First time at Sky Zone. amazing experience! This was my daughter and my first time visiting Sky Zone off Madison, and we had an absolute blast at the glow-in-the-dark event! From the moment we walked in, everyone was so kind and welcoming. The hospitality was top-notch...you just don't see that level of care often anymore. I especially want to give a huge shoutout to Munzer, Tedairo, and Leilani for their outstanding customer service. They went above and beyond. I even lost an earring, and they took the time to help me find it. I truly appreciate their effort and kindness. If you're looking for a fun activity with your kids, I highly recommend checking this place out. And definitely grab the Groupon. It's so worth it! You get to jump from 5 to 9 PM and it's non-stop fun. Thank you to the whole team for making our Friday night so special. Our grandson (8 y.o.) had a great time jumping in the areas that were open. There were some areas that were not open, even though there appeared to be sufficient employees to monitor them. At least the employees were doing a better job of monitoring the children than the last time we were here. There aren't many seating areas for non-paticipants, but since we were there midweek, we managed. There are some massage chairs you can pay to use, however some of them are somewhat dilapidated with the faux leather peeling off. read more

Today I visited Sky Zone with my children, and we were extremely disappointed. The facility was shockingly dirty. I attached photos showing what we saw. There was dried mucus on the wall, trash scattered on the floor, and the floors looked like they had not been properly cleaned in a very long time. On top of that, there was a very strong chemical smell throughout the facility. I have no idea why so much of this product was being sprayed, but I spent two hours there waiting for my children, and my throat is still irritated. I am still having trouble breathing comfortably because of the overwhelming odor. We paid more than $70 to spend time in what felt like an unsanitary environment. For the amount customers are paying, I would expect basic cleanliness and maintenance. It seems that some of that money could be invested in hiring staff to properly clean the floors and remove obvious dirt and debris from the walls. This was a very disappointing experience, and unfortunately I cannot recommend this location. read more

Right now this location is sitting on a 3.3 average, which is right on the money. Pros: - Saturday afternoon at 4 pm and the crowds are not bad at all. - The elevated platform to sit has decent line-of-sight for keeping an eye on your kid. - Decent amount of activities - basketball, slides, balance bar, rope swings into foam pits, dodge ball, small ninja warrior course, and a basic trampoline area. - Staff interactions were friendly, especially at the check-in desk, and we heard them blow the whistle a few times, so at least someone must be paying attention. Cons: - Your olfactory nerves will be overwhelmingly offended immediately upon entering the facility. - As others have said, parking is particularly cramped. - Our friend the security guard has been chilling on his phone the whole time, but I guess someone is here in a shirt that says Security on it. Does that make me feel better or does it do the opposite? At least he isn't being kept busy. For a kids' place, it doesn't seem any more dirty or grimy than Chuck E Cheese. Not a high bar, but I'm not seeing the same Petri dish conditions from other reviews. We did a price comparison between Sky Zone and 3 competitor locations, and they're all pretty similar. Can't comment on party arrangements or prices, just here on an hour and a half ticket. Overall, not as bad as the horror stories I'm reading. -1 star for Maroon 5 playing on the loudspeaker. read more

7/21 My friend came in town and she stayed at the hotel next to sky zone and wanted to meet there so our kids can play. Ive only been to the EG one and i cans surely say the staff that evening exceed excellent service. I had trouble with my membership and they did not hesitate to help me resolve the issue. Even though the issue was not resolve that evening they gave me follow up information and was resolve the next day . The staff was very responsive, respectful and i was shocked considering the younger generation they are, they were very professional. Unlike the EG staff where they just hate life and rolled your eyes at you like you making them do their job. We were anticipating a food court there for dinner, but there were none. It's understandable bc that would require a bigger area and staff to fulfill the service. We left for dinner after they closed. My son loved the foam block pit and we will return one day if we're in the area. read more

