I went to Facelogics for 7 consecutive months. Everybody was super friendly and very helpful. If I were to rate the staff and cleanliness alone...5 stars all the way!! However, I starting going because I suffer from adult hormonal acne and was searching for something that would help clear it up and reduce the scaring. I will say I saw some improvement with Facelogics...but after 7 months of facials and a strict at home regiment using many of their products...I was very disappointed that I still had allot of acne and none of my scaring had been reduced in the least. I paid nearly $1000 in those months willing to try anything and everything to clear up my skin. So, since they failed to help me with my face I must reduce their rating. :0( you'd think with all those products and all their services something should've helped my acne and scaring! read more

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. They overbook appointments. When you show up for a scheduled and confirmed appointment you could be turned away. I booked the appointment on line and received a confirmation email confirming my appointment.I showed up to a PREPAID appointment and was turned away. The manager was not in that day and the staff was rude. They said they tried to call to reconfirm, but never attemted to email me. I was out of town when they called. When I called to speak to the manager then next week, she was very rude and did not attempt to show any compassion for my inconvenience nor did she attempt to resolve the issue. She said that their policy required a credit card on file, but this information is not stated when you book online. Plus... my appointment was already paid for.... they had my money already? I've purchased several facial groupons before this purchase at other local DFW spas. I decide to check this deal out because it was closer to my neighborhood. Unfortunately my experience at this spa was unsatisfactory and disappointing. I purchased the signature facial and was offered a $10.00 off on other services. Upon my arrival at the spa, I was offered a beverage and asked to fill out paperwork, which is pretty common, had no issues with the initial visit. Next, I was introduced to their Aesthetician Priscilla, who walked me back to the Spa room and began to ask me about my products and facial routine. She immediately began to up sell her products and tried to convince me that the signature facial I paid for via groupon was inadequate and will not do anything for my skin and that I needed to purchase their upgraded package for an additional $100+. She was rude and condescending and made me feel like I was wasting my energy, time, and money unless I purchase more services from her. Fortunately, I'm very familiar with facials and get them done at least twice a month at various locations. I'm already familiar with what works for my skin type and versed in the field, so I was not convinced by her plea of purchasing more services and/or products. I politely told her that I was okay with just the signature facial. At that point, I noticed by her non-verbal body language she was upset, she was rough on my skin and advised me for a second time that the signature facial would do NOTHING for my skin. I asked her to do some extractions and she only worked in one area of my face. This was supposed to be a 50-min facial, but I noticed she was finish 38mins after. I was very disappointed, I know their objective is to up sell you additional services/products; however as a groupon customer you should not feel obligated to purchase anything and it should be casually offered and not bombard a customer with negatives if he/she elect to not purchase additional services. A couple of months ago, I brought a facial from a Spa in Addison, and the Aesthetician was very polite and positive and also offered me additional services at a very good rate. I was happy to purchase addititional services. Her approach was not condescending and rude like my treatment at Facelogic Murphy location and she offered me the upgrades package at the end of my visit for a future visit, not at the beginning like Facelogic, this location had a very aggressive sales approach and it felt like they only want your money and don't care about your skin or well being. I would not recommend this location to anyone. They are better spas that actually care about your skin. read more

I bought a groupon for microdermabrasion and I went to Face Logic to try it out. I have never done microdermabrasion before so I didn't know what to expect. However I loved it. Basically they had a facial steamer going on so it gave the room a cozy feeling and it opened up all your pores. Then they put on the scrubs and masks on your face and body for your skin type and massage it in. After that then they would moisturize. I have to say it left my skin glowing. I would definitely recommend to anyone even teens! read more

I was referred to you by a friend who frequently sees a facialist at your Frisco location. My first impression was great, fun and friendly staff. Once my facialist called be back my impression changed. She was very courteous and knowledgeable but her co-worker was very loud. While my facialist was asking me questions about my skin type, I had to answer back a little loader than I wanted to. I finally asked if it was normal for an associate to be on the phone while clients are on the floor. Then we both realized that she was actually talking to a client. I first visited Facelogic using a Groupon. I loved it and ended up buying a six-pack facials. However, every time I came back, I felt pressured to buy products there. I bought very pricey Eminence products for my daughter. The skincare did not improved her acne problems after two months of use. Besides feeling pressured to buy products every visit, most of the staff are nice, especially Suzanne. read more

