Today I visited Sky Zone with my children, and we were extremely disappointed. The facility was shockingly dirty. I attached photos showing what we saw. There was dried mucus on the wall, trash scattered on the floor, and the floors looked like they had not been properly cleaned in a very long time. On top of that, there was a very strong chemical smell throughout the facility. I have no idea why so much of this product was being sprayed, but I spent two hours there waiting for my children, and my throat is still irritated. I am still having trouble breathing comfortably because of the overwhelming odor. We paid more than $70 to spend time in what felt like an unsanitary environment. For the amount customers are paying, I would expect basic cleanliness and maintenance. It seems that some of that money could be invested in hiring staff to properly clean the floors and remove obvious dirt and debris from the walls. This was a very disappointing experience, and unfortunately I cannot recommend this location.

7/21 My friend came in town and she stayed at the hotel next to sky zone and wanted to meet there so our kids can play. Ive only been to the EG one and i cans surely say the staff that evening exceed excellent service. I had trouble with my membership and they did not hesitate to help me resolve the issue. Even though the issue was not resolve that evening they gave me follow up information and was resolve the next day . The staff was very responsive, respectful and i was shocked considering the younger generation they are, they were very professional. Unlike the EG staff where they just hate life and rolled your eyes at you like you making them do their job. We were anticipating a food court there for dinner, but there were none. It's understandable bc that would require a bigger area and staff to fulfill the service. We left for dinner after they closed. My son loved the foam block pit and we will return one day if we're in the area.

Took my niece here just cause she's such a great kid. We had so much fun, I did a few things with her and jumped. There was a section specifically for some of the smaller/younger children. Because man, some of those kids play rough... especially dodgeball.. I had to hold my ground with dodgeball lol. I'll definitely be coming back just because it's a blast and different. Not my first or last time here. They have a photo booth for memories. No real food, just overpriced snacks candy and junk, make sure you eat beforehand, unless a snickers is a good enough lunch. It's a little grimy and dirty in some aspects, but I imagine a place like that (with so many kids) is hard to keep up. I think they need employees keeping a better watch near different sections of the trampoline park as well. Kids jump on each other in the pits. A great place to have a birthday party, there were 2 while we were there. Also you NEED to have gripping socks while there it's their policy. So if you don't bring some you will need to buy some overpriced orange socks that you'll only use like once. They have lockers for sale as well.

Today we celebrated my nephews birthday. There were a few bumps in the road but not enough to give them a 1 star. Majority of the staff is friendly the other half seems like this job is too much. All and all. It's still a great place for the kiddos.

We just joined: overall love the floor plan kids Love it. 1. There is a large leak above the Wi area. It is clear that this has been go a bit the plywood was exposed and black with mold, water dripping form the ceiling to the ground. Very dangerous, I took pictures in the event that any injuries occur. I notified Staff, was told they notified building management. I know that Business must go on, the question is at what cost. Water weight is dangerous as it starts to give. 2. Was a bit concerning to me is there is no protocol on cleaning. We were there Friday, February 14th 1st time arrived 9:30am floors were very dirty, bathrooms were no better, thought maybe it was an off day. 3. Arrived again on Monday, February 17th to enjoy the place. Sadly, I find that everting was stays the same. Not quite what I would have expected. The ceiling was worse I advised the Staff with the same answer. The floor were even worse. Filth over filth. I am not sure if I am sorry to join or hope that a change can happen. I sent an email to the corporate office waited 3 days with no response. HONESTLY VERY DISAPPOINTED. The response: Is in the picture below, when email sent.

If someone wants to buy a Membership, is the membership just for this one location? --yes this might be a dumb question.

What precautions are they taking to stop the spread of covid?

If your worried about covid I would say don't go. Most have exceptions so they don't have to wear a mask all Employees are wearing masks

Can you have a few kids for a bday or do I need a party package. It will be about 5kids?

They require to book minimum of 10 kids for a bd party

    Is there an age minimum?

There are some events that do have a minimum age like the slumber parties or club night, but regular jump does not. Any age can participate!

Do grown ups need to get a ticket too? I have a 4 YO and a 7 YO and I don't know if I also need a ticket to supervise them. I am guessing I would need the grip socks though which makes sense.

Either way. You can get a ticket & jump or the will give you a wristband to watch & walk around.