I am extremely disappointed with the experience my son and his baseball teammates had at Sky Zone yesterday. I purchased memberships for the boys and brought them to enjoy an evening together. Unfortunately, what should have been a fun experience turned into a frustrating and upsetting one due to the behavior of a staff member and the response from management. Throughout our visit, one employee repeatedly singled out members of our group. One child would politely ask for a ball and was completely ignored. Another child was corrected for behavior that numerous other children around him were also doing, yet they were not addressed. When one of the boys respectfully asked the employee to show him the correct way to use an attraction, he was ignored as well. As a parent, it was difficult not to notice a pattern in how the children in our group were being treated. Three of the four boys are African American, and the repeated singling out of our children compared to others around them left us deeply uncomfortable. The situation escalated when my son asked to use the swing attraction one final time. Instead of handling the situation appropriately, the employee physically removed him from the attraction and refused to allow him to continue, despite the fact that I immediately went to retrieve his active glow band. The situation did not warrant that level of intervention and completely ruined the experience for the children. What upset me even more was management's response. When I approached the manager with my concerns, I expected professionalism and a willingness to address the issue. Instead, my concerns were dismissed, and the manager appeared more interested in monitoring my children than resolving the situation. Rather than de-escalating the problem, management made it worse. I brought these kids here to have fun, and instead they left feeling targeted and unwelcome. No child should feel that way at an entertainment facility. I will be contacting corporate because this experience was completely unacceptable, and I believe additional training and accountability are needed. Staff members who work with children should know how to communicate respectfully, fairly, and consistently with all guests. read more

My son has the summer jump pass, and I called to see if that pass includes a bring a friend like the membership pass does. The girl on the phone told me yes, we can bring a friend one time once a month. Cool perfect, so I bring my 8 year old son and his 8 year old friend, who were all excited to go. When we get there, the girl scanned my pass and said the bring a friend isn't included. I explained to her how I had literally just called about 30 mins prior, because I wanted to make sure before I came and before I told the boys. How do the workers not trained to know this information? Unfortunately we had to leave. And we always get the membership, but decided to do the summer one because it was a good deal. Took my niece here just cause she's such a great kid. We had so much fun, I did a few things with her and jumped. There was a section specifically for some of the smaller/younger children. Because man, some of those kids play rough... especially dodgeball.. I had to hold my ground with dodgeball lol. I'll definitely be coming back just because it's a blast and different. Not my first or last time here. They have a photo booth for memories. No real food, just overpriced snacks candy and junk, make sure you eat beforehand, unless a snickers is a good enough lunch. It's a little grimy and dirty in some aspects, but I imagine a place like that (with so many kids) is hard to keep up. I think they need employees keeping a better watch near different sections of the trampoline park as well. Kids jump on each other in the pits. A great place to have a birthday party, there were 2 while we were there. Also you NEED to have gripping socks while there it's their policy. So if you don't bring some you will need to buy some overpriced orange socks that you'll only use like once. They have lockers for sale as well. read more

We just joined: overall love the floor plan kids Love it. 1. There is a large leak above the Wi area. It is clear that this has been go a bit the plywood was exposed and black with mold, water dripping form the ceiling to the ground. Very dangerous, I took pictures in the event that any injuries occur. I notified Staff, was told they notified building management. I know that Business must go on, the question is at what cost. Water weight is dangerous as it starts to give. 2. Was a bit concerning to me is there is no protocol on cleaning. We were there Friday, February 14th 1st time arrived 9:30am floors were very dirty, bathrooms were no better, thought maybe it was an off day. 3. Arrived again on Monday, February 17th to enjoy the place. Sadly, I find that everting was stays the same. Not quite what I would have expected. The ceiling was worse I advised the Staff with the same answer. The floor were even worse. Filth over filth. I am not sure if I am sorry to join or hope that a change can happen. My rating is directed at an employee, Nevaeh G. I think she is fairly new. She managed to find some cones and a soccer ball and got the kids involved in something new and different than Dodgeball. The kids seemed to all be having fun and by the time I got over there to check on my grandson's, there must have been at least 12 kids over there trying to each get the ball thru all these cones in the shortest amount of time. My kids always have a great time. This park offers them a ton to do. But I have to say I'm disappointed. Being a manager myself, I'm disappointed in the management. You have the laziest non involved put out employees I have ever seen. Your team doesn't enforce ANY of the rules. I didn't see a single employee step in to do their job the entire time we were there. Crowed, loud and hot. Only a few tables available to sit and watch your kids. The steel chairs are very uncomfortable to sit and wait in. They Won't let you bring in a bottle of water. Making you have to buy their stuff. Ugh.. it's just water which the kids really need, they get shot and sweaty during thir time here they need lots of water. Checking in took forever even though we had a reservation. They need a better system. Parking is terrible, you'd be really lucky if you found something close. read more

