I would not recommend Willow Glow Clinics. I purchased a series of facials beginning in January 2025. By April 2025 my last visit, I experienced facial burns after a red-light treatment was left on for an extended period. As a result, I dealt with significant skin damage, including persistent peeling and rash‑like symptoms, for approximately eight months. I contacted the spa multiple times--by phone, email, text, and by sending photos of the damage--but received no meaningful response or follow‑up. Despite my repeated attempts, I was never contacted by the owner. Additionally, the business has changed its name three times since my visits in 2025, which I found concerning. I am still paying for unused facial services but no longer feel comfortable returning. All I have requested is a direct call from the owner to address this situation, but to date, that has not happened. read more

I did their social media advertised "turkey neck rescue". The facial was great but it wasn't focused on my neck. They tried selling me a $3000 red light wand I'd have to use every day so I could really see a difference. I declined. I've seen no change in my neck. (But did get a compliment on my skin the next day!) I wish they would advertise this for what it actually is- a facial. I originally did a one star review for what felt like false advertising and an esthitician who insulted me by what I use on my face (Tallow). I got a call shortly after by (I'm assuming) the manager. He asked if he refunded my money would I agree to change my Yelp rating to a 4 star. I agreed and got my refund while we were still on the phone, and I changed my review. I'm now updating it to add more detail so others are aware of how this business does things. I'm happy with the nice (overpriced in my opinion) facial, the call and refund, but their advertising is all wrong and I didn't get what I went in for. I'd make it a one star but I did get a refund and am happy that they made it right. Sadly, I know I'm not the only one this has happened too. I visited Willow Glo for a turkey neck treatment I discovered on Instagram. I scheduled an appointment and paid my deposit. However, I received multiple texts later stating that I still owed the deposit. I requested a cancellation, but then I received a confirmation that I had indeed paid it. Subsequently, my appointment was rescheduled without my prior knowledge, only a text with a new time. Upon arrival, the staff was friendly and welcoming. They performed a scan of my face and told me it would detect any skin issues I have. I received afacial treatment with little attention to my neck area, which was the primary reason for my visit. I was then taken to a consultation room where the consultant asked me about my facial experience and proceeded to sell me the turkey neck treatment and light therapy. He didn't review the results of the scan. He instructed me to use the treatment once a week and returning every 5 weeks for further sessions. The purchase was made in the same consultation room. As we were leaving, we stopped at the front desk to book my next appointment. Unfortunately, they didn't have an appointment available for 7.5 weeks. I inquired about this, and the consult assured me that it was acceptable. When I purchased the treatment package, I was informed that all purchases are final. Had I been aware of the lack of an appointment for 7.5 weeks before making the purchase, I wouldn't have gone ahead. I'm still unsure about the instructions for using the mask/serum treatment and light therapy together. I reached out to the spa, and someone responded by texting me the same instructions that are on the treatment box and directed me to follow in instructions on the box. This response was not helpful at all. I feel that the instructions I've received are vague and unclear. Telling me to follow the instructions on the box doesn't make sense because the instructions on the box don't mention the light therapy, and there are no instructions on the light therapy box that reference the mask/serum treatment. There are no instructions that explain how to use the light therapy and mask/serum treatment together. To be honest, if I had known how confusing this would be, I wouldn't have purchased the product. I feel like I've wasted $2,000. I did let the spa know my concerns, just wanted to hear back from them. read more

I went to Glow Clinics after seeing their "Turkey Neck Rescue" on Instagram. For $169, I was supposed to receive 2 facials. I gave my email and phone number, and after that the texts were nonstop. I went in knowing full well that something marketed as a "turkey neck rescue" would likely require more than 2 facials, and realistically, long-term correction for that usually involves surgery. Still, I went in with an open mind. When I arrived, the young ladies at the front desk were super kind and welcoming. There was also a tall gentleman walking around eating gelato who I assumed was the owner. I was first taken to a photo booth for facial skin analysis and then brought into an office with him to discuss the facial I was about to receive. He was very complimentary, but honestly, I was completely distracted by the gelato on his mouth during the conversation. The esthetician who did my facial -- whose name I unfortunately can't remember -- was absolutely lovely. Thankfully, I didn't have high expectations. The facial itself consisted of cleansing, a vibrating red light therapy device (which I actually already own), and then a larger red/blue light therapy machine placed over my face. My skin did look nice afterward. Overall, the experience lasted about 45 minutes from the time I walked in to the time I walked out. Afterward, I was taken back into the consultation office with the same gentleman to review my "skin analysis." This is where everything started to feel very scammy. He told me I would need 5-6 sessions totaling nearly $8,000. Yes... EIGHT THOUSAND DOLLARS. I told him that was completely out of my price range -- especially considering that amount could practically go toward a mini facelift. He immediately pivoted and offered me 3 sessions for $400 instead. I said I wanted time to think about it and asked if there was any literature or information I could take home to review. He seemed genuinely puzzled by the request and said he would "email it to me." I'm still waiting. Then, when I went to pay, I realized nobody even mentioned the second facial that was supposedly included in the original promotion. Not that I planned to return anyway. The funniest part about this entire experience is that I already own most of the same tools they were trying to package into an $8,000 treatment plan. I'm literally laughing as I write this because the whole thing felt absurd. Again, the women I interacted with were kind and professional, but the overall experience left me feeling pressured, uncomfortable, and misled. And one final piece of advice: if you're consulting with clients about thousands of dollars worth of cosmetic procedures... maybe don't do it while eating gelato. This place left me feeling extremely uncomfortable. And for me to leave this type of review says a lot! I NEVER leave reviews because I'm usually too lazy to do so. Am I disappointed that I lost $169 plus a tip? Absolutely. But if sharing my experience helps someone else avoid feeling pressured or potentially scammed, then it was worth it. read more
