I made an appointment for Saturday at 530 for two pedicures since the salon closes at 7pm. While on the phone the women said it was fine but then tried to see if I could come in at 5 or 515. I said no. She said okay she'll book me but to please come early. I showed up at 5:20 and got started. The pedicure wasn't all that great, the leg massage was mediocre and the bottom of my feet weren't worked on at all. I was asked twice in ten minutes when the other person would be coming and I said shortly but that all she needed was a nail polish change. When she got there they tried to tell her she couldn't do just a polish change and had to do a pedicure. After she said no they started talking about us right in front of us! Oh and the best part was they were so rushed but we were done by 6:08pm JUST so she can start a pedicure on another male staff employee. Very rude, extremely unprofessional and will not be going there again. read more

Absolutely the rudest customer service I have ever experienced! I grew up in Turlock, but came here to visit Family. Both the woman and the man workers were inconsiderate and rude. The establishment was not sanitary. I would never recommend this establishment to anyone. read more

Not good at all! This man did my pedicure and burped on my toes! How unhygienic. And he molested my daughter A MINOR by massaging her knee up. I would not recommend this salon for anything besides basic nails. I asked for acrylic, but without fail they always cut me and leave me very unhappy. The nail tech claimed she knew how to do nails yet proceeds to cut me twice and fails to file one of my nails. I'm in disbelief at how Lori let me walk out with these nails. So embarrassing. 3 stars only because they were able to accommodate me when I called to see if they accept walk ins for pedicures and she said yes and how long till I'll arrive I said 5 minutes and she was fine with that so I got there and was immediately put in the chair and started on. That's the only reason 3 stars other than that 1 star for service because she kept getting annoyed if I moved my foot a way she didn't want and mind you she didn't use words she just made noises. I have been going here for over two months now getting my nails done religiously. Lori has been doing them since I started! She is amazing! Always quick and gives me exactly what I want. She is fast and the nails hold up! My last set held up and we're still going strong until I stuck it into a door thing trying to turn it and I broke it. I love that fact that she does clean powder then paints shellac over it vs colored powder. Also, most times I have gotten my nails done they hurt my cuticles or even cut me and this has not happened at all with Lori. Onto pedicures. I have also had many here and they are equally amazing! So impressed!!! I don't think I could write enough about how impressed I was with this place. From the staff, cleanliness, price, time and final result it was amazing. The technician was Lori and she was so pleasant having great conversation and awesome advice with what I should get. I got a full set with gel for only $35!!!! The shape, color and thinness was perfect! It only took about 45 minutes and I wish I could've stayed for a pedicure as well. The place is tiny but in a perfect location for a mom on the go with a grocery store and Starbucks right there! Make sure to bring cash for the tip and enjoy. I loved the magazines they had to read as I waited but only for about 5 minutes. My appointment was for 4:45 and I got there 5 minutes early. I was greeted and asked my name, then sat and right when 4:45 hit I was in the chair and attended to. So we walk in and she tells us to pick out nail polish and just wait for a few minutes which is normal. Then she asks us, "Do you have a reservations?". We say no. literally the WORST nail place i have ever been to. had to go through three people to get my nails done, a guy who did the acrylics, a girl to paint them, and a girl to put the diamonds on. they also did my feet, and this whole process took about THREE TO FOUR HOURS. the guy had my fingers bleeding multiple times, and the mediocre zebra print on my nails was not worth 65 dollars. the diamonds fell off the same exact day and i am not ever rough with my nails. the lady took about 30 mins to an hour to put on the diamonds, and they didn't come out straight at all... she literally used clear coat to put them on instead of nail glue. i've only had these for about a week and half of them have already snapped in half; one breaking my actual nail and causing a lot of bleeding... lots of bumps and fuzz in the nail polish too... really low quality diamonds, and the tables were really messed up especially on the "cushion" for your wrists. from having these nails for like a week i've experienced nothing but snapped nails and pain, having to keep nail glue in my backpack. the day after my cuticles were stinging/burning really bad. I recently went in for a pink and white set and a pedicure. It's been less than a week and most of my nails are already lifting. I have three that about to pop off. For $35, I won't be back. I also got an ingrown toenail because the man cut my nail way too short. He was also digging into it and then tried to fix it but it did not work. :( read more

I was just a walk-in and they got me in right away and the girl did exactly what I asked and to put on a full set of gels from start to finish was about an hour. She made them look awesome and we had good conversation and it was a pleasant nail experience. The salon was clean and neat, I noticed that they did clean out the pedi chairs after each client. I'm not sure why this place has only one review so I thought I would add another. My friend treated me to a birthday pedicure (yay!) and booked our appointments. We arrived promptly and waited about 10 minutes. Staff was friendly. Overall cleanliness needed a little work. Magazine table was out of control with reading material scattered everywhere and table probably is never wiped. There was dark reddish nail polish splattered across the wall in reception area, dust on floor etc. but not enough to make you go "ick" and leave. Chairs are worn but massage function works well with easy remote buttons. (For some reason I can never figure the remotes out!) Basic French pedi was nice and not too expensive. They soak your feet and give your feet and legs a nice massage. They also wrap your legs in warm, moist towels... nice feeling until they start to cool. Overall a pleasant experience. I've paid twice the cost at a certain well-known spa and got a terrible "paint" job. Also nice is location to Starbucks. You can park go grab a drink and walk back to salon. Atmosphere is quiet with two quiet large screens and only about 4-5 employees working at stations. (About 6 pedi stations and 6 mani stations total.) Pros: Convenience, good french Pedi, price Cons: They do not work on rough spots (heels) as much as some places, need to spruce up the cleaning a bit Bottom line: This will be on my list of places that I would go back to. read more

I went here last week for my first and last time. They were able to give me an appointment when I called but yet when I arrived I had to wait 30 minutes before I received a chair. I was there 15 min before they even acknowledged I was there. I almost left because of how dirty the shop was. Staff was very unfriendly, my French manicure was crooked and the massage chairs didn't work. When I asked if I could get my eyebrows waxed also I was told that "today wasn't a good day". read more

Where to begin with Fabulous nails. I stopped by here to get a quick shellac fill before I went on vacation. The man who greeted me was barefoot, but I was so pressed for time that I stuck it out even though I thought that was strange. He sat me down at a station and began to peel my old shellac off my nails and said "you could have peeled this off at home and it would have made my job easier". After ripping the shellac off of my nails, he used a buffing tool with the drill which he didn't change, who knows how many other peoples hands that's been used on. Meanwhile there were only two other people in the salon at the time, and older gentleman waiting for his wife who was getting a pedicure. The entire time he was doing my nails, he was talking to this couple. After prepping my nails for the shellac, he began to apply it. After doing two coats of color and two of clear, he placed a dryer and alcohol soaked cotton on the table and said "okay I'm leaving you here. When the timer on dryer is done press button for one more minute. Then you take cotton and wipe off your nails and you're done. I'm training you" and then he went and sat next to the man waiting for his wife to get a pedicure and talked to him the rest of the time I was there. I cannot believe the display of customer service (or lack thereof). I have NEVER been to a nail salon and had to perform any steps of my own manicure that I'm PAYING FOR! Meanwhile, the place is a ghost town and employees were sitting in pedicure chairs with headphones on watching videos, their equipment is old and the cleanliness is questionable. The pedicure chairs are peeled and looked to be out of service. Save your time and money, get your services done somewhere else. read more
