She operates by appointment so your time is yours. She was very welcoming and took her time shaping my brows. She also finished with a quick cool forehead massage. What I liked the most was that she left me with brows! I have very thin brows and most threaders take off too much with no real shape. However I was pleased to see that my brows actually looked fuller with a beautiful shape I could easily fill in. I highly recommend Neelu's services!

I explained to her that I wanted to wax instead of thread and she proceeded to thread my eyebrows anyway. When I asked her to fix the right side because it wasn't arched, she told me it was arched and walked away. Meanwhile a lady in the other chair was getting her top lip threaded and tried to explain the pain but the lady continued. From customer service to the nature of the salon, I do not recommend this place at all.

Had to leave a review because this is literally the first time I've not cried, I'm such a baby and my visit today was great, but I've never had a complaint regarding the finished look. Just thought it's finally time to leave a review. Plus it's only $5 so well worth it. They also put some kind of aloe or gel on afterward and it does a great job of relieving some of the sting. Only thing I'll say re: vibe is that it's fine, nothing special but idk I'm going in there for brows so I don't really care past hygiene and I've never seen anything that made me think it's unhygienic. My only complaint is that sometimes I pay with card bc I don't always carry cash, and the person at the desk will always give me a small lecture about how they do take card but I should really bring cash bc there's a service charge they have to pay. I get that but in an increasingly cashless society it feels a little rude to make it seem like it's my fault and that I've committed some sort of social faux pas. Not gonna dock them for it though because, again, my brows always look great and it takes like 5-10min and it's $5. I hope this place stays open forever and I recommend it to people often.

The prices seemed reasonable so I decided to give them a try. When I walked in, there was one person being serviced and one lady working. My wait was about 10 minutes. When the lady was finished with the previous customer, she told me that I could go to the back. I assumed we were going to use the same chair that the previous customer sat in. I really wanted her to wipe down the chair before I sat down. I didn't make a big deal about it though. I requested threading on my eyebrows and wax for my upper lip and chin areas. It took no time for her to do what I requested. However, I believe in her haste, she burned my upper lip with the wax. I felt the heat immediately when she put it on and later that night, I had a nice sized burn on my lip. I had to put Neosporin on my lip and I'm still using it as I type. My services were done 2 days ago. She actually did a great job on my threading and wax, other than the burn. Will I give this place another go? I think I will but I'll stay away from having them use wax around my lips. That area is way too sensitive.

That lady left me in so much pain and it was a terrible experience. So I switched locations and went here instead. So grateful that I got Camila for my waxing. She was thorough and quick and it was nowhere even close to the amount of pain that I experienced last month. If you're concerned about the pain, I highly recommend you see her. I understand consistency will help with pain levels but I imagine I would not have been in as much pain if I would have seen Camila the first time. Her entire process was completely different.
