I booked a birthday party here and things went pretty smooth! Our host was super sweet and attentive. Even though there was a little mix up in the kitchen, she made sure to make it right!!! They offer all the things you need and you're also able to decorate on your own as long as you're using tape! Party rooms include a host, and socks for the kids to jump. Depending on your package you also are able to have arcade cards for your party at the end of the jumping and eating hour. There are tons of play areas for kids of all ages, the room is bright and there are also arcade games (but pretty pricy!) At the end of the party they even offer you a wagon to carry all your food and presents to the car. Prices are pretty good compared to other jump places in the area and plenty of parking! read more

absolutely disgusting . there was a used band aid stuck to the ground in the playarea. looks like they haven't cleaned in months. staff are rude. was playing salt shaker in a kids play place. i'll pay a little more to go somewhere else that's actually clean... you respond back to my comment saying an isolated spot for the bandaid when it was next to the entrance of a slide we were there for over two hours, and I did not see one person cleaning anything in regards to the play area. the floors are extremely dirty so that tells me they aren't cleaned properly Your staff has no idea what packages are when I buy a family of four pack and one person tells me I get popcorn and another person tells me I got pizza and a popcorn and then tells me that I'm lying that I don't get pizza but when I showed the receipt, they're whole demeanor changed cause i knew what i purchased. all your responses to people are trying to prove yourself but with my own eyes tour facility is disgusting. read more

This place is a joke! $30/2 hrs play. You have to wear their brand socks. Even a worker agreed this was ridiculous requirement, when you have exact socks as theirs, just different brand. And the advertised features for this fee includes popcorn. I don't care for the popcorn so much as that it said it was included and my child wanted it. My child and I were even talking about it while making the purchase. The cashier said nothing about it. Then I come back later to ask her about it and she says it's actually not included. So, false advertisement. They should at least honor what they list on what's included! The ninja warrior run up cliff grab needs a new run cover. It's torn up and wood is exposed. And Tyler (owner) don't come commenting unless you are going to make changes for the better! read more

Had my daughter's party here and it was very nice! We used room 3 which is the perfect view of the floor considering the party rooms are located upstairs. Our host was Miya and she was awesome! She was very tentative and kept me informed throughout. Not to mention when it came time to sign happy birthday she got all the kids excited and involved to sing loud. Thank you so much Miya! Be advised the party pack comes with game cards but 300 credits will only allow kids to play only about two to three games considering the cost of each game. For my middle child's birthday, we packed up both boys and headed to Reboundz so they could jump, sprint, climb, and basically turn into happy, hyper little tornadoes. Mission accomplished. This place truly has everything. The rock-climbing walls were a total hit -- well, for one of them. My little buddy took one look at the harness situation, announced at full volume, "I'M SCARED, MOM!" and respectfully opted out. Meanwhile, the birthday boy scaled those walls like he had something to prove. I swear he spent a solid 30 minutes going up and down like he was training for a mountain rescue. The playground near the arcade? Amazing. It looks like a jungle, it feels like a jungle, and my kids treated it like a VIP pass to chaos. They were in and out, sliding, crawling, disappearing, reappearing... I honestly considered putting a GPS tag on them. The arcade was shockingly reasonable for a kid venue -- no "mortgage-the-house-to-play-Pac-Man" situation. The boys ended up glued to the never-ending candy claw machine, so we left with plenty of sugary souvenirs and absolutely zero regrets. We refueled with pizza and pretzels (solid choices) and washed it down with Pepsi before heading back out to the bounce zones like we were carbo-loading for the Olympics. Birthday boy then discovered the light-up memory tiles -- and suddenly thought he was entering the World Championships. I made it to round three before my brain quit. He kept going so long that we took his brother off to play, came back later, and he was still at it. I don't know whether to be impressed or scared. We stayed almost three hours and spent under $120 -- which, if you are a parent, you know is basically the equivalent of winning a small lottery. And watching my kids attempt the American Ninja Warrior course? Priceless. Turns out everything looks easy until you try to swing from a rope like a pint-sized action hero. 10/10 would recommend. And pro tip: hit the McDonald's nearby before you go in if you want to save even more money. Only real advice? Bring water. Your kids will sweat like they're training for the junior triathlon. read more

