The owner was strangely rude, we are expecting a baby and for some odd reason the owner was making a nasty face towards my wife. Judging and criticizing about belly size. Service was on the rough side. A lot of rude unwarranted comments. Only to demand a tip after the service was complete. If you're looking to leave a place feeling judged / criticized and then guilted into tipping despite service being so bad it's not worthy of a tip. This is the place for you! read more

First time coming here to this location. Not as sanitary but I needed to get my brows reshaped so I just sat and waited. Cost is $11 for reshaping brows. It was long and slow process hurt a lot. Other places didn't hurt this much. Ouch!!! My lady didn't sanitize her hands and her fingers touched my eyelashes a lot. Arg! I had to wash my face afterwards just to be safe. She talked the whole time to another staff member and good thing I was wearing my mask and at least she was wearing a mask. Really don't want to smell her breath or get her saliva on me. Anita gives 5 star service, if you get her you're in good hands! Every other time I've come and have not gotten Anita I always leave with uneven brows, especially in the middle. They always seem to mess it up in the middle or leave unwanted hairs below the eyebrow. I've given it 3 tries without Anita, and all have left me disappointed in the overall lack of attention to detail and I end up having to pluck after to even them out. Always a pleasure going to Diva's threading beauty salon. The threading specialists are so nice and welcoming. After the pandemic I was reluctant to have my eyebrows threaded but doing them myself was a disservice to my face. At this salon the threading specialists don't hold/pull the thread with their mouth, instead they have perfected a technique where the string is around their neck. For me, this detail was very important. Since going this salon, Anita has helped my eyebrows recover their shape, gain fullness & look clean. read more

I would also advise you that they don't sanitize their items, the spoolie they use to cut your eyebrows and the scissors, they should be submerged in Barbicide salon grade The place was not enforcing distancing. read more

if i could do 0 stars i would. the lady in chair 2 RUINED my eyebrows. i had beautiful thick nicely shaped brows. i told her i only wanted to clean them up and to not take too much off. she said "ill try" my fault for ignoring the red flag but how can you try to not take off hair??? just don't take it off. that simple. she sliced my eyebrows in half and one is far more thinner than the other. now i have to deal with having thin eyebrows when i used to have such beautiful thick ones. this place SUCKS !!!! you could obviously tell she had just finished eating something because her hands smelled and they were incredibly oily. my face felt so dirty after she finished. read more

Just got my eyebrows done here for the first time and never going back. She managed to absolutely destroy the shape of my eyebrow. Make them insanely short and missed a billion loose hairs. Not to mention, she was the slowest threader I've ever had and still managed to do a horrible job. Sorry guys I didn't get her name but I ran here after work in hopes of turning the shapeless Caterpillars on my face onto actual eyebrows. The girl who did my eyebrows was extremely gentle no tears or anything. She took her time and made sure that I got the shape I wanted. I asked for thick eyebrows with not too much of an arch And she definitely gave me just that. Seeing as how my eyebrows were so uneven from a previous salon I think she did a really great job to even them out. I'm so happy I found something walking distance from work and I will definitely be returning.Also you can't beat the price. I paid nine dollars for my eyebrows and tipped five. After reading the reviews, I had to stop by and try this place out, especially after letting my eyebrows grow out for one month! Took me a while to find this shop, but was happy when I found it. I signed in and recognized Rana from the picture on this site. Everyone greeted me, including her, and she asked me how I heard of the shop. Told her from yelp and she laughed a little and I told her I heard she was really good at her expertise. I guess she took the clue that I wanted her, so she led me over to a chair and got started on my eyebrows right away. Of course, she asked me what I wanted, and I told her as thick as possible. She came up with a plan for me to continue letting my eyebrows grow and that she will shape it again in about three weeks until my eyebrows are just right. Sounded good to me! =) The threading wasn't so bad, but I got a little teary. I also asked her to move back my hair line around my forehead and she was happy to do so. Eyebrows + forehead came out to $14, which is the same price as Eyebrows + Lips. Eyebrows alone is $9, which is extremely appropriate, even on the cheap side if I may say! Service is good, but what is great is that everyone is inviting! I remember a long time ago I went to this other threading place in Westminster Mall and their ignorance to even greet me or help me when I walked into their shop caused me to not even try their threading. Honestly, I walked in, no Hi, then I walked up to a girl working on someone just to see how the experience was like from a distance. Then I walked back to their reception table, one of the girls came over, and right then another customer walked next to me and was automatically greeted by the worker. *Sigh.... BUT, of course, that wasn't the case with Rana and the employees at Diva Threading Beauty Salon. I'll definitely return after a few weeks. She also really listens and works with you. For example, I told her to clean my brows, but I like them full/thick. She made sure to show me if I'd like to keep an area or thread it. Very considerate! Sia was quick and did a nice job redeeming my wild brows. I normally go to Main Place for threading but needed to tame the antennas to avert teasing from my daughter. Ill definitely be back. Details.. .. Needed to get my eyebrows threaded on a Sunday afternoon (around 4ish?) NO prOs.. =\ cOns.. .. The lady (not sure if she was the owner), had her 2 sons with her at the store. This usually isn't a problem, except these kids were running all around the store, running into things, & slamming the door. Again, not my problem, but the lady (who I assumed was their mom) kept yelling at them while working on my eyebrows. Every few seconds she would stop to tell them something or to have the other lady get her kids. Which was annoying and distracting. .. My brows were clearly not symmetrical. However, I did not ask her to fix it for fear that I don't have thick enough brows for her to mess up. .. She was rude (ex: pushed my hand away when she wanted me to stop pulling the skin around my eyebrows taunt instead of just asking). .. It was more painful than usual & I've been to my fair share of threading salons. read more

Came here b/c it was well reviewed on Yelp and b/c it was close to where I was. It's a new place (only 7 months) old and I really enjoyed my experience. Eyebrow threading but one of the random girls and she did a good job. For people who don't know, threading is the art of..de-hairing by pulling out the hairs quickly using threads that wind around them and pull them out. In any case, it feels like tickling and barely hurts. ($9) read more
