Where do i even start?! I'm 26, and saw some lines in my forehead that i was scared were just going to keep going down the path to stubborn lines. I decided to do some research and found face forward aesthetics in Strongsville Ohio. The pricing seemed so fair to me and the consult was free that i decided to go! Fast forward and I'm at my appointment Taylor (who was at the front desk) was AMAZING. I had bad anxiety about doing it but really wanted it and Taylor was such a genuine sweetheart and calmed me right down. I was treated like a queen to a T! Coffee or water i honestly think she would have given me the shirt off her back! She took me to my room and i met with Afsha. Afsha was AMAZING. She honestly knows what she's talking about and what she is doing. I would trust her with my life! She told me all about where the Botox would be going, what it would feel like every single question she had an answer to. Then i had mentioned about looking into lip injections because a fellow classmate of mine had them. Afsha talked to me about how they would help my gummy smile (that i HATED) i had even seen the dentist to ask what to do because i love my teeth but hated seeing so much of my gums! Afsha told me all about the lip injections the different fillers etc and answered any and all questions about that as well. She wasn't trying to push me or sell them to me she was super kind and relaxed. So i got Botox AND lip injections of 1 syringe! I LOVED the look and got instant comments on how my lips looked but the swelling had gone down and i missed the more full look. So a month later i was back to get another syringe and I LOVED IT! I can tell I'm leaning toward another because it's been a long time since I've had them and want some more puff because it is addicting seeing how much of a confidence boost you get. I went back and had dysport in my forehead in other areas and then i did Microblading! Every single thing i have done with face forward i have LOVED and I wouldn't trust anyone else! I have brought in countless people to face forward just from them seeing my results and wanting to do it themselves! I don't know what anyone is waiting for! GO IN! You will NOT regret it! read more

Another Update: another photo added of the damage I am STILL dealing with! Top left is BEFORE I let them botch my lips. Top right is the next day, severe bruising and blood blisters due to her over injecting that side! Next 2 below are 2 weeks after injections leaving me with large painful lumps OUTSIDE my lip lines. Bottom left is months later- my lips are still crooked! DO YOUR RESEARCH before visiting FFA. Read through the reviews! It isn't just angry customers for no reason, it's due to botch jobs that this establishment has left us with after spending a lot of money! And being told "This is normal" it isn't normal for 48 units of BOTOX to wear off within 6 weeks of getting it done! This is due to them watering down the product. Lumpy lips after injections is NOT NORMAL! To spend almost $1k and walk out with a mess is not NORMAL. They continue to run "contests" to get their reviews up on google. It's all a scam. Do your research, save yourself the trouble, and go ANYWHERE else besides FFA. Update number 2: After noticing an employee of FFA found my review "funny" I decided to update this, yet again. This establishment is a joke. My lips were proof of that, as well as the fact that they injected me with almost 50 units of Botox, when I have only ever needed 20, and it was no longer working after 6 weeks!! My previous Botox has lasted well into 9 months! As for how they dealt with my lips, joke. This place finds followers that they can manipulate, to post RAVE reviews about how great they are, and that's all they are concerned about. I am a 48 y/o guy who has NEVER done any filler in the past and really like how I look now, but wanted to start doing maintenance so I still love how I look in 5, 10, 20 yes, etc. I was very nervous about not wanting to look 'enhanced' or anything like that. I went in to see Brooke just to have her assess me and tell me what she thought. She told me that what I thought I needed wasn't right for me and suggested something else. She totally and completely got how important it was to me to not look 'enhanced'. I went back a week later for the injections and I LOVE what it did. Wasn't really painful at all and I went right back to work after the procedure. To boot, it only cost about half of what I was expecting to spend. LIFE CHANGING! I wish I could give 100 stars, I literally cried in the office I was so happy with my treatment. I had treatments in the past but it had been several years, and I will be honest to say I have not taken very good care of my skin ( tanning beds, smoking, etc) but I recently got divorced and figured it was time to start taking care of myself. I stopped smoking, and started eating better but my face got so sunken that I hated it. Well, my niece told me about this place, and I decided to go in for a consultation and they did a very thorough assessment and discussed the different treatment options with me, answered all of my questions, so I felt very comfortable. I've been going to Face Forward Aesthetics for about 2 years and am so happy with the staff (Brooke, Abby and Corey are three of