I can be overly picky and detail-oriented, to a fault, but Jaeny exceeded even my highest expectations--which I don't even realistically expect to be met especially having undergone these procedures so many times before with other providers at other businesses, etc. I'm rating this business and Jaeny 5 stars, first and foremost, because of the level of unmatched skill (in my opinion), experience, and expertise that Jaeny brings, which showed in the results I've achieved, and secondarily, I'm rating this business 5 stars, because certain values/traits such as honesty, integrity and customer service are just as important to me. Specifically, the office staff were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable; and I also appreciate the upfront and transparent pricing the business offers. Pricing itself isn't necessarily my utmost concern (I'm willing to pay more for above and beyond results), but price transparency, consistency, and overall honesty in dealings and practices as a business are so vitally important to me, on personal principles, and it was apparent from my very first interaction with the business that this is exactly how they operate. (They also happen to offer very reasonable and market-aligned pricing, along with discounted packages, etc., for those wondering.) I want to conclude with my sincerest compliments and gratitude to the one-and-only Jaeny (because you are so uniquely skilled at what you do) for thoroughly indulging me by listening to everything I had to say, and what I was looking to achieve, looking at all of the photos I brought in, lol--going above and beyond to truly understand what I was looking to accomplish, and then fulfilling each and every single one of my expectations, beyond what I had hoped. When I leave messages I never get a call back and have to try over and over again. I had a treatment, received a bill in the mail and paid it. I then received another bill in the mail for the same treatment and called the one 800 billing office. That office is located in the Philippines. They were unable to help me so I called Kalia Dermatology front desk 5 to 6 times over three weeks. I was told no one could help me and that the office manager would reach out. It is now months later and no one has reached out to me to try to help me resolve this billing issue. I am uncertain what to do at this point but to physically go to the office and try to get some help. It's unfortunate. The office has such good physicians, but they're billing an office. Staff are rated a one out of 10. unless something changes, it's time to move on.

I came in for some Botox today and mentioned I was unhappy with my current Medspa because I feel like my injections have not been lasting long and also feel like the injector have been missing spots that I had concerns about. Alice was very knowledgeable and recommended Daxxify to me and even explained the science behind it (though it flew over my head even though I nodded and made "mmhmm" sounds" ) and it was very much appreciated. She gives firm and clear advice on consistency of skincare, which is something I was too lax on. And the new AM/PM routine really started to show results after daily consistent use around month 3. I found Quinn on Yelp and although there were no reviews for specifically this condition I thought I'd go in for a consult. On the day of the consult itself she cauterized them all in under 15 mins! It's been about 2 weeks and everything is healed and looks great! I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Even if they come back I'll just go to Quinn again and have them cauterized.