I'm so tired of hearing whining from customers that show up late and expect to push everyone else's time back because they couldn't get their a$$ to the spa on time. This Facelogic location is wonderful! I'm glad they let me know of other procedures that can be done. It's very easy to say no, and move on. Now, Relax and have a wonderful facial! THIS REVIEW IS FOR the HP LOCATION not Murphy Tx. 4518 Lovers Lane Dallas 75225 I bought a Groupon for Facelogic for $49 to get a $149 treatment. I let it expire but still had the paid value of $49. Went in last week and said I would like the elite facial that's $109. I expected to pay $60 plus gratuity of 20%. When I got into the room the esthetician talked to me about dermaplaning. I asked how much it would be and she said $69 so I agreed thinking it was only 10 more. She did it but then said she was putting on another treatment that I assumed was part of the dermaplaning bc she didn't say otherwise. When I went to check out it was $175 AFTER my Groupon! I asked why and told her what the esthetician said about it being $69. She said she must have given you the member price. That still didn't account for the difference but there were people all around so I just paid that PLUS 20% (even tho I was upset) for a total of $210. I can't afford to spend that kind of money on a whim and it really set me back. I called and left a message for Johnny the manager last week but haven't heard back. I wasn't going to be ugly but just tell him he might want to work with the employees to explain things more clearly. After not getting a call I decided to write this so others will be more cautious. read more

My first facial I had done there was awful. The technician was very unprofessional and spoke very loudly during the session. I was a bit hesistant to buy a membership but I went ahead and did it. I was very excited because they also do a promotion on Mondays called "Microderm Mondays". You get a free microderm with your elite facial for no extra charge. I really enjoyed getting these as part of my service. The next time I was put with Olivia and she was amazing. I went to her probably 5 times before she ended up leaving to move somewhere else for a job. I was very disappointed. She did recommend another therapist to me, but it is nearly impossible to get in with her on a Monday evening. Why should I have to pay for a microderm as a member when others do not who come in on Monday. I have called and tried to book several times and they tell me that they are booked all the way out until July and not yet taking appointments for July. The only times they have available are during the day when everyone works. So while it is a nice promotion, you should try to make it more available to your members. I decided to cancel my membership since I am unable to schedule an appointment in the evenings on a Monday to enjoy this extra service. I was told I have six months to use my 3 pre-paids, but guess what ... they do not have any Monday appointments available. They added me to a waiting list, but honestly it just doesn't feel like the best customer service I have recieved. When Olivia worked there it was never so hard for me to get in, but now it seems impossible. I guess they let some people schedule multiple appointments ahead of time? I would be hesitant to recommend them to my friends or others due to the fact that it is so hard to get a convenient appointment. I bought a facial with microdermabrasion from LivingSocial for the Facelogic in Murphy. I had my appointment on 3/24/12. I really loved my technician Priscilla, she was very professional and sweet. However, the front office staff left much to be desired. The person working the reception area was obnoxiously loud and had a friend there that she was talking to the entire time. I was sitting in the waiting area and they were both eating fast food. The waiting area is small, so the smell of french fries and whatever other fried food they were eating was pretty much permeating my clothes. If I'm in a spa-like atmosphere, I'd really appreciate it if I don't come out smelling like McDonald's. When the treatment was done, Priscilla met me back out in the waiting area of the facility where she was trying to sell me products. Unfortunately, I couldn't hear ANYTHING she said because another "friend" had arrived at the front desk, so that there were 3 now. They were so loud and wouldn't stop laughing. I've worked customer service before, this is not the proper way for someone to act especially when you have a colleague attempting to upsell a customer. The behavior of the reception staff at Facelogic was completely unprofessional and I will not be returning to this location. I'm hoping the other locations do not have this issue. read more

I bought a discount coupon for a facial from this spa about 6 months ago. I noticed they recently came out with a new groupon, so I thought I would write a review. I was not impressed with the salon, my facial or my aesthetician. I walked in at the same time as another customer. The other customer was treated far better than me, including being asked if she would like a glass of wine, while I was pretty much ignored. Off to a bad start, but surely it would get better. . . The front of the salon is very inviting, but when you walk through the door to the back, instead of having treatment rooms, there are just lines of curtained stalls on each side. Therefore, it is not conducive to a relaxing spa treatment. While you are receiving your facial, you are hearing all of the conversations going on around you. While your aesthetician covers your eyes when she has the bright light on your face to perform extractions, your eyes are not covered while the person next to you is being extracted so you are blinded by their light. I wrote "light touch" on my form for the massage and had to ask three times for my aesthetician to lighten her touch - she was very rough and it was certainly not relaxing. I finally gave up asking and just endured the rest of the massage in silence. When I was finished and taken out to go over the products that they wanted me to buy, I told the girl that I really liked the moisturizer that she had used but she would not show me that moisturizer because it was only part of the discount that I purchased and she wanted to sell me products that she had not used on my face, but that would have been used if I had not had a discount. To top the whole experience off, while she was trying to sell me products, she announced that she does not wash her makeup off at night. Really? An aesthetician who does not wash her makeup off???
