Unfortunately, what was delivered looked nothing like a professionally designed arrangement. I understand that the arrangement wouldn't look exactly like the picture on their website The problem was the overall quality. The arrangement looked unbalanced, unfinished, and lacked the care you would expect, especially for a sympathy piece. What was even more frustrating was how this was handled afterward. Instead of offering a solution, I was repeatedly asked to provide more pictures. Under normal circumstances, that might be reasonable -- but asking me to go back to someone who is actively grieving just to gather more photos feels completely insensitive and inappropriate. To make matters worse, the only resolution offered was a $10 refund, which is barely the delivery fee. At no point was there a genuine effort to make things right, there was no replacement offered or a meaningful resolution. I would have much rather worked with a florist who values both quality and customer experience, especially during moments like this. Unfortunately, I can't recommend based on this experience.

Our kids are at an age where they never know what they wan lt for Christmas. We stopped in and walked out with a trunkload of things that they will be thrilled with. It is really nice for gift exchanges and a trinket for somebody really hard for. Love this place.

The employee asked for my email then without asking simply stated "I'm signing you up for our VIP, it's a $10 value and free for the first month. It'll save you some money on this purchase". I asked if he could walk me through how to stop the automatic renewal and he said he didn't know how to so I told him that I don't want to be signed up. If I hadn't spoken up it would have completely screwed me over. So please be careful of the thoughtless employees who don't ask and just tell you.
