This was my first time at Facelogic in Murphy and it was great! I had called in regards to a summer promotion being offered at another location and though the businesses are no longer franchised they still wanted to honor the deal! They got me scheduled next day for a signature facial and microderm. The staff was very kind when I walked in and my appointment started on time which I love. It took about 45 minutes and was very relaxing. I also love the product line they use! My esthetician was friendly and willing to offer opinions on a few things I had questions about. Memberships are very reasonably priced and I will definitely be back! Parking is no issue and they have a really nice lobby for waiting with fruit infused water. I did find it to be a little cold in the room so if you naturally run cold like me keep that in mind! read more

Melissa (Enos) is a unique blend of patience, knowledge, creativity and expertise. Many, many years ago, I lived/worked in a Dermatology office in the Beverly Hills area of LA.  I saw all the 'things that can go wrong' while new techniques were being learned and tested.  Because of this, I'm very cautious when it comes to these things.  This past year, I began noticing tiny lines above my upper lip that look terrible when wearing lipstick.  I did not know nurse-injectors would/could do something as amazing and beautiful as Melissa.  It's as if the lines never existed!!  She doesn't fill-up your lip (ie duck-look); she doesn't fill a line along the vermilion border (ie making top of lip stick out).  She is an artist!! She takes her time accessing, injecting a tiny amount, accessing, injecting a tiny amount, etc -- in each line and/or tiny area needing a supportive boost.  The result is absolutely beautiful!! I can't say enough great things about my AMAZING Mother's Day spa treatment. One of my Mother's Day gifts from my husband was a facial which I was so excited about because It was so over due. First let me say my Esthetician for the day was "Beth Brasher" whom is by far the most passionate and knowledgeable Esthetician EVER!!! Upon my arrival I completed a couple of forms and immediately taken back to my own personal oasis. Beth offered me a cold beverage, water and Mimosa. YES!!! Who doesn't love a nice Mimosa, especially on Mother's Day. I Loved the fact that Beth took her time with me and she kept explaining each step prior to next. She made me feel very relaxed and comfortable, not rushed like other spas and she even heated up the bed/table I was on. Prior to my arrival my face was horrible, sad but true. However after being pampered by Beth with the Elite facial and massage I was ready to conquer the world again. Me and my man got our facials here with Elizabeth for my birthday. She was amazing, always made sure letting us know about each step. I could tell that she was really passionate about her job. Glad to have her taking care of my blackheads. She let me leave with a whole new look. The one star deducted was because of the lady who took care of my mom. I had Anna as my Esthetician and she was so helpful and knowledgeable. She explained what treatment was beneficial for my skin. I was very optimistic about this place, especially since they got such great reviews, but my experience was far from great - it was traumatizing. I went in to get a Brazilian and my underarms waxed, but left literally crying. The hard wax they used to do my bikini did not want to come off and it was EXTREMELY painful. The aesthetician, whose name I don't remember, had to get hot towels to try to remove the wax, but it didn't work. I thought I was going to end up in the emergency room. Her technique of applying the wax was completely wrong. She applied hard wax to the ENTIRE "area" expecting to pull everything out at once - THIS IS NOT HOW YOU DO A BRAZILIAN WAX. PERIOD. It took about 45 minutes to get most of the wax off. The lighting in the room was horrible and when I got home I noticed my underarms still had HAIR and so did my bikini - along with leftover wax she couldn't get off completely. I wasn't charged for the bikini but I was charged for the underarms and when I called back to speak to a manager, no one was available (managers don't work on the weekend). I left a message with a sweet girl and explained to her my experience. She apologized and said a manager would get back to me on Monday. On Tuesday, I get a call from a manager and she says she'll be happy to have me come back in to redo my underarms for free, but I said I would rather have my money reimbursed. She said she would have to speak to the owner because she wasn't sure she could do that so I said, OK. I never received a call back and it's been over 2 weeks. At this point, they can keep my $19 but if anyone is looking to get a wax - I don't recommend this place. read more

I found Facelogic several years ago through Groupon, and I have been to this location quite a few times. This definitely is a spa experience - dim lights, quite zones, relaxing music, spa water... Each time I have a remarkably relaxing and enjoyable experience with great results. The staff is friendly, professional, and helpful. I have seen different estheticians, and they have all been quite knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. My skin has definitely improved since coming here! After having a confrontation of the appointment, I arrive at the day of my appointment and they tell me they don't have me in the system. This Facelogic location is always up for overcharging. They run specials and you pay for them thinking you are getting a good deal. But when you actually go there they would tell you a different price, of course much higher. I bought the basic Hydra facial package (3 for $338). At the time of purchase they told me you can add the antiaging serum vial to it at $30 at the time of service if you like. Today when I went there and asked for the addition they said no its $60 not $30. This is not the first time this has happened. I have bought their 6 facial package twice before and their staff is always confused about what is included in the package and what is not. Today when I got there the aesthetician was running late. My appointment was at 10 and I got there 10 minutes early and waited for a while. By the time we got to the facial room it was 10:15 and then her next appointment slot was booked too. I was in the mood to relax, get a nice facial, and get my skin ready for the upcoming wedding in the family. Instead this whole fiasco about pricing came up. I changed back into my clothes and left the store. I asked for a full refund because I have not used any of their services today and because this is not the package I paid for. Hopefully I get a refund. Its not about money. Its about knowing your product and selling it right. The way they sell it customer always feels cheated and overpaying. read more