Had a birthday party here this weekend for my 5 year old. We typically love place but the cleanliness of the party room is the reason for my bad review. We were in Party room 1 and it was filthy. When we arrived, Next to the door there was a dirty dustpan, broom, and high chair that had crumbs all over it left there. I took all that out of the room myself. Honestly, it looked like they do very minimal cleaning if any because the floors looked like they don't sweep or mop in there. One wall even had some dried food gunk I wiped off with some Lysol wipes I brought. I moved the garbage can and the metal cabinet a bit forward to be able to put some decorations up, and that's when there was a horrific smell came and I literally started to gag. I realized the floors right there were completely wet and all under the cabinet and garbage can...it smelled like vomit and was completely disgusting!!! All the guest immediately smelled it too. The floors were slimy like and brown with old decor/ garbage mixed in. I don't think it has ever been cleaned!!! Our host saw it was wet and she even could smell it! I asked our host to mop in front of the metal cabinet but that smell did not go away as of course under and behind the cabinet it remained all wet. I had to constantly be spraying febreze. Another thing is there was no hand sanitizer in the room and when I asked the host if she could bring some in she checked and said they were all out. The kids had fun but the party room experience was horrible!! And by the looks they don't seem to ever do some deep nightly cleaning of these rooms because by the smell of that gunk it for sure had to been sitting there for months or who knows how long. I'm sure if management goes in that room all that would still be under that cabinet and know exactly what I'm talking about. Having a party here is not cheap, I paid a little over $600 and the least that could have been done is have a clean party room. So I was very disappointed! Why pay to be in a disgustedly filthy room?! Definitely would not recommend unless they do something about their cleanliness and sanitation! Also, Things like that just make me question how their kitchen/ drink stations are kept with cleanliness and up to proper sanitary standards. read more

My child went to Sky Zone (Sacramento )for a day visit using my card saved on his phone. Instead of just paying for the visit, he was signed up for a monthly membership without my consent. When I called, the manager (Lisa) she refunded me but said they didn't see anything wrong with the practice, even suggesting my minor child should have understood what he was signing.What if the child has a disability and finds it difficult to understand these practices? So what she's really telling me is that we as parents need to warn our children about unethical business practices such as what Sky Zone carry out. Pretty disgusting response. These are the values and ethics of the management running this "child friendly" facility A child cannot legally authorize a contract on a parent's card. I got my refund, but parents should be warned: if your kid has your card saved, they could be locked into a membership you never agreed to. read more