Lots of activities to choose from to burn some energy and get lots of exercise! It's a great indoor park for all ages. In fact the staff are fully aware to group each activity by age. Within some of the trampoline areas they keep the group size to a minimum. They try to make sure the younger kids aren't going to be trampled by those more aggressive kids or young adults. Pizzas, snacks and drinks are available to refuel. It's a perfect place to keep everyone active on a rainy day. read more

Rebounderz provides good value for an hour or two of fun for kids. I took my children for the first time during winter break to help them work off some energy and overall they enjoyed it. The facility is a little bit older and shows it age but overall everything functions. The main issue my children had was that certain areas required a staff person to "open" the activity. For example the basketball hoop. They had to wait for someone to open that activity and be present while playing. The place that afternoon seemed to be understaffed so my kids complained about the wait times especially compared to other facilities where no staff person was required. The food cafe was fine and my kids liked that a snack and drink were included in their admission. We probably won't be back again with other options they enjoyed more but it wasn't a bad spot especially the price. read more

The kids had fun and I didn't have to do anything. My hostess was amazing and so sweet. The party packages are priced reasonably but the only thing that was not worth it was the arcade game cards. I thought 300 and 500 was great but all the arcade games are 125 or more so the kids only got to play 2 games because there was no games under 125. The parents of the kids had to put money on the cards because it was just not enough. read more

Their Verse Immersive experience was really bad, doesn't live up at all to the hype of what's advertised. It's poorly organized poor quality Falsely advertised equipment overall is the big letdown. Seven year olds might like it, but it's definitely not an immersive experience for adults read more

They had a program for toddlers to come in early and it was only for toddlers. I bought my grandchild a membership then they canceled the program. I was stuck for the 12 months. BUT it didn't end there. I went in to cancel and they said I had to email. So I emailed AND and they didn't cancel. You can't talk to anybody. They won't handle it there despite the fact that California had a law come out that said you have to be able to cancel your membership the same way you signed up for it and I signed up for it on their premises. First, let me start off positive and say this place is super cool. We go to a lot of indoor kid activity places and this was by far top on the list. Very clean.. food and drinks for purchase.. Temperature was perfect.. My kids had a blast but there was a few frustrating moments that I think you guys can work on to only get better. The employees were so worried about checking the kids wristband time. You cannot implement a time wristband when these kids are waiting 5-7 minutes in line just for an activity course to open up because there is no staff there to open it. We went on a Sunday and the weekends obviously your most busiest times you need to schedule accordingly to make sure there's a staff member at every single course because it's time wasted for them to play. Second, the employees seem annoyed when the kids would ask to open the next course. Anyone who has kids know that they stay on one thing maybe two times and then they're off to the next thing. Have employees at every single course if you don't want to stop what you're doing to go open the next course. And lastly, the open trampolines in the back where there is balls are inside the employee spent half the time yelling at the kids to stop kicking the balls. If you don't want the kids to throw/kick the balls then remove them. read more

If you're an adult interested in the Everworld Verse immersive experience I wouldn't recommend. For children, it'll be cool. But it was all over the place, the vr glasses were uncomfortable and bad quality, every group in there was doing the same game at different times so you'd bump into someone you don't know or need to try to grab an object but someone is standing there in its place. read more

Anyone that's interested in the immersive verse experience called Ever World, don't do it! Did it last night with my partner and it was very lame. The worker there had zero customer service skills when our immersive glasses weren't working and he lacked explanation skills on how the devices worked. It is in a tiny room inside of the trampoline park and arcade. The place is incredibly run down too and it's pricey as heck. You'd be better off going to Chuck E Cheese. Save your money!!! read more
