They over processed my lashes and they are dry and brittle and curling in a bunch of different directions and look horrible! I tried going back in to say that I did not like my lashes and they looked wrong and they told me I just needed to brush my lashes and that is clearly not the issue here because they chemically fried my lashes. read more

I have gotten my lashes done a few times years ago and today made me remember why I stopped coming. Firstly, I arrive on time (as stated to arrive 10 mins before your appointment time) and there is no one at the front. The check-in iPad was locked and was unable to check in. After getting checked in, I was brought to my room. Felt very unwelcoming to say the least. My lash tech started asking me what set I get and I told her I booked a Mega Volume set. She looked at my lashes and stated that she doesn't think my natural lashes can handle mega volume. Mind you, I have been getting my lashes done for 8 years now and I usually get mega. She proceeds to tell me that they use 0.07's and that they might be too heavy for my lashes. I appreciate that she had the integrity of my natural lashes at heart. She went looki by for 0.05's for about 3 minutes and came back but from there on she seems very frustrated. From taping back my eyelids she taped them too far up that it was hurting. Eyelids are very delicate to begin with. While placing the extensions and brushing through them I could feel stickies. As she brushes through my lashes, my right eye started to hurt because the stickies would grab onto the spoolie. Finally when she was done with my set, she was very rough when removing the tape. It felt like masking tape was being ripped off my eyelids. Very rough. Usually after your service they would show you your set with a mirror, but she didn't offer me one. Instead my eyes were burning and she just gave me the fan to fan my own eyes lol. She also didn't give me a spoolie like I normally get when I leave. Did I mention that I booked for mega volume? My "fans" are 3D when typically a mega volume fan holds about 8-20. I basically paid for a Mega Volume set but got a Volume set. The lash tech was nice, but I will not return again. read more

I've been to this establishment several times and my experience was good until my last visit. I usually get the classic lashes and they looked great but I was never asked what length or how did I want them done. Recently I decided to change the volume of the lashes and get a new set because of an upcoming event. My new set was done within an hour which I was pleased with the timing. When I got home I notice that my left side lashes looks great and curvy but the right side was straight and flat! Talk about dissatisfaction? Maybe I was rushed? Looks like I won't be coming back or sending any new referrals. read more

First of all, let me preface with: I have been getting my eyelashes done for YEARS. I recently moved to the gretna area and needed a lash tech. Not knowing where to go, I googled and found fabulash. I* Should* Have* Known immediately that this was an establishment that I should not be in. Open sign was off, door was locked. If you knock they come let you in. Tables are wrapped in saran wrap & they don't sanitize. Pretty sure my tech wasn't licensed, did NOT prep the area around my eyes. The primer burned my eyes. I chose hybrid lashes for $140.00. When I get hybrid lashes in Ohio ( btw its $75 for a fill) you KNOW I have lashes. They are full and beautiful. By the time she was done it looked like I had all single lashes. My lashes were NOT full. The next morning i woke up with bloodshot- sore eyes. Punky and gross. Took two days and loads of eye drops to cure that. Find a reputable place!! I will NOT be going back everrrrrr. Dirty dirty place. These are your eyeballs.... You dont want to lose one. read more

Waited a while to write my review because I wanted to see how the lashes held up - but this place is amazing! I got the natural set and they looked exactly how I wanted them to. Perfectly natural while still making my lashes look great. I was also impressed with how long they lasted. They easily lasted a full four weeks, and after 6 weeks they were still in pretty good shape. I wasn't even that careful with them in terms of trying to make them last super long. Kim did my lashes exactly a month ago. The space was very relaxing, like a zen spa, and Kim had meticulous hands. The lashes looked very natural. I got a lot of compliments, and nobody suspected that they were fake. I waited to write the review just to see how the lashes wear over time. I'm happy to report that after 4 weeks they still look great! At first I was worried when I noticed individual lashes falling out almost everyday, but because there were so many put on, the fallouts have not affected the overall look. I was getting ready to take a trip to Las Vegas and didn't want to bother taking a long time to put on my mascara every day! I looked up lash services near me on Yelp and found Fabulash! I was SO happy I did. Chloe did an EXCELLENT job! I was so thrilled with the results. She took her time and the results were INCREDIBLE! They look so natural. It was only about 72 hours before I could felt like I could do just about anything with them and felt super comfortable from the very beginning with my new lashes. They need a touch up every four weeks or so but it's been over three weeks now and they are still AMAZING!! I put mascara on the bottom lashes and I am ready to go! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Chloe! This is my first time ever getting lash extensions. I have always been skeptical because I have heard so many stories. I decided to give it a try. I am a makeup artist and enjoy wear dramatic strip lashes. I came in and asked for a "voluminous" set with "extra curl" and I informed her that I like a dramatic look. While she was doing my lashes, she was on the phone having a full conversation (laughing and giggling) for a good 25-30 mins in which I find very rude when you should have your attention and concentration on the client. Once she was done, I looked in the mirror and did not see a difference. I decided to wait till I got home to judge them and I paid anyway. I took a closer look and the lash extensions are not noticeable whatsoever. My natural lashes are not too fine or too thick and the lash extensions added a small amount of length to my natural lashes. I let her know that I was unsatisfied and she said "I think you were looking for clustered lashes and I did individuals" which was never mentioned prior to the appointment. Overall, I was very unsatisfied and unhappy with the result and definitely did not meet my expectations. Paying almost $200 for something you did not ask for is very upsetting. read more

I was in New Orleans for work and needed a refill. I made an appointment with Chloe. I can't say enough positive things about my experience. Chloe took her time, told me the lashes I have been getting back home are too heavy for my lashes and are resulting in my real lashes falling out. I normally lose 90% of my lashes within two weeks.... But not with Chloe!! I am on week three to the day and they still look amazing! I wish I could find a place this good back home!! read more
