I must have counted around 15 employees working there. He was very accommodating. He also made the customers laugh joking around with them. He even apologized to two customers that were waiting to get their nails done. The inside of the nail salon was modern. They have so many wall decorations which make it so friendly. The music reminded me if being in a spa. I love the lighted signs and saying. The only thing I forgot to remind them of was my eyebrows. They are a little on the high pretty pricy, however very nice and accommodating. It actually says Trina was very sweet she asked if I was okay twice. I think her name was Trina. We arrived about an hour and a half before they closed and the manager told us to come back in 30 minutes because there were only 2 techs left for the night. We came back and they brought us back to the chairs and had our feet soak. We ended up waiting another half hour there. I'm very grateful they squeezed us in as walk-ins without having made an appointment. The manager's husband ended up chatting with us for about 20 minutes while we were waiting and he was so sweet! Our pedicures themselves were good. I got gel on my toes and we both got the Classic Pedicure. The nail polish was neat and clean and hasn't peeled yet. The pedicure itself (not including polish) only lasted 15 minutes which was a little disappointing after waiting so long. Maybe they were rushing because at that point it was about 30 mins to close, but I would've appreciated some more time for the actual service. Overall, it was still a great experience and I appreciated the hospitality and friendliness. Four stars because of our wait time, but still an enjoyable experience!
