Facial was extremly rough and painful. She barely knew how to place the steamer wand near my head and only used for 3minutes. I was being manhandled, Intense rapid rubbing everywhere. I asked why she was going soo fast, she replied "it's korean style" ..... and whatever lube product she sloppily slathered on mt face, roughly rubbing , was seeping into my eyes! I Was nervous to getup and leave because we were alone and she locked the front door. I would have been happier donating my hard earned money to the pet shelter up the road. Dear god I'll never put myself through that again or hope no one experiences that awful experinece!! There's a little table to the right where you place your shopping bags (if you have any from the market or food court). They also have hand sanitizer for you to use before entry. I visited on 3.6.2022 around lunch time. There were 2 ladies at the counter, none of whom greeted me. As they talked, I walked around looking at products and they did not at any time come out from behind the counter to ask if I needed assistance. I was disappointed that they did not have much product in stock. I suppose the whole covid thing may have something to do with delayed shipments and whatnot, but it was sad to see some empty shelves. After looking over everything, I walked out buying 2 things. When I got up to pay, I asked one of the ladies if they had any products from their Snail line or the sunsticks. She replied, "We're all out of those." And with that I paid and left. She wasn't very friendly and made no attempt to check on when they would be getting them. She didn't try to offer similar products either. After leaving the store, I realized I didn't even check in on Yelp, but it's all good because it wasn't worth it. Shopping experience is a night and day difference compared to Irvine Spectrum! The ladies there are always so nice and helpful. Can't say the same for this location. Will I be back? Maybe.
