I filled out a comprehensive history of my skin and general wellness/lifestyle first, and before she started the facial she took a good look at my face in the light (a little awkward lol) and told me what she noticed. It was definitely in a kind and helpful manner, not critical at all. The facial itself was both painful as usual with the extractions lol and also relaxing. Suzanne was extremely detail oriented with her explanations and reasons for applying products, and I learned a lot of helpful tips to take care of my skin. I recently did The Perfect Derma Chemical Peel with Beth. I suffer from Hyper pigmentation and I have fine wrinkles. I am so happy with my results!!!! It's amazing! The peel didn't hurt or it when it was applied. The worst part was the peeling which I expected and needed. This peel was worth every penny.. my skin is so smooth and even!!! Yay! I received several messages that felt like harassment. When someone is racist, the only response that's acceptable is apologizing and acknowledging. I would expect a response like, "that was racist, to say Chinese people don't like dogs because they are eaten in parts of china, is such a stereotype and abuse tactic used again Chinese culture. You made no mention that you were offended or traumatized and continued normal conversation throughout the following 7 appointments with her. I have struggled with adult acne for 10 years. I've tried every cleanser, facial and cream under the sun, but nothing kept the acne away for long. Still hopeful, I stumbled across Glow Aesthetics. I have been seeing Beth for a long time. About 12 years. And I've always been respected and treated as a valued customer. Forget customer I've known her so long I call her a friend. She is always up to date on the latest and greatest treatment. Silk peel, chemical peel, products, extraction, o-zone. She does it all and is very well trained and knows what she's doing. Since high school I had acne that needed to be treated and I didn't want to use drugs. She was able to put me on a skin regiment that cleared my skin up in a matter of weeks. And within 3 months I didn't have any blemishes on my face. I feel she kept my acne that was bad due to hormones in very tight control. The products she recommended always helped and some were absolute gold. I still use the face wash to this day. On I also payed hockey and Baseball. Due to all the sweat and gear I would get bad acne on my back. She was also able to get that under control. It wasn't as easy. Steaming is known to dry your skin out and not being efficient, so she doesn't use steam. I booked another appointment with Beth ~5 weeks from the initial appt, this time at her Willow Glen office - closer to me and also very clean! We went with the skin peel this time. The extractions of course were painful, but definitely needed - I'm thinking another session to go before my pores are all nice and clean. I had a very pleasant experience with Beth! She is very responsive via the phone - you will probably get a reply within an hour or less. I first came for oxygen treatment, she was very welcoming and knowledgeable. We discussed other procedures that can be beneficial for my skin and she gave me a number of valuable recommendations for skin care. Later, I decided to do endermologie. Truly magnificent result! Of course, you have to eat clean and exercise but skin texture and shape changed after 4-5 treatments. It's recommended to do a course of 10 treatments (2 per week) to see the result. And later you can do maintains treatments like ones a month. I would encourage to buy a package which is cheaper and stimulates you to complete the course. I appreciated that she told me it was okay for me to remain quiet or talk because it was my time. Most of the time, you don't get to choose and she is respectful of that. I started with weekly silk peeling + TLI 5 weeks in a row, at the end of which my skin is much cleaner and more stable!
