I went twice to see if the service at the nail shop would be better the second time. However, their customer service was poor, not friendly, very rough handling hands, and they were rude when I asked specific questions about the dipping powder process. Besides being rude, they soaked off my nail polish and placed the same solution back into the acetone bottle to use again. I watched them do this twice. This is a health/sanitation issue. Shame on them! The state should come in and investigate their sanitation practices and review the sanitation process of the lady who does the dipping powder before someone becomes sick. read more

First time trying this place and went in for a pedicure. Nails were not trimmed evenly, cuticles weren't touched. Was looking for someone to take pride in their work and did not find it here. Won't be back. read more

I've been coming here for quite a while. I really like this place. It's clean, relaxing. I especially like Katie. She's very kind and does a excellent job on my manicure and pedicure. I see a lot of complaints on them being rude. I've never had a problem like that but I also do not have crazy demands or expectations. They do tend to get busy at certain times. I found a real Nail Natze. The owner has no control of her temper. It seemed to me she was dissatisfied with serving me from the beginning. In the end I felt bullied, disrespected and just overall I received just bad service. Let me tell you, I went there because on my previous visits I received pretty good service but the nails didn't last. The spa like environment is very soothing and the device is quick. But this time to my dismay every request that made outside of picking my color was met with the rathe of the owner/nail tech. I wanted dip instead of shellac. She quickly grabs my fingers and starts taking off my previous dip application like I'm someone that doesn't feel pain. I start to exclaim "ouch!" With every rip. I even ask "can we just soak them off!" She says very curtly. " no I can fo quickly." Mind you I'm not in a hurry. She finally soaks them in water and removes the rest without pain. Next. She starts to apply the dip. I state to get that we haven't discussed the length. In mean time another customer comes in that she greets by name. This customer rightly says that her appointment time is now. So, I say "wait, let's do my pedicure first and we can discuss my length". She tells which chair to sit for my pedicure and then proceeds to slam her drawers and throw her equipment and fuss in her language. Later she comes over to a different pedicure chair and starts the water. Only filling it with hot water and walks away. She then tells me to come to that same chair. She then turns it and walks back to her station to take care of her patient client. to One of her employees realizes that the water is too hot and adds cold water for me. Then she finishes her other client and comes to do my pedicure. They have choices. She doesn't ask me what type I want. I actually wanted the deluxe. I decided I didn't want the friction and didn't make the request. I got the regular one by her choice. I go back to finish my fingers. No bad treatment while applying the dip. She just constantly asked me everything twice to ensure that I'm happy. I realize I'm just trying to just get along and I say to myself. I'm the customer I shouldn't let her uncontrollable outburst decide how nails are done. So I start to make request like the length and shape. She literally yells at me. "That easy fix with file!" Then she frowns her brow and disgruntled-ly finishes my job. I asked her "are you Ok?" While I'm curing nails under the UV light she goes on to the next customer doing a pedicure. Another tech applies the oil to my hands and tells me to wash my hands. While doing so I notice clumps under my nails and my skin is stuck my nails. I ask her to address it. She tries to tell me it will fall of once I wash my hands a few times. I repeat myself, she repeats her incorrect remedy. She finally relents and take me back to her station. She fixes my issues so disgruntled. She is standing. And smacking the nail file on the desk try hard. Like I've asked to wipe my butt. When separates the last finger's skin from my nail with a file exclaimed "You're done!" Then sends and employee over to get my payment. That's when I say. She needs to control her temper and no one is perfect. I don't know you can be in a service I dupant not know how take requests from a customer without you turning to Tazmanian devil. read more

I have been going to this salon for years. Recently moved away and decided while I was in Plymouth for the weekend to get a pedicure with my sister. Had a lovely time until a couple of the manicurists recognized me from a couple years ago and were speaking their language and LAUGHING at me and at the fact I gained weight. I used to be so thin-borderline unhealthy, plus pre-Covid. One of the employees translated and goes "she's saying you get bigger". Incredibly rude and humiliating- I was embarrassed and wanted to cry. I could tell the lady getting a pedicure next to my sister looked mortified for me. Extremely unprofessional and rude. I don't care what industry or nationality you are- commenting and LAUGHING at someones weight gain is insensitive. You don't know what health issues I am facing that caused that. Needless to say will never go back. My sister is a regular customer and said she will be finding a new salon, as will my mom. Don't go here unless you're cool with them making fun of your appearance. read more

Very disappointed and will NOT return. I have never been to the salon and thought I would give it a try. I booked an appointment for myself and my girlfriend. First they were 15 minutes late taking us for our appointment and then the same person took us one at a time even though there were many employees that could have done us both together. I was shocked when both of our pedicures were done in 15 minutes. And this was a $30 pedicure. If you wanted extra it would be another $15. Worst pedicure I have ever experienced and the technician seemed to be more interested in her texting than my pedicure ( which I had told her was my first pedicure in 18 months because of covid). I have had pedicures once a month for my whole life and I have never had an experience like this. I even called another salon close by and their pedicure was also $30 and lasted for one hour. If you are planning on going here prepare to be disappointed with absolutely no pampering. read more