Well, where to begin, after purchasing a $130 package, my first facial left me with a horrible break out ALL over my face. After sending them my pictures of how bad my face looked, and me freaking out because I have never had acne before, the manager called me in for another Complimentary facial. I went back to see if my face would go back to the way it was before I received my first facial. Again, seeing horrible results she offered me a full refund, multiple times. However, when I went to collect my refund, she said she only could give me half back because I had received two facials, but I would assume complimentary would not effect my refund! Not only do I have to Go to a doctor now and take medication, I'm paying even more to fix the problem they left me with. I never expected to go in and get a facial and come out with worse skin than I came in with. It was a horrible experience and the customer service treated me very poorly. Save your money and skin and go some place else with professionals working and do not waste your time. read more

I had never had a facial before, so I took advantage of the groupon deal for the signature facial and microdermabrasion. The front desk girl was very nice, and even with being a few minutes early I was taken back to my room almost immediately. Carolyn ( I hope I spelled that correctly) worked on me, and she was AMAZING. She took the time to explain everything she was doing, and to recommend products that would help out with the concerns I had for my skin. The whole experience was very relaxing, and my face has never felt so clean I live in The Colony, but the Frisco location was booked solid, so I made the trek out to Murphy since they had the soonest availability. Based on this visit, I will definitely be back to Facelogic, and will continue to make the drive out to Murphy because Carolyn was that good. I highly recommend coming here! read more

Why do I love Facelogic? I love that I know my facials will always be consistent. All of the Estheticians are trained to provide excellent service 100% of the time, especially after new ownership took over. I know that I will never be disappointed and always feel heard and satisfied. I know that because the new owner is an Esthetician, that I am being offered the best services and products available to me. Now, what do I not love? I bought a facial with microdermabrasion from Livingsocial for Facelogic in Murphy. I went in about 10:06am, a little late. I was filling out my paper work and the therapist walks in at 10:20am as i'm finishing up. She gets the back ready and takes me back by 10:25. I put on the gown and am ready for a 50 min facial per the voucher. She tells me that she has an appointment in 30 minutes that she was not told about. She could only do a 30 minute mini session. I told her i would rather re-schedule because it's supposed to be 50 min and i don't want her rushing on my face. She went to talk to the manager while i got changed and met her at the front. The manager tells me that it can't be re-scheduled so the 30 min is it because i took too long filling out paper work and was 6 min late. The crazy thing is that her therapist got there 15 minutes after i did! Even if i was there on time the therapist was not! They open at 10am, why did they schedule me at 10am since i needed time to fill out paper work? Per their website, be there 15min early! Also once the manager realized i would only have 30min, why not let me know prior to going back and getting changed? It felt like false advertisement in part of Facelogic. I told her that i was not impressed with the customer service and declined the service all together. I called Livingsocial, complained and got my money back. Would not recommend them! In response to Suzanne from Facelogic: This Livingsocial special was my way to try your spa out. My intent was to fall in love with your spa and was hoping to move my monthly facials from the Red Door by North Park Mall in Dallas to your spa. Because you're so close to me!!! I was excited about it and had told my friends how excited I was. I prefer small businesses because they USUALLY give better customer service. I care about my skin and try to take care of it. I refused to sign your required form because it says " You agree that your therapist has gone over all the risks of todays services" and she had NOT! I hadn't even met her at that time. I signed it once she did go over everything. I will agree to disagree with the arrival times... I got there 6min late and she got there much later. We did not get there at the same time. The fact is that you REFUSED to reschedule and that is what caused me to decline services all together. You wanted me to be happy with 30 minutes when the voucher said 50 minutes. I felt like I was being taken advantage of by you. In future, if I was you I would schedule the first appointment at 10:15am and ask them to be there at 10:00am to fill out paper work and go over any questions. Also honor the facial time specified by the voucher, if you can't let your customers know in advance prior to starting service. Communication is key!!! read more