Be aware about signing up with a membership. They have you sign a lengthy agreement that includes a statement that cancellations take 3 business days. They charged me for a full month of service for both kids. I'll take the blame because I signed it, but nobody mentions it. In my opinion it's deceitful. This place confused me at first bc it was literally Rockin Jump and I thought I was at the wrong place for a birthday party. The place looks like same form when it was Rockin Jump. The staff were a hit and miss. Some were more friendlier than others. When working in a place that services children it's a tough job but you really need to bring your A game when you are in the service industry. The party we attended served pizza and it was decent. I noticed the party next door you are able to bring your own food as well. Maybe this is new and if that is the case I think I wouldn't mind having a party here for one of my kids. Kids absolutely love it here and if you come it will likely be the best money you have spent on yours in a while. So many different areas to play and the staff are so incredibly friendly (thank you April, my daughter remembered you right away and we would consider a birthday party here if we knew you would work it). Bouncey areas, swinging and hanging apparatuses, foam pits everywhere, rock climbing and bouncy walls, etc. this place is a dream to wear out your kids. Floors, storage shelves, and restrooms are so dirty and sticky. Employees just stay around and having their own gatherings instead of watching kids that run around. This is a very over due review. On October 19th my family purchased memberships for my three children for my son's 3rd birthday. He is autistic and loves to jump. It was the absolute best place for him. He was having so much fun in his element. We returned the following weekend to repeat the fun he had. However this time it was the worst experience of my life and I cancelled my membership because of it. My son was enjoying himself once again when a staff member told me I wasn't allowed to jump with him. Confused I showed him my wristband and he told me I wasn't allowed to jump in the same square as him. This Saturday the park was full and everyone was jumping in the same areas. I explained that he's only 3 and he told me I was not allowed to. I told him he was autistic and I wanted to keep him safe. He told me I don't make the rules. You can't jump with him. I told him that there were many kids jumping wild around and I wanted to keep him safe. He again showed zero care or concern told me it wasn't allowed. So I picked up my son who was kicking and screaming because I took him away from an activity he was enjoying. Nobody else was being talked to so I was incredibly upset. Very frustrated with the situation I took my son and left to a different area. While walking there I saw another parent jumping in the same type of trampoline with 3 children with her. Nobody said anything to her. I pointed out to the worker that for some reason it was okay for her to do that. He just stared at me and not once did he approach that parent. I watched to see if he would. I felt very targeted during my visit with my son. I had a shirt that said "autism" on it. I do not know if I was discriminated against because of my son's disability or because of my race but I was targeted for some reason. My son and I weren't bothering anybody. He was having fun, not jumping wild like most of the kids were and I was attempting to keep him safe. I am very disappointed in this establishment. I am a social worker who advocates for people especially those who are disadvantaged. This was the absolutely worst experience for myself and my son. He enjoyed it more than Rebounderz but because of the discrimination we experienced we cancelled our membership and will be going to Rebounderz. The staff needs more training and understanding for people with disabilities especially toddlers. The whole establishment needs to consider more inclusivity. Even if that's the rule, I should not have been the only person talked to. I watched and nobody else was talked to except me and my autistic son. This was not okay at all and ruined his experience and mine. I reached out to Sky Zone regarding our experience and they didn't even respond. Beware of the monthly membership. I took my three kids here and paid full price for each. I was talked into a monthly membership since it was the same price as a single admission and told I could cancel any time. We did not end up returning but when I tried to cancel, I was one day late and the next charge had gone through. Despite several attempts to work with management, including asking to be charged only one membership, they refused to refund me at all. I ended up paying almost $180 for three kids to jump one time. There is absolutely no reason they couldn't refund me the additional month's charge- they were not out any money as we never returned. Dear Management, RE: Concerns Regarding Cleanliness and Customer Experience I've been bringing my kids to your facility regularly, and while it's a great place for them to enjoy jumping and playing, I've noticed recurring issues with cleanliness. Every time I visit, the state of the facility, particularly the bathrooms, is disappointing. The floors are not mopped, and the restrooms are often dirty. For instance, the bathroom floors are consistently unclean, trash isn't being taken out, and basic hygiene maintenance seems neglected. On a recent visit, I asked three different employees to clean the bathroom and provide paper towels, yet it wasn't until I requested this multiple times that a young gentleman came to address the issue. Unfortunately, his efforts fell short. Instead of properly cleaning, he checked off tasks on a service worksheet without inspecting the bathroom, then walked out without completing the work. When I asked for paper towels, he suggested using the air dryer, expecting me to dry off my behind with that. Eventually, he provided paper towels as I asked firmly but brought only enough for one use, showing no regard for the next person who might need them. Management, This Needs Attention! 