I went here for a Brazilian wax, upper lip wax and a GLO facial. When I got my lip waxed the esthetician ripped my skin off of my lip and left me with scarring. Also my entire face broke out and ruined my skin for my vacation. I tried giving them a call to ask for a refund and advice on how to heal my face and I didn't receive any calls or anything.