I really like the concept of Facelogic and other facial spas. It's a convenient and economical way for everyone to experience a facial on a monthly basis. I've been to Facelogic four times and each time I get the Signature facial and my skin looks and feels like its glowing. Since my skin is very sensitive, I tend to steer away from the more advanced services. I have noticed that the facialists will try to "up-sale" you for a more expensive service, so if you're not exactly sure what you want ahead of time, you could end up with a pricey list of extra services that you didn't really need. Also, when checking out, the receptionist will attempt to get you to join the membership, but that's how they make their money, so I don't look at that negatively. I haven't joined the monthly membership, but I get deals through their e-mail distributions. Overall, they have very knowledgeable facialists and it's a good place to get facials. read more

My girl did well---but experience was not what I had expected. Bought via groupon. My groupon said it was a microdermabrasion facial so I assumed I was getting a microdermabrasion treatment....which usually entails them using a handheld machine that exfoliates top layer of skin.....but that never happened. There was up selling once you get "signature" facial from creams to services etc etc. happened the moment I laid down until I walked out door. Maybe technology has changed (since its been 2 years since my last facial) but I was expecting a hand held machine w diamond head to scrub and exfoliate skin. Instead it felt like a few face washes, a steam machine, and then did the extraction part; it felt like a lighter was held to my face (the heat was hot). It could be my skin is sensitive too. She said she would apply less pressure but ended up cutting it short bc I complained. I liked her bc she gave good tips on maintaining face and a great message. I'm giving 3 stars for my experience as a whole. The place is clean clean clean and calm environment (which I like) but not worth it for a quick massage & face scrubbing. It's not a microdermabrasion treatment. It's a face rub and pimple extraction... With some steam and a small neck/upper back rub. read more

Unfortunately, when my wife arrived (right when they opened), the technician told her she was 20 minutes late and she would be unable to do the massage portion of the appointment. To cap it off, the manager would not refund my purchase because I didn't have the original credit card. I am sure there are other options that understand customer service. read more

Are these reviews real? This is the worst facial I ever had. She didn't remove my eye makeup. I didn't feel the steam on my face. No mask, no deep cleansing. The extraction was very quick. I would like to start off by saying that this is the best spa experience I have ever had. I came for the first time in July 2015, long since their new ownership. I frequent different types of spas moderately, and Face Logic was simply amazing. All of the lovely ladies offered excellent customer service from beginning to end. Compared to my previous facial experience this one was immaculate! I had a microdermabrasion facial and Nikki, my technician, was very knowledgable and experienced. I had such an amazing experience at Facelogic Murphy!! I had a a 1 hour facial and it was absolutely wonderful. My esthetician was Stephanie and she was very professional, kind and put me at ease. She answered all of my questions and offered advice for my skin. My facial started with me sitting in a comfortable reclining chair. I loved the steamer on my face. Really felt like it opened my pores. All of the creams, scrubs, and moisturizers felt so good. She massaged my face gently and used a clarasonic which I loved! I liked it so much I ended up buying one to take home! I've been using it over 1 week and I can already tell a difference. She massaged my arms, shoulders and back. I was so relaxed I almost fell asleep. I didn't want it to end. My skin felt so soft and smooth after. Everything about Facelogic was so nice. The soft music, professional, friendly staff, clean store, etc. They even offer you hot cider, wine or water. I can't think of anything negative to say about the place. I received a Facelogic gift card approximately 2 years ago from a friend and have been a monthly member ever since. My facialist has taught me a regular regimen that works well and show significant signs of improvement to my skin. I found this spa on groupon and called and happened to get a same day appointment. I filled out some quick paperwork which is mainly asking about trouble spots with your skin and is a detailed consultation. The facial was so relaxing and I even got microdermabrasion for the first time. My aesthetician also took her time explaining what I need to use and so to fix my problem areas. I went in for a facial, Mother's day gift. The esthetician, was good, but I did not like the way the rooms are set up. I'm not sure if they had individual rooms, but I was taken to a hallway with several behind curtain stations, this was not relaxing, as you could listen to other people conversations. Also, instead of the commonly used, table that rise up, thay had some kind what looks like at first a very confortable armchair kind of like what they have in nails salon, but she made that armchair recline( really far), and made me feel, like I was in for my pap smear!!!Maybe this is just me, but just tought I would share this. I love this place! So relaxing and professional. You are always greeted by a courteous and friendly front desk employee that will ask if you want anything to drink upon arrival. I even had the option of getting a glass of wine. I love being pampered! My first visit was with Stephanie and she did a great job. I got the Hydra facial and it was awesome. My skin felt so clean, I didn't even want to put makeup back on it! I was so impressed with this Facelogic, that I scheduled Botox with the doctor that services the spa. I must say, I have my Botox done at Facelogic now on a regular basis. So happy with the service. I have very sensitive skin, so I was reluctant to start getting facials. The staff reassured me that they would not use anything that would break me out and they didn't!
