Anastasiia was absolutely incredible. She is extremely talented, very professional, and super sweet. She added sparkle and brightness to our corporate event geared toward celebrating our employees and their families. Anastasiia was very sweet to all the kids (and adults!), she listened to their ideas and helped them choose the designs and colors that fit their vision. She also did an amazing job at accommodating our minimally speaking special needs guests, and those with sensory needs. Overall, she knocked it out of the park! Thank you so much Anastasiia. We look forward to working with you again in the future!

Anastasia did a great job at our party! All the kids were so excited and even the adults! Would definitely book again for future parties.

The first thing I noticed walking in was how clean everything was. For an indoor play space, that really stood out. The layout is well thought out and there's a lot to keep kids entertained. The play structure is huge and even big enough for adults to climb in with the kids. The ninja course was a big hit and the Mario themed wall had kids lining up to try it. There are arcade games, small rides, and a separate toddler area that I really appreciated. The toddler section even has interactive screens where little ones can play games and draw, which kept the younger kids happy and busy. The staff were all fantastic. Everyone we interacted with were friendly, attentive, and very organized. Hosting a kid's birthday party can feel overwhelming, but they helped everything run smoothly so we could actually relax and enjoy the day. They even handled the small details I forgot like filing the goodie bags and blowing up balloons. The party room was spacious and nicely set up, and the overall experience felt soo easy and well coordinated. HUGE thank you to the team at Peek-A-Boo Factory for helping make the celebration so fun. We'll definitely be back for open play!

Kids come in and the…read morefirst thing they see is the EXPENSIVE arcade games before they even get to see the play structures to get excited about. So I got to start the adventure with saying "no" cuz I just spent $40 for their entrance fees, then another $6 for THEIR grip socks even though we came wearing our own grip socks. Now I'm the bad guy cuz my kids see flashy expensive arcade games and want to play. The arcade games are so short and so expensive for the time you get to play, and no prizes to win, just money down the drain with the stupid pre paid cards that you don't know how much is left on it. The play structure has a super unsafe feature at the front, the Mario challenge wall, I saw multiple kids probably 8 year olds climb ABOVE the Mario structure where it's a full story high and they would be seriously hurt if they fell. My last complaint is that the staff did not keep a close enough eye on the gate to make sure kids don't escape. I saw the gate just hang open as the staff chatted with each other and not watching to keep it closed. On a positive note, the play structure itself is very large and a lot of exploring opportunities for toddlers and kids, lots of slides. Structures tall enough that parents can follow a two year old almost anywhere in the structure. The place has potential to be better and safer, but I'm sticking to Enchanted for my kids, it's safer for toddlers.

There's a lot of things for kids to do so my kids had a great time. However, there were a lot of toys and stuff everywhere. I'm not sure how often the staff cleans up. I'll probably would not take my kids back here.

Anyone 12 months and up is $10, including adults (which, honestly, I'm just there to supervise, so it ought to be free for me to supervise right? smh. I did see kids there without supervision, their one parent was doing their own thing and letting their kids run amok. Just saying. Guess they didn't want to pay $10 per extra set of eyes; can't blame em) - ok, end rant. I do like that there are several different areas. They have designated arts and crafts section; a painting and coloring area, a make believe area whereas kids can play dress up, a toddler area for kids 0-2yrs, a sensory area, a large tabletop train area, a foam blocks area with a pretty cool large pin board, and the most fun was the airways area (though it can get pretty busy). Staff is nice but lacks behavioral management. There's plenty around, but no one is really managing parents managing their kids lol. Everything seems clean and picked up for the most part. They have designated times to come wash the paint off the window, which is nice. They also have designated arts and crafts time lead by staff members (my kids did a little water color painting of a flag since it was Memorial Day). The hours are a bit tough to work with for working parents and kids, but you make do with what you have. It's more of a fun indoor play area as oppose to a museum, I'd say. This was our first time here and won't be our last.

Sometimes it'll be an issue with another kid or a bigger kid even but it's not something that is out of the normal for that many kids. It gets worked out. The staff is nice and usually helpful. Lots of good birthday parties there. I like it better than the other trampoline parks. They could do a better job of answering the phone tho. Never is crazy lol also the new hours, 4-8pm in the middle of summer is wild. It used to be a pretty solid place for parents to come work remote while their kids played but apparently that era is over. 4-8 is like the prequel to closing for good.

When we arrived, I was told my toddler could jump while I watched from the sidelines. However, after seeing how chaotic the facility was, there was no way I felt comfortable doing that. Children were running around unsupervised, teenagers were climbing up the slides the wrong way, kids weren't taking turns, and I didn't see staff monitoring any slides. To keep my 23-month-old safe, I ended up paying the additional 50% fee so I could accompany him on the trampoline. Instead of being able to relax and enjoy the party, I spent the entire time chasing and playing alongside my toddler to make sure he didn't get hurt. It was exhausting--I left drenched in sweat, and I'm 38 years old, a runner, and in good shape. Unfortunately, the experience got worse when we left the party area. Someone stole my Altra running shoes along with the zippered party favor bags we had received. My 5-year-old was heartbroken. On top of that, many of the arcade games were out of order, two major attractions were closed. I think this location would benefit greatly from having a dedicated toddler area where younger children can play safely away from older kids. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this Urban Air.

My kids enjoyed the rides, and they also liked doing mini golf. The place wasn't too crowded. There wasn't too many attendants so we had to wait for one staff member to control about 3 rides at a time. I can imagine that is tiring for some of the kids working there. The arcade itself was fun, but when my kids wanted snacks, everything we wanted was unavailable (slushie, dip and dots, and hot dog). Not to mention, the soda was flat! The staff helping us was so nice we didn't sweat it. Really... we didn't need to spend money anyways lol. We brought water. What got me was that the park was split into two areas divided by a small parking lot. If it's your first time, start with the area with the mini golf . That's where you purchase points or wristbands for the days activities. All in all kids had an outlet for their endless energy. A time was had.

Instead of just a jungle gym and ball pit, they actually have little themed areas like mini kitchens and small workshop setups, which makes it so much more engaging. There's also this fun little roller coaster-style toy my baby absolutely loved. It really helped her practice motor skills and stay active in a more intentional way instead of just running around. The staff were super nice and everything was really clean. They even had high chairs available, and they were already spotless and ready to use, which made things so much easier as a parent. Overall, it felt safe, clean, and actually designed with younger toddlers in mind. Definitely one of the better play spaces we've been to and we'll for sure be coming back.

At no point did the front desk staff tell me that the playhouse would be closing at 5:30 PM. If I had known we would only have about 45 minutes to play, I would have come another day. Shortly after we arrived, one of the parents from a birthday party asked for my children's names and kindly invited us to help ourselves to some pizza. Since no one mentioned that the playhouse was about to close, I had no reason to think our visit would be cut so short. Then, at 5:29 PM, the front desk employee suddenly told us they were closing and that we had to leave. When I asked why no one had informed me before I paid full price, I was simply told that the hours were listed on the website. I found this place through Google, not your website. Customers should be informed about an upcoming closing before they pay full admission. Charging full price without mentioning that the business is closing in less than an hour is unfair and very disappointing. I hope management will improve communication with customers and consider offering a partial refund or a complimentary return visit in situations like this. My children were very excited to visit the playhouse and were very upset and disappointed when we were asked to leave shortly after arriving.
