but it's all behind the counter so you'll have to ask someone for help. They have the kids or boys clothing toward the back of the store and also the fitting room as well. The prices will vary here so if you don't like it then just shop elsewhere or see if you can find it cheaper at another store in the mall. They also carry Stanley cups here as well.
