Specifically, the office staff were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable; and I also appreciate the upfront and transparent pricing the business offers. I came in for some Botox today and mentioned I was unhappy with my current Medspa because I feel like my injections have not been lasting long and also feel like the injector have been missing spots that I had concerns about. Alice was very knowledgeable and recommended Daxxify to me and even explained the science behind it (though it flew over my head even though I nodded and made "mmhmm" sounds" ) and it was very much appreciated. I found Quinn on Yelp and although there were no reviews for specifically this condition I thought I'd go in for a consult. On the day of the consult itself she cauterized them all in under 15 mins! It's been about 2 weeks and everything is healed and looks great! I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Even if they come back I'll just go to Quinn again and have them cauterized. I can't even begin to express how nice it feels to not have them on my face! Quinn was great to work with and clearly knows what she's doing.
