I joined Fabletics for the 2 for $25.00 deal. Sounded fair, then made my first purchases. I saw with the VIP membership you have to either "skip" a month or pay the 50 dollars to your card. Okay, not the best business model but I was on board if they clothing was quality. First of all, the leggings I received are horrid quality. They looked nothing like the photos, and the material was very weird and not any sort of familiar work out fabric I'd seen before. I was disappointed to say the least. For a work out clothing company, they seemed to be behind the times as their leggings are NOT easy to move in. Secondly, based on my dissatisfaction I decide to end my membership. BE FOREWARNED you can't cancel unless you actually talk to someone. Sketchy thing number one. So I opted to use their live chat. After some back and forth of the representative offering coupons to stay, she finally agreed to close my account. All seemed said and done. SKETCHY THING 2! After being told my account was closed, come the next month I suddenly find myself being charged by Fabletics for not skipping the month! I waited to see if it was some sort of processing fluke and it would turn off the coming month-but they were still trying to charge me in December. I reached out to another customer rep who did CONFIRM my account was supposed to be closed but for some reason on their end someone apparently "forgot" to do it. A refund was finally given, and I finally had my account closed. Short point: Fabletics is very sketchy with your money, and sometimes even if you quit they won't deactivate your account and keep charging you. DO NOT SIGN UP! read more

Beautiful store and great customer service! Ppl don't understand the membership and it blows my mind why anyone wouldn't read the fine print before signing up for something. Their VIP program is decent and the quality of their clothes is great! You skip the month if you don't want to make a purchase for the month, you can call and cancel any time. I've actually cancelled due to budget reasons and re-joined months later. No biggie and it was easy to do both. I was excited when this store first opened. Love to try things on FIRST before I buy. The employees in this store are clueless. Knowledgable about NOTHING. Can't answer any questions, totally unhelpful. Three employees stood there with a customer trying to figure out how to change her email address...while there were people waiting at the dressing rooms, waiting in line to make purchases...it was painful to watch. For 12 months straight they took $49.99 DIRECTLY from her checking account that SHE DID NOT AUTHORIZE....She did not sign up for this... Its a trick...She Never agreed to be a VIP MEMBER.... They get you to "agree" to terms in order to buy the stuff and if you don't use it again.... They take the money every month...And keep taking it.. But wait it gets better... I haven't tried canceling my membership or skipping a month yet, so I can't give a review on that. However, I can give a positive review regarding the monthly membership and quality of the product. I love the style and quality of Fabletics. The monthly membership to me, is very clear. You are signing up for a monthly subscription for gym wear, etc. You must purchase something or skip the month by the 5th or your credit card will be charged. The charge is not lost money, if you accumulate multiple months, you can apply that money toward items on the site. I like looking forward to a new outfit for myself or someone else each month. And I always am complimented on what I wear. I recommend Fabletics. read more

Bad customer service. I had made a purchase online and started a membership but i decided I wanted to cancel both right after. So I called Fabletics and told them I want to cancel my membership and the order I just made. The person on the phone said my membership had been canceled and so was my order and I had also been refunded. However I just woke up to an email saying that my order has just shipped. I have been a fabletics customer for over a year now. I had been extremely happy with the quality of their products. The problem is in May of this year I moved. I called customer service to make sure my address was changed ,so my products would not be shipped to the old address. I spent more than an hour with someone in a foreign country trying to get my address straightened out. After a very very long phone call, I was promised the address was changed. I ordered a gift and the gift was sent to my old address. Once again I called I spoke to a manager on the phone, I was on the phone for a very long time. He said that my old address would be taken out of the system and my new address would be in the system. I Placed an order this past week, I just received notification that it shipped and it shipped to my old address ! The address that wasn't supposed to be in there ! I have spent more than an hour and a half trying to get it changed. I called today and a lovely woman named Loura In the Philippines advised me that I needed to call the shipping company and have it sent back to them. I told Loura , I no longer want any of your products or their service I wanted my money credited. You can buffer the language as you wish, but the fact of the matter is that the "sale" was promoted with little emphasis that such a great price entails registering for a program (VIP), in which $50 will be withdrawn from your bank account on a monthly basis. I did not receive email reminders of the transaction or the "credit" on my account. If it was not for my habit of doing a periodic self audit, I would not have known these transactions were occurring. Other online vendors, such as JustFab have a similar way of doing business, however, once you close your account with JustFab or if they feel your inability to skip the month was accidental, they readily refund your money back to your account. Comparatively, your company (Fabletics) will not refund my money and I was informed the only way I will be reimbursed is by purchasing your merchandise with my hard earned money that you have held "hostage." You have not yet sent an email and I no longer wish to resolve this issue with you, as I've turned to my bank who have optimistically informed me this matter will be resolved in the near future. read more