1. Employee Training: It is essential that your staff receives proper training in both customer service and work ethics. Please ensure your employees know how to effectively communicate with customers and complete their responsibilities. Additionally, hiring practices should focus on strong work ethics, as this reflects on the overall experience at your facility. 2. Facility Cleanliness: With an entrance fee of $30 per child and additional charges for socks and snacks, the cost adds up quickly. On a recent visit, I spent nearly $50 for one child, only to experience dirty floors, poor customer service, and unsanitary restrooms. For the amount of money being charged, it's reasonable to expect a clean, well-maintained facility. I urge you to address these cleanliness issues promptly. It's frustrating to pay a premium only to encounter such poor conditions. Action is Needed: I urge you to take immediate steps to improve the cleanliness of the facility and the quality of service. You are profiting from customers who expect a higher standard, and it's imperative that you deliver on these expectations. The Sacramento community deserves better, and your patrons should be able to enjoy a clean and welcoming environment. Thank you for your attention to these matters. This place is changed names several times, however, it's been here as long as I can remember. We've had lots of parties here for the kids and it seems to be the most popular place with my kids. What I like about this place is they have party rooms to accommodate small parties and large parties. I believe there's only three party rooms so book early. You can bring in your own food and drinks plus they offer pizzas depending on how many people in your party. When you reserve a room you depending on the number of people you get paper plates, cups, napkins, drinks and pizza plus party host. They have several colors for the tablecloth and cups/plates so you can always request your color theme. The kids jump for an hour or two and then you get the room for an hour depending on what package you purchase. They've always let us decide what hour we want to do the party. The kids get a pair of socks and a wristband. Parents can get an Observer wristband for free. Tips: I highly recommend you bring water for yourself and your kids. There are vending machines there but they were not working when I was there last and they are expensive. *The reason I took off one star is if you want to buy a soda or bottle of water from the open cooler you have to go to the front checkin and stand in line to pay for it. This is a BIG HASSLE. Nobody wants to leave their kid in the trampoline area and go stand in line forever. This was big enough to knock off one star. So be sure to bring your own water/beverage. They will add gratuity to your party check but it's entirely up to you what you'd like to tip. The first time we were there we were confused and thought we had to pay the 15% but we tip accordingly to the service we received. If you bring your own pizza for the party like we did, then they have a pizza warmer to keep them in. They also have a refrigerator to put your cake in if that's needed. Get there at least 15 minutes early because you'll want to take advantage of your party time. Make sure you fill out the waiver online or you will waste time doing that before your kids can get started jumping. You can fill it out there in your phone also. There are couches and seating on the upper level (plus a small sitting area on the main level) that looks down across the trampoline area. If you're unsure about the number of jumpers in your party, pay for the ones you know will be there and then you can add on as they arrive. If you pay for the ones that don't show up, it's a hassle to get your money back. My last tip is we had the best hostess, VANESSA! See if you can get her because she is a doll and makes sure everything is taken care of and she's funny with lots of personality. All the young people that work there are super nice, friendly and helpful but our fav is VANESSA! read more

This place was FANTASTIC. So much fun and the staff there were professional and helpful. I would specifically like to call out a young lady Diana who helped us out a lot. She kept everyone safe I and helped us all follow the rules while still maintaining the fun environment. Major kudos to her! This has to be the worst place in Sacramento to take kids. The employees are useless but yet ask for tips. Heck one was hardly able to make change from five dollars. Employees watch as twelve year olds pick on eight year olds and do nothing about it. Fight almost breaks out and you can see the employee literally ignore a parent about it and do the bare minimum to help the younger kids. What are you paying for?
