I went for the first time this weekend and was terribly disappointed. I took my daughter for an acne peel and I scheduled a microderm for myself. I was very hopeful that it would be great and I'd sign up for membership. Not the case! Both of us were extremely disappointed. I felt like I was rushed thru my treatment and the device seemed like something I could get at CVS. My 45 min treatment lasted 30 minutes. My daughter's acne peel was listed at 75 minutes for $129. She was out in 35 min and said the girl put on a liquid and washed it off. The receptionist was sketchy in her response about the length of the treatments so I showed her the description on their website. She said she didn't know how they got on there -- it's specifically Facelogic Highland Park's site. Very unprofessional and poor treatments. read more

I have been to Facelogic a few times and while the actual facial or massage were great the front desk has never been super helpful. Last week I received an offer via text message for 50% off one service. So that day I called to book a facial with mircro derm. They scheduled me for Saturday at 5 PM. Then on Saturday at 3 PM I received a call that they had to cancel my appointment and when I asked when they had their next availability they suggested I come in right then. I was out running errands and told them that wasn't possible so they rescheduled me for today, Thursday at 6:30 PM. Then last night I got a phone call at 6 PM informing me that they had to cancel my appointment for today. No explanation just that the esthetician was unable to come in at that time. I told them this was the second time I rescheduled and she apologized and offered to upgrade me for no charge. However the only available time was at 3 pm in the middle of the work day. I told her to just forget it. I will not be using this place again. read more

I recently went in to Facelogic with a gift card for a facial, and hit the jackpot with Corrie! She was incredibly realistic and helpful with my skin type. She also made lots of suggestions for changes that I could make to help my skin clear up, and products they had which might help as well. The best part was that they were simply suggestions - not pushing anything on me. The facial itself was awesome! Everything was customized for my particular skin type, and felt wonderful! I signed up for the elite membership and am looking forward to my skin being transformed! I would highly recommend this place for facials! Go and see Corrie - you won't regret it! read more

I have been a member of Facelogic for many years and have always had excellent service. The signature facial is a totally relaxing experience, and you'll leave there feeling like you have a fresh new face. The staff is very knowledgable about recommending additional services without pressuring you to add them on. I've bought and used many products and been very happy with them all, but I also know that they are very understanding about returns and exchanges if a product wasn't what you thought it would be. Aside from facials, the only other services I've tried there are massages, spray tans and eyelash tinting. The massage was just fine but I go to Massage Envy for that. The spray tan was awesome, so much better than standing in a machine at Palm Beach Tan or Darque Tan. It lasted well over a week and looked pretty natural as far as spray tans go with no streaks or blotches. The eyelash tinting is the one area where Facelogic does not meet my standards. I'm waiting for them to change the dye they use because it just does not seem to be effective, but the process is identical to other spas I've visited. So overall I still give them a 5 star rating and would definitely recommend them to a friend! read more

I tried Facelogic with a mail coupon. I've been looking for massage place near my house. I had a great experience for two reasons. One was because the woman I received the massage was very good. Second, because there was a misunderstanding about the membership. I talked to the manager who was very helpful and settled the matter very professionally. I've been three times now and have had a great experience. I signed up for the 6 month membership. I think it is a great place to get facials and massages for a small fee. It is asmall place but I think I get more value than what I'm paying. And it is easy for me to get to. read more

Great facial from Mounlette. Not a minute of the 50 was wasted (worked the entire time). She was thorough, professional and I enjoyed talking with her. My face looked great, even after extractions. I've been to Facelogic multiple times, only for facials, and have always been very pleased with the process and results. I've had different aestheticians over a couple of years, but they all have been lovely, professional, and always discussed which procedures we should do. I've never had any issues with scheduling, and they always text a reminder the day before and the day of the facial. I will continue to give them my business. read more

I purchased a Groupon voucher back in November of 2012. I called to schedule an appointment about two weeks ago from today and they have rescheduled my appointment THREE times in this two week frame. I'm not understanding why, they keep saying that the esthetician scheduled to do the waxing, is either not available to do it, or they no longer work there. Until I can get and keep a set appointment on their part, my rating says at 1 star. read more

I had to go directly to the ER after my services at this spa. I was diagnosed with 2nd & 3rd degree burns on my face from a chemical peel that was much too strong, "accidentally" left on too long & incorrectly performed by an inexperienced technician. The Owner, Christy Celli Freddo, was very unhelpful, rude & unprofessional. It's been 6 months & I'm still struggling with the horrific outcome of my visit to this spa. Hence, I'm now in the process of filing a lawsuit to recover damages for the multiple doctors appointments, treatments, and medications that I endured in attempts to try to heal my skin to be as close to the previous texture & pigment as it was before this tragic experience. I'm a fan of saving money, but not a the expense of my face! I upgraded my facial, which cost me $40 extra dollars, to an "elite" facial that was supposed to work better? My facialist told me the only way i would notice any improvements would be to get something other than the $49 basic facial. So of course wanting perfect skin I bought into it. My facialist talked the whole time about how the products im using at home will only hurt my skin and i should use some expensive product they sell. massage was ok, but her breath was awful! Literally two hours after the facial my skin was itching, and the skin around my eyes started peeling. I get facials regularly and have never experienced that!!! things happen I understand, but the spa was pretty gross. When I went into the restroom it reaked of sewer and there were little roach babies crawling on the sink. my facialist had the worst breath and looked like she hadn't slept in a week. This is not what I'm used to but I guess if you want a cheap facial this is the kind of atmosphere to expect. oh yes and if you dont like being hasseled to buy things stay far away THEY WILL TRY TO SELL YOU A MEMBERSHIP. read more

I received quite possibly the worst wax of my life at this place. She spent nearly an hour trying to get the area clean and failed. She blamed it on me shaving between waxes, and without going into too much detail, let me just say that is NOT true and not an excuse for the result I left with...I went home with patchy hair everywhere and wax still stuck on me. I paid for a Brazilian and received an uneven, super patchy, messy bikini wax instead. I've had many amazing and some mediocre waxes in the past and never have I ever had someone so inexperienced. Not to mention the rooms are just creepy, They're separated with thin walls and have an ugly Wal-Mart curtain as the door. I felt like I was in a hospital ICU or something. It definitely does not have that luxurious feel, but whatever, I just wanted a wax and left completely unsatisfied. I bought a Groupon for Facelogic for $49 to get a $149 treatment. I let it expire but still had the paid value of $49. Went in last week and said I would like the elite facial that's $109. I expected to pay $60 plus gratuity of 20%. When I got into the room the esthetician talked to me about dermaplaning. I asked how much it would be and she said $69 so I agreed thinking it was only $10 more. She did it but then said she was putting on another treatment that I assumed was part of the dermaplaning bc she didn't say otherwise. When I went to check out it was $175 AFTER my Groupon! I asked why and told her what the esthetician said about it being $69. She said she must have given you the member price. That still didn't account for the difference but there were people all around so I just paid that PLUS 20% (even tho I was upset) for a total of $210. I can't afford to spend that kind of money on a whim and it really set me back. I called and left a message for Johnny the manager last week but haven't heard back. I wasn't going to be ugly but just tell him he might want to work with the employees to explain things more clearly. After not getting a call I decided to write this so others will be more cautious. read more
