There's a little table to the right where you place your shopping bags (if you have any from the market or food court). They also have hand sanitizer for you to use before entry. I visited on 3.6.2022 around lunch time. There were 2 ladies at the counter, none of whom greeted me. As they talked, I walked around looking at products and they did not at any time come out from behind the counter to ask if I needed assistance. I was disappointed that they did not have much product in stock. I suppose the whole covid thing may have something to do with delayed shipments and whatnot, but it was sad to see some empty shelves. After looking over everything, I walked out buying 2 things. When I got up to pay, I asked one of the ladies if they had any products from their Snail line or the sunsticks. She replied, "We're all out of those." And with that I paid and left. She wasn't very friendly and made no attempt to check on when they would be getting them. She didn't try to offer similar products either. After leaving the store, I realized I didn't even check in on Yelp, but it's all good because it wasn't worth it. Shopping experience is a night and day difference compared to Irvine Spectrum! The ladies there are always so nice and helpful. Can't say the same for this location. Will I be back? Maybe. Since using the face wash I have seen some improvement and have been using a combination of the Bee Venom Emulsion Cream and Been Venom Toner samples she gave us as well. I was excited to try this product! Bee Venom surprisingly has a lot of natural health benefits, it helps gets rid of wrinkles and acne, firms up saggy skin and helps with inflammation and pain as well! Bee venom/bee sting therapy, has been around for decades, treating a variety diseases and medical issues. And this is why they're my favorite insect, don't get me started on all the health benefits of honey! The minute she pulled out those fancy texturizing/razor-style scissors and started working on my ends, I thought, YESSSS!!! She knows what she's doing! She gave my hair the layers, texture, and movement I had been looking for. I also got Japanese hair straightening, which took about four hours. If you have hair that normally requires blow drying AND straightening every time you wash it, you know the struggle. This treatment is such a time saver! Now I can wash my hair, dry it and BOOM...hair is ready to go. The service was great from beginning to end. Michelle was friendly, took her time with my hair, and I never felt rushed even though I was there for several hours. The pricing was also very reasonable, especially considering how much time and work went into my hair. I have never been in one shop with that many K brands ranging from skincare, makeup, hair care, face masks, and beauty tools. As I say that, the inventory is not particularly large. So don't go driving out of your way and expecting a superstore mega shop. Nope. It's a small shop with a concise inventory. Friendly staff. Plus I had to take a double take because the majority of merchandise was cheaper than the e-commerce company that's named after a river in South America. Anyways, I'm stoked that this brick n mortar shop exists. I can actually test products and ask a live person for advice while stimulating our local economy.
