    Rock wall
    Krystina F.

For my middle child's birthday, we packed up both boys and headed to Reboundz so they could jump, sprint, climb, and basically turn into happy, hyper little tornadoes. Mission accomplished. This place truly has everything. The rock-climbing walls were a total hit -- well, for one of them. My little buddy took one look at the harness situation, announced at full volume, "I'M SCARED, MOM!" and respectfully opted out. Meanwhile, the birthday boy scaled those walls like he had something to prove. I swear he spent a solid 30 minutes going up and down like he was training for a mountain rescue. The playground near the arcade? Amazing. It looks like a jungle, it feels like a jungle, and my kids treated it like a VIP pass to chaos. They were in and out, sliding, crawling, disappearing, reappearing... I honestly considered putting a GPS tag on them. The arcade was shockingly reasonable for a kid venue -- no "mortgage-the-house-to-play-Pac-Man" situation. The boys ended up glued to the never-ending candy claw machine, so we left with plenty of sugary souvenirs and absolutely zero regrets. We refueled with pizza and pretzels (solid choices) and washed it down with Pepsi before heading back out to the bounce zones like we were carbo-loading for the Olympics. Birthday boy then discovered the light-up memory tiles -- and suddenly thought he was entering the World Championships. I made it to round three before my brain quit. He kept going so long that we took his brother off to play, came back later, and he was still at it. I don't know whether to be impressed or scared. We stayed almost three hours and spent under $120 -- which, if you are a parent, you know is basically the equivalent of winning a small lottery. And watching my kids attempt the American Ninja Warrior course? Priceless. Turns out everything looks easy until you try to swing from a rope like a pint-sized action hero. 10/10 would recommend. And pro tip: hit the McDonald's nearby before you go in if you want to save even more money. Only real advice? Bring water. Your kids will sweat like they're training for the junior triathlon.

    Year-end Dance Studio event!

Our dance studio had a great year end event here. Fantastic service by Manager, Jimmy, who checked in to make sure that the group was OK. Big groups are hectic so I appreciated his kindness.

Lots of activities to choose from to burn some energy and get lots of exercise! It's a great indoor park for all ages. In fact the staff are fully aware to group each activity by age. Within some of the trampoline areas they keep the group size to a minimum. They try to make sure the younger kids aren't going to be trampled by those more aggressive kids or young adults. Pizzas, snacks and drinks are available to refuel. It's a perfect place to keep everyone active on a rainy day.

    Arcade game

The kids had fun and I didn't have to do anything. My hostess was amazing and so sweet. The party packages are priced reasonably but the only thing that was not worth it was the arcade game cards. I thought 300 and 500 was great but all the arcade games are 125 or more so the kids only got to play 2 games because there was no games under 125. The parents of the kids had to put money on the cards because it was just not enough.

Lots of good birthday parties there. I like it better than the other trampoline parks. They could do a better job of answering the phone tho. Never is crazy lol also the new hours, 4-8pm in the middle of summer is wild. It used to be a pretty solid place for parents to come work remote while their kids played but apparently that era is over. 4-8 is like the prequel to closing for good.

When we arrived, I was told my toddler could jump while I watched from the sidelines. However, after seeing how chaotic the facility was, there was no way I felt comfortable doing that. Children were running around unsupervised, teenagers were climbing up the slides the wrong way, kids weren't taking turns, and I didn't see staff monitoring any slides. To keep my 23-month-old safe, I ended up paying the additional 50% fee so I could accompany him on the trampoline. Instead of being able to relax and enjoy the party, I spent the entire time chasing and playing alongside my toddler to make sure he didn't get hurt. It was exhausting--I left drenched in sweat, and I'm 38 years old, a runner, and in good shape. Unfortunately, the experience got worse when we left the party area. Someone stole my Altra running shoes along with the zippered party favor bags we had received. My 5-year-old was heartbroken. On top of that, many of the arcade games were out of order, two major attractions were closed. I think this location would benefit greatly from having a dedicated toddler area where younger children can play safely away from older kids. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this Urban Air.

One of the employees then turned around, and it said Manager on the back of her shirt, so it enforced my opinion that they simply don't care about customer care. For our most recent visit, we purchased tickets online and arrived about 15 minutes early. We walked up to the counter to check in and stood there waiting while two employees worked on something else. I understand staff may be handling another issue, but basic customer service goes a long way. A simple "Welcome in, I'll be with you shortly" would have acknowledged that we were seen. Instead, we waited about 10 minutes before being helped, despite there being no other guests in front of us. Another thing that stood out was the inconsistency in enforcing rules. There are numerous signs stating that outside food and beverages are not allowed, yet many guests had Yeti-style tumblers and drink containers sitting on tables. There are also signs posted saying beverages are not permitted in the jump areas, but parents were openly standing nearby with drinks. Whether those drinks contained water or "something else" isn't really the point. Rules should either be enforced consistently or not posted so prominently. When standards appear optional, it naturally makes guests wonder what other policies might be overlooked. The facility itself serves a purpose and gives kids a great place to burn off energy, especially during the summer heat. However, the overall operation feels disorganized. Most of the staff appear very young, and when a manager became involved, they didn't seem much older. That may help explain the lack of urgency, customer service, and attention to detail. If Sky Zone weren't one of the few indoor options for active kids in the area, I would likely look elsewhere. The attractions are fine, but after four visits, the check-in process and overall customer experience still leave a lot of room for improvement.

As a parent of a child on the autism spectrum, I want to share our experience at Planet Gymnastics…read moreso other families are aware. Before enrolling my child in their Ninja class, I called ahead and was completely transparent that my child is autistic. I specifically asked if that would be an issue and if he would be welcome in the class. I was reassured that he absolutely would be. We attended a trial class and my child had a great time. Like many beginners trying something new, he needed help learning the technical movements, but he listened, followed directions, and tried hard. After the class, I spoke directly with the instructor and asked very clearly if my child would be a good fit before enrolling. I was told yes -- that he listened well and simply needed help with some of the technical skills. Then before the next class, I received a phone call from Planet Gymnastics saying they wanted my child to complete another "trial" specifically because he is autistic to make sure he was a good fit. This was surprising and upsetting since we had already discussed his diagnosis and he had already been approved for the class. We still attended the next class. There were only three students in the class, and like many beginners, my child needed the instructor to demonstrate the movements and guide him through them. He participated appropriately and tried his best. After the class, the instructor told me he had "misspoken" the week before and that my child required too much attention. I was then told my child might be a "safety concern," even though he demonstrated no unsafe behavior during either class. The only alternative they offered was a class for children with disabilities at 3:00 PM -- the exact time my child gets out of school, making it impossible for him to attend. What was most concerning was how quickly my child was singled out because of his autism after I had already been open about it from the very beginning. Instead of evaluating him as a beginner learning a new activity, it felt like assumptions were made based on his diagnosis. My child followed directions, tried hard, and simply needed help learning the skills -- which is exactly what instructors are there to teach. Children with autism deserve the same opportunities to participate in community activities alongside their peers. Families should not be told their child is welcome, encouraged to enroll, and then later treated differently because of a diagnosis that was disclosed from the start. I hope Planet Gymnastics reflects on how this situation was handled and works toward better understanding and inclusion for neurodivergent children and their families.
