I had a surgery and wanted a good hair wash . I looked around and found this place from yelp . I came in for a scalp massage hair wash and had such a good experience. Pinky took care of me and she was honestly so sweet. She really pays attention and makes you feel comfortable the whole time. The service included a full scalp massage, hair wash, keratin conditioner, face wash, plus neck and shoulder massage. It felt super relaxing -- way more than just a regular wash. I booked the Kaori treatment ($138) and it was totally worth it. The salon itself is small but very clean and cozy, which I actually liked. You can tell they care about the details. I left feeling relaxed and refreshed, and I'm already looking forward to coming back for more treatments. Parking can be tricky , theres some construction going on in the front but they will call you prior to your appointment and take you inside from the side door . I think you can park on the side door . read more

My best friend and I decided to treat ourselves to a relaxing head massage for her birthday. The salon is conveniently located, with an open parking lot right behind or street parking in a charming area- even easy parking for a Sunday! Our two friendly gals showed us a video of our scalp, gave us cozy robes, and laid us back for the most incredible head massage and cleansing experience. Initially, I was a bit concerned that they might try to upsell us, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that the service was exactly as advertised. There were no hidden add-ons or extras to worry about. I paid via Venmo and left a tip in cash. Initially, I thought the service would be a basic hair wash, but it was so relaxing that I started to drift off to sleep. The soothing music and quiet atmosphere in a small room created a perfect environment for relaxation. The only downside was that the blow dryer used a Dyson-type dryer, which wasn't ideal for my curly hair. I brought a hat since they can't straighten or use a round brush, but it ended up being so silky and shiny that it lasted longer between washes and had a pleasant scent. Despite the slightly higher price, I would highly recommend this salon. The best part is that they also film the part of the service, so you can share the experience on social media. It was a fun little surprise that I didn't know they offered. read more

I came here on a Friday at 2pm. The experience was wonderful! It was in a private room, which I love since it can be a bit more intimate. Winnie walked me through the process of the scalp treatment. During the treatment, she did. Massage in my face, shoulders, and neck. The hair treatment itself was really relaxing. It lasted an hour and it was the most relaxing experience of all time. I highly recommend coming to this place if you wanna treat yourself. After the treatment, she blew dry my hair and the cherry on top was she even took videos and photos and airdropped it to me! My first head spa experience! Haven is located in a sola salon suite type business. The camera they use to show you your scalp was very fascinating! Our therapist was lovely but in all honesty her English was extremely hard to understand. Although relaxing....pressure checks would have been nice, she was so strong she was hurting my head so I had to ask her for less pressure multiple times. Also, I would love to know what products they used on my skin, a mini facial was included but the products were stinging my skin a little bit. Also the cold steam was choking me and I kept coughing as I was trying to breathe. Now, for the positives I was VERY relaxed! My hair and scalp had never been so clean, and my hair smelled like heaven! And was beyond shiny and soft! I turned down the Blowdry bc I have course curly hair and they just rough dry you. No brush or styling unless you add it on. With that being said I think a 30 minute option would be awesome for this business! Just a deep scalp massage/ cleaning. No blow dry or facial. read more