I had heard about this company's colorful fun workout clothes, so I decided to give them a try when I was in need of some new sports bras. I ordered two and was disappointed with both! The quality was not great. One bra felt like a bathing suit and was way too thick to fit as a bra and the other had cups that could be seen from far away. I settled with the bad cups and tried returning the other. Their return service stinks!!!!!!! Online it wouldn't let me return so I had to exchange!!!!! I heard of Fabletics and never ordered anything before. Through instagram post I saw a black lives matter shirt that I wanted to purchase for myself and wife. Before I share this next part I would like to note that I'm tech savvy and it is not user error. The fabletics website is trash. Virtually impossible to order. I tried ordering from my phone, iPad and computer and could not figure out how to check out. My cart kept changing from empty to 1 or 2 items. No way to check out without signing up for a membership, when I finally got around to checking out the the button would not let me finalize my order. I tried for two days as I thought maybe I was tired and overlooking something. No luck today. I give up. I tried giving you my business and cannot check out. Lululemon website is simple and lets me check out in two clicks. Please hire a better tech team to fix your website if you want to stay in business. read more

The products are among the shoddiest clothing I've come across; even the "VIP" prices are high for the quality you're getting, so forget about paying "regular" price. Natalia & Kaytie were amazing! They helped me with my returns and went above and beyond. I was planning on canceling my vip membership till I received their great customer service. After rushing through product searches as a timer clicked on in the corner of my screen, in order to get the $19 two-piece outfit deal, I noticed the two for $24 leggings and decided to purchase those as well. The leggings were priced as marked on the checkout screen but the outfit was not coming through with the deal. I went out and chose another outfit marked $19 to replace the first with since the deal was not coming through...same problem, I was being charged full price for it. I quickly paid as I was running out time and figured I'd lose the two for $24 legging deal too so I paid for the purchase and called customer service. HUGE waste of time. The rep only told me that I couldn't have both "deals." Nowhere was that readily legible, NOWHERE. Then he said I could cancel my order and place it again with some special VIP sale that was going on only today (where is this on the site??). I asked for a supervisor who was incredibly less helpful than his rep was. They both just kept repeating my name and the word "yes" a whole lot but saying and doing a whole lot of nothing. Basically I could not get the deal and now I have a monthly membership which I didn't realize I was signing up for!! The timer is the kicker, forcing you to quickly make your purchase, thinking you're getting a better deal - I'll never be this stupid again. I'll never order from here again and I'm canceling this ridiculous monthly program. If I could give this place negative stars I would, WOW what a nightmare experience. I purchased some leggings online over a year ago and they misleadingly signed me up for a VIP membership, which I did not want and I was completely unaware of. They proceeded to take 49.95$ out of my bank account every month. Email notification of these charges was never sent to me. I just got "you got credit" emails that went to my spam box. By the time I realized they had taken out almost $700 dollars while providing me no services. I called to ask for a refund and was lied to by 2 different customer service people, who said I could get a full refund after I got angry because the situation was clearly absurd. Both times, I only got a partial refund, instead of the full one. By this time, my member credit is "expired" so this means I can neither buy anything (I wouldn't want to anyway because this store is an awful place that does not deserve anybodies business) nor get a refund to my account, according to the third person I speak to (we are taking about 3 different phone calls during the course of over 2 weeks). So, they still owe me money, they say they will send me a check for $100 in 3 months. I have no idea if I will actually see my money again. What I do know is that this was the worst online shopping experience of my life, a colossal waste of my time and energy. read more

Wish I could give this zero stars it was so horrible. Ordered the 2 for $24 deal and when I received them, they fit but when I bent over they got opaque so thought that I must have needed a size up. I sent the 2 pants back for an exchange for the size up. Meanwhile, I was charged the membership fee so I placed my 2nd order since I felt like I had to since I had already been charged the $49. I received both the exchange and new order at the same time, tried everything on and and still didn't like anything. The pants were too big, but still got an opaque look when I bent my knees or bent over. I decided this product was not for me so called immediately, cancelled my membership and asked for return forms so that I could return all the product for a refund. I expected to see the refund, but after a month, had not. I called in today and 1st issue was on the exchanged merchandise. Because the returned merchandise was part of an exchange, they did not see any cost associated with the return, so did not refund me automatically. They did say they could refund me to my card and took care of that. The 2nd purchase I made with my "membership dues" was not refundable back to my card. At first they said I could only get the store credit, which was not acceptable to me since I did not plan on purchasing anything else from Fabletics. After fighting a bit with the customer service rep a bit, he did say that he could refund me in the form of a check only, which would take 8-12 WEEKS to be processed and sent to me. I feel this is so unacceptable. I argued, but he said that was the only thing he could do, so I had to take it. Such a racket! Sad to see Kate Hudson and Demi Lovato are part of this scam of a business. I understand that maybe the product just wasn't for me, and I was fine with that. What I am not fine with is the fact that I need to wait 8-12 weeks to get my money back when I cancelled my membership in the first month, right after I realized I didn't like the product and wouldn't want to continue or keep anything that I had tried. read more

When I realized it, their website would not let me unsubscribe unless I talked with someone. So I tried their online chat, which had closed at 6pm PST, and of course it was 6:15... So I called the number that is active 24 hours a day... though I was on hold for over 28 minutes before someone answered. Unethically run company. Ordered two pairs of shorts "on sale" for $12.49 each. They charged me $25 and shipped only one. They conveniently never sent an order confirmation email. And when you log in to your account to check the status of the order it shows the item description and amount but NO quantity. Also suspicious. They refused to admit that I had purchased two when I reached out to customer service. And they refused to refund me on the sale price on the pair I did receive. I've also noticed the price changes for an item when you search on different devices, or on different days, or on different search engines. What games are they playing?
