I have pictures of a brand new Kubota z423 mower 1 hr on meter already rusting at welds on the deck returned it to the Mt Vernon Ohio Fracter dealer. Jeremiah the service guy said it would be 2 days had it 9 days called and said it was good to go went to pick it up . Nothing had been touched same rust on deck nothing but mud on foot platform. Try getting ahold of George Frackler the owner what a waste of time but don't worry I will have the last laugh on George and the Frackler reputation he is a a worthless son of a bitch and the word is out on him. I purchased a Kubota tractor off of Facklers last year. I had an insurance claim last May and was supposed to have a new bucket to replace the one that was damaged. I have called Facklers 6 different times over the last 6 months asking for the bucket that has already been paid for by the insurance company. Every time I call I am told they will check into it and get back to me. Twice I have talked with George, the owner!!! I have yet to get a call back and no one seems to know where my bucket is. However, I talked with Lucas today and he tells me it will be June before I receive my bucket and that if I have a problem with it I can talk with the owner. I am so tired of dealing with these people! They have two buckets in stock but they have been promised to other people. I want my damn bucket and then I am done dealing with Facklers. I will travel wherever I need to go to find a Kubota dealer that will treat me with respect and help me take care of my tractor. I would not recommend Facklers to anyone!!! read more

After a few weeks, I received a GC to the store to basically offset the delivery charge due to the problems I had. This should have been done at the time of the issue when I was speaking to one of the owners (and the one that sold me the equipment). read more

Ordered a snow plow with a 2 week delivery. Three weeks no call. Left messages and sales guy was always busy with "another customer" to talk. Left several messages and finally get a call back a week later. One part is on backorder and will be in stock in 2 weeks and I was to be kept informed. Two weeks later I call and the sales guy is "unloading a truck" and can't talk. Left a message. Three days later I call back and he can't talk because sales guy is "unloading a truck". I called part supplier and I was informed that they had no knowledge of the part being backordered. I called again and the sales guy was "on a forklift" and couldn't talk. He finally calls me back and tells me the part is on "backorder" and it will be in stock in 2 weeks. I told the sales guy that I wanted to cancel the sale and was explaining to him that I did not want to do business with his company because of poor service and my cell phone cuts out as I was driving through a storm. When cell service returns I see the sales guy leaves a message saying that "he" didn't want my business and that I was disrespectful. I called them back to talk with him and he was "with a customer" and couldn't talk. I asked who the manager was and she tells me that my sales guy is the manager. I then asked to talk to the managers boss and she tells me that my "sales guy" was the owner of the company. I was then connected to the V.P. and he did not want to get involved. A customer should not have to put this much effort into a $2500 purchase. I suggest you not put any effort in purchasing from F@ckler either. read more