When we arrived, I was told my toddler could jump while I watched from the sidelines. However, after seeing how chaotic the facility was, there was no way I felt comfortable doing that. Children were running around unsupervised, teenagers were climbing up the slides the wrong way, kids weren't taking turns, and I didn't see staff monitoring any slides. To keep my 23-month-old safe, I ended up paying the additional 50% fee so I could accompany him on the trampoline. Instead of being able to relax and enjoy the party, I spent the entire time chasing and playing alongside my toddler to make sure he didn't get hurt. It was exhausting--I left drenched in sweat, and I'm 38 years old, a runner, and in good shape. Unfortunately, the experience got worse when we left the party area. Someone stole my Altra running shoes along with the zippered party favor bags we had received. My 5-year-old was heartbroken. On top of that, many of the arcade games were out of order, two major attractions were closed. I think this location would benefit greatly from having a dedicated toddler area where younger children can play safely away from older kids. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this Urban Air.

The employees were so worried about checking the kids wristband time. You cannot implement a time wristband when these kids are waiting 5-7 minutes in line just for an activity course to open up because there is no staff there to open it. We went on a Sunday and the weekends obviously your most busiest times you need to schedule accordingly to make sure there's a staff member at every single course because it's time wasted for them to play. Second, the employees seem annoyed when the kids would ask to open the next course. Anyone who has kids know that they stay on one thing maybe two times and then they're off to the next thing. Have employees at every single course if you don't want to stop what you're doing to go open the next course. And lastly, the open trampolines in the back where there is balls are inside the employee spent half the time yelling at the kids to stop kicking the balls. If you don't want the kids to throw/kick the balls then remove them.

One of the employees then turned around, and it said Manager on the back of her shirt, so it enforced my opinion that they simply don't care about customer care. For our most recent visit, we purchased tickets online and arrived about 15 minutes early. We walked up to the counter to check in and stood there waiting while two employees worked on something else. I understand staff may be handling another issue, but basic customer service goes a long way. A simple "Welcome in, I'll be with you shortly" would have acknowledged that we were seen. Instead, we waited about 10 minutes before being helped, despite there being no other guests in front of us. Another thing that stood out was the inconsistency in enforcing rules. There are numerous signs stating that outside food and beverages are not allowed, yet many guests had Yeti-style tumblers and drink containers sitting on tables. There are also signs posted saying beverages are not permitted in the jump areas, but parents were openly standing nearby with drinks. Whether those drinks contained water or "something else" isn't really the point. Rules should either be enforced consistently or not posted so prominently. When standards appear optional, it naturally makes guests wonder what other policies might be overlooked. The facility itself serves a purpose and gives kids a great place to burn off energy, especially during the summer heat. However, the overall operation feels disorganized. Most of the staff appear very young, and when a manager became involved, they didn't seem much older. That may help explain the lack of urgency, customer service, and attention to detail. If Sky Zone weren't one of the few indoor options for active kids in the area, I would likely look elsewhere. The attractions are fine, but after four visits, the check-in process and overall customer experience still leave a lot of room for improvement.

As a parent of a child on the autism spectrum, I want to share our experience at Planet Gymnastics…read moreso other families are aware. Before enrolling my child in their Ninja class, I called ahead and was completely transparent that my child is autistic. I specifically asked if that would be an issue and if he would be welcome in the class. I was reassured that he absolutely would be. We attended a trial class and my child had a great time. Like many beginners trying something new, he needed help learning the technical movements, but he listened, followed directions, and tried hard. After the class, I spoke directly with the instructor and asked very clearly if my child would be a good fit before enrolling. I was told yes -- that he listened well and simply needed help with some of the technical skills. Then before the next class, I received a phone call from Planet Gymnastics saying they wanted my child to complete another "trial" specifically because he is autistic to make sure he was a good fit. This was surprising and upsetting since we had already discussed his diagnosis and he had already been approved for the class. We still attended the next class. There were only three students in the class, and like many beginners, my child needed the instructor to demonstrate the movements and guide him through them. He participated appropriately and tried his best. After the class, the instructor told me he had "misspoken" the week before and that my child required too much attention. I was then told my child might be a "safety concern," even though he demonstrated no unsafe behavior during either class. The only alternative they offered was a class for children with disabilities at 3:00 PM -- the exact time my child gets out of school, making it impossible for him to attend. What was most concerning was how quickly my child was singled out because of his autism after I had already been open about it from the very beginning. Instead of evaluating him as a beginner learning a new activity, it felt like assumptions were made based on his diagnosis. My child followed directions, tried hard, and simply needed help learning the skills -- which is exactly what instructors are there to teach. Children with autism deserve the same opportunities to participate in community activities alongside their peers. Families should not be told their child is welcome, encouraged to enroll, and then later treated differently because of a diagnosis that was disclosed from the start. I hope Planet Gymnastics reflects on how this situation was handled and works toward better understanding and inclusion for neurodivergent children and their families.