the young ladies I have had the pleasure of seeing). Brooke is very professional and treats you like you're a family member or friend she's known forever. She has eased the anxiety I've felt when coming in for any procedure that includes a needle (Dysport and Microneedling)! She does not rush which also makes me feel calm. Thanks Brooke. I went to face forward aesthetics to have filler done. I was nervous because I had a bad experience before at another location in which the filler was not distributed evenly and after I was done I was so swollen that I couldn't eat properly for days. I decided to give this location a chance because I had a Groupon deal. Face forward completely changed my perception on fillers. They explained each type of filler thoroughly, And although I spent more than I planned on spending, they advised me not to have it done unless I could have it done properly because I wouldn't like the results, and what I did spend would be wasted. I went ahead and did what they advised me to do and I absolutely loved it the results. I had very little bruising or swelling, and the Results were very natural looking. What a joke this business is. If I could give zero stars I would. Firstly, they upsell like crazy here. Next, THEY INJECTED ME WITH DILUTED BOTOX! How do I know? Well, it never set in. Whatsoever. I paid hundreds of dollars for this service and THEY WANTED TO CHARGE ME THE SAME PRICE A SECOND TIME TO HAVR IT "CORRECTED" as "my facial muscles are "too strong." This is a lie. I have been getting Botox for years and have NEVER faced this issue. I laughed when they attempted to charge me again and went to my former Medispa which I should have never strayed from, Monarch Aesthetic Medicine. This was my first time getting any "aesthetic" treatments done, but my wife made me an appointment and I am actually happy I did it. I always complained about my the lines on my face, but didn't think I could do anything about it. So I had a free consultation, and was told about a product called botox that could help. After the very nice staff answered all the questions I had, I felt comfortable to move forward. They were able to treat me right away, and it was literally pain-free and so quick. Now its been 3 weeks and my wife, can't stop saying I told you so, because all of the lines are gone. I am very happy with my treatment, and will be back for more. What a disaster for a business. I went here with a groupon and they tried to upsell me into buying over 2K worth of services I didn't even need. Not only this but they apparently gave me diluted botox as it never worked. I waited two weeks like they said and went back. This place actually had the AUDACITY to ask me to pay for my services! After I declined and was wakling out one of the girls at the desk asked me to give them a 5-star review on google reviews and they would "give me a 25$ discount. I never took the discount of course and somehow my 1-star review on google reviews went missing. This place get's an F. Plus the office is tacky and extremely dirty. I had a really great experience here this morning! The office is very nice and the people are friendly and give an honest consultation. I went in as a first time Botox client and I was a little nervous. They explained the whole process and made me feel very comfortable. They weren't pushy at all and actually gave me an honest opinion on not needing anything around my eyes right now, when I thought I did. They honored the promo for 10 free units without any hassle whatsoever. I did end up getting more than that, but I didn't, nor would I ever go in with an unrealistic expectation of only receiving 10 units and being done. There are very few places that combine friendly, competent, knowledgeable, fun, and efficient service for all around positive customer service! Face Forward pulls it off effortlessly and has been able to address all my cosmetic enhancements perfectly while being absolutely pleasant and fun! I came here nervous as hell a few months ago for a consultation for lip fillers. I can honestly say that I've never felt more welcomed by a group of woman in my entire life. I was about an hour and a half late due to getting lost and called beforehand to let them know. They were so understanding and still continued to allow me to come in and do the consultation and even offered to do the service that same day. Office is very cute! The staff are very friendly, and take the time to discuss all of your concerns. A friend had told me about this place so I wanted to give them a try, I have previously been to other aesthetic practices with plastic surgeons and dermatologists, but no one has ever listened the way they did. We discussed different treatment plans, and I moved forward with Disport and facial contouring, and my expectations were beyond exceeded. I am originally from Chicago but brought my mom to the Cleveland Clinic in an attempt to save her life. So, I needed a day for myself and something to help me out with the bags. FFA is hands down, the best place in Columbus. Their social media game is on point, as well as their attention to details when it comes to clients and what they want. My first experience was at a Botox party held by my friend and the staff that came made my first experience incredible!
