Every time I came in they were so kind, welcoming, and always paid great attention to my nails! I always used to feel insecure about my hands but these two ladies helped me grow confidence in showing them off! They take walk-ins and depending on how busy they are you get seen pretty quickly! There are only about 3-4 ladies working the salon and Traci's son is almost always there to help too, he's very sweet as well! I will miss coming here, they truly deserve the praise!

As soon as she started, the appointment arrived. Tech told her to return in thirty minutes. She layered the acrylic on quite thick. It looked like a turtle shell shape. I asked her to thin and shape it and she replied, "Next time tell the person that you want it thin at the beginning." That is not something one should have to request. It is part of getting acrylic nails. She begins filing it and shaping it and I realize she didn't do it correctly because she is rushing. For polish, I asked for French with a vee shape. Then, the appointment person came back in and the tech started rushing more. She did every nail on the first hand so crooked it looked asymmetrical. I pointed it out and she took it off and started again. Then the white polish was streaky with some areas not painted at all. Asked her to fix it. Then the edges weren't painted at all. She took a brush and painted the edges quickly, getting polish on my fingers. At that point I was just ready to go because clearly she was in a rush. It was not worth the cost and as a paying customer I've never had to ask a nail tech to do the job properly. View the photos and judge for yourself. I am NOT going back.

It's pretty simple - the Golden Rule - treat people the way you want to be treated. Again, this "Bombshell" waxing incident was from 5 years ago on the northshore but I still remember it as though it was yesterday. My appointment was scheduled a day before and no specific instructions regarding location or parking was given. Then at 1:00am the morning of the appt I received a confirmation text. (What an ideal time). On the day of the appt, my grandmother and I arrive and there are no signs or anything signaling a 1st time customer they are located in a plaza which clearly you cannot see from the street. A nice lady come to greet us but then I had to find parking. It was soooo HOT!! By the time I arrived in the building I had to freshen up in the bathroom. On the way walking toward the building there is A man with a dog tied to the bench in the breezeway just barking at everyone as they pass. What a scene on the way to serenity. Once I entered the building my 1st service was waiting on me. No paperwork was completed as a 1st time customer and was asked by the person doing the massage what areas I needed done. She was very pleasant and could tell I was FURIOUS with the process. She kept apologizing. THE MASSAGE WAS AMAZING!!!! I would recommend her but I am not toooooo fond of the place. Then the FACIAL!!' Absolutely horrible. I sat in a chair where the lady explained what she would be using. No time was my skin discussed. Are you serious? No one even offered the products in the lobby for sale. After my facial my face was soooo dry it was ridiculous. I was not even asked what type of skin do I have. No type of data sheet done. After leaving there are a group of people sitting on a stump cussing, and arguing in the corridor patio area I was like I just spent $200.00 for this. I will never again. I would not even recommend this place to anyone
